KingCast knows Gregory W. Floyd boasted at yard sale about killing Liko Kenney and said he was leaving the area, a bail violation.

I ain't saying nothing else about this until tomorrow when I know that a written statement is forthcoming. But believe me, a written statement is forthcoming.

Update: The witness will speak directly with Prosecutor Hilaire. Here's what happened.

Yesterday Gregory W. Floyd was at Bob's Mobile (where I will never buy gas again) and getting his spirits bolstered by Bob who thinks Floyd is a hero.

Then he went to a yard sale down by the nearby cottages, got out of his truck with Junior and started loudly complaining about his back, the man (I'll call him "T" for Terrified) said
"Can I help you?"
"Do you know who I am?"
"No."
"I'm the guy that killed that kid who shot the cop."
"I don't want to hear anything about that, now get off of my property.
"Well we're gonna be moving out of here anyway."

[A witness who knew who Floyd was was present and will issue a statement to Prosecutor Hilaire in person. The witness is too afraid of Floyd to say who they are on this blawg]

KingCast reminder: Junior is still up on theft charges for about $400.00 from his former employer Wal-Mart, who reportedly got it on video before they fired him for Just Cause (12 August 2pm trial Littleton District), and Gregory Floyd has a billion court hearings scheduled for this fall and winter and I'm 100% certain his bail conditions should restrict his egress from New Hampshire. In sum, it's like the Snickers ad, "Not going anywhere for a while?"

Floyd's continued arrogance is supported by people like NH AG Kelly Ayotte and Senior AAG Jeffrey Strelzin.

If they were elected officials they would be drummed right on out of office.

But since they're appointed they can sit around and play the North Country folks like a chicken snack.

Or so they think.

We got something for both of them.

I hope whatever you are cooking up inolves some sort of civil disobedience; some powerful images for America to see.

Civil Disobedience these days starts with just keeping major media accountable for their lies and half-truths when they crawl into bed with government hussy.

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/07/abc-news-deletes-legitimate-and.html

It's hard to tell who the hussy is because it's kind of like one big Circle Jerk.

Then you have to appeal to good people in government to do the right thing, which is what we will do when Congress resumes I believe on or about 8 September 2008.

Dear Attorneys Hilaire, Ayotte and Mullen and Modigliani:

Gregory W. Floyd is out in the community, bragging about killing Liko Kenney and threatening to leave the area. He should have his bail revoked or at least under house arrest with an ankle bracelet, as I believe Liko Kenney was under house arrest for issues much less threatening.

We of the Franconia Collective also respectfully request that your office conduct a warrant search with the Easton Police and Grafton County Sheriff's Office given Floyd's repeated history of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) violations, and his violation of the 10-year Order of Good Behaviour. These matters are specifically delineated on my blawg in these two posts:

Please advise Captain Leavitt of this development.

Respectfully submitted,

Dear Attorneys Hilaire, Ayotte, Mullen and Modigliani:

Also Junior can't go anywhere because he still needs to stand trial for that theft of nearly $400.00 from his employer Wal-Mart that I heard was caught on video.

I will call Littleton District again tomorrow to see the duration of this latest continuance.

Confidential Reliable Informant status

Dear Attorneys Hilaire, Ayotte, Mullen and Modigliani:

The individuals involved are terrified of Gregory W. Floyd, and with good reason.

Remember he threatened to have a woman "sent home in a body bag" and there is an Affidavit about that in KingCast v. Ayotte Grafton 07-E-268.

As such, I need to speak with Attorney Hilaire on Monday about Confidential Reliable Informant status if you all wish to hear the Truth about Mr. Floyd.

Please heed these words.

I will telephone Attorney Hilaire tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m sharp.

Very truly yours,

Christopher King, J.D.

At 10:05 I telephoned Grafton County Prosecutor Rick St. Hilaire and told him

1. I am not attempting to abridge Floyd's First Amendment Rights to say stupid things (except for when he lies during investigations). People were in fear of him but not because he said threatening words per se.

2. I am concerned that people had the impression that Floyd thought he could actually go somewhere that might be out of state.

3. I am concerned that given his proved and admitted history of violating 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) he may have more weapons at his compound and we want a warrant search and Indictment under U.S. Code.

To that end I'll be gathering signatures and initials with the locals next weekend. Once I leave we will take another week for others to get signatures from neighboring communities and then we present to Prosecutor Hilaire, Sheriff Captain Leavitt, ATF and U.S. Attorney's Office.

Right. Yard sale, huh? When was that again?

You seem to have this wonderful habit of lying to people, CK, and presenting false or highly inaccurate information based on "testimony" from anonymous people. I doubt this happened.

By the way, have you been charged yet for the 20/20 comment that everyone in the US heard... You calling Mr. Floyd a murderer?

Christopher King said...

You seem a little unsettled.

Perhaps this is the post that truly has you upset, noting that we are collecting signatures to expose the lies of NH AG Kelly Ayotte and the need for Gregory W. Floyd to be Indicted under 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) and a warrant search conducted given his proved pattern of lawlessness.

***********

Now then, to address your purported concerns in seriatim:

Right. Yard sale, huh? When was that again?

......Yes, dammit, a yard sale. You need glasses to read it again. I already told you when it was and I know who the witnesses are. The matter is being reviewed by Attorney Hilaire, who wrote me yesterday.

You seem to have this wonderful habit of lying to people, CK, and presenting false or highly inaccurate information based on "testimony" from anonymous people. I doubt this happened.

....The false and highly inaccurate information in this case has come from Gregory W. Floyd, the State of New Hampshire, The Union Leader and ABC News 20/20. The event happened just as I said it happened, verified by the witnesses whose identity I know but you don't have to, thanks.

By the way, have you been charged yet for the 20/20 comment that everyone in the US heard... You calling Mr. Floyd a murderer?

....Nope. Nor will I ever be. I'll tell you what might happen though is a charge against Gregory W. Floyd for repeated 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) violations. You got that?

Good.

See you later, thanks for stopping by, the door prizes are on the left.

Gee, that holder's data is interesting. Gregory W. Floyd was born in Massachusettes?

Christopher King said...

2:18

Read it again.

The record states an address for Floyd but does not say that he was born in Massachusetts.

He sure does have a conviction, and a lot of charges and arrests from there, though.

There's another page where someone wrote on it, "no one here knows how he has a gun permit but he does."

Hope that helps,

-The KingCaster

Actually it says POB (place of birth) MA right after DOB... so Floyd was born in Mass? Hmmm... sure its the same Floyd cuz I thought it was stated by the collective that he was an immigrant. That sure is confusing.

Also... that list has him guilty of disturbing the peace... gee... that sounds like a tough crime, huh? Most of the charges seem to come from specific dates and he was found NG... not guilty.

So, I wonder how loud Floyd's music was that he got a 65$ ticket.

Sure doesn't sound like a threat to society to me.

Christopher King said...

8:58

Do you have conclusive proof that Floyd was born in Germany?

And whether or not he was born in MA really doesn't have much to do with the fact that Judges Cyr and Vaughn disagree with you and found that Floyd unlawfully (read: Civilly and Criminally) threatened AJ Boisvert.

Also, do you have any conclusive proof that the disturbing the peace pertained to loud music rather than brandishing weapons?

Whatever the case I look forward to producing that State Document that noted Floyd had an unhealthy "obsession" with guns.

I'll be meeting with State Attorney Marta Modigliani over that at the top of the week.

Peace out.

Christopher King said...

Oh, forgot three minor things:

1. Floyd is a felon, 3 times over.

2. Floyd has admitted to handling and owning and shooting guns several times since that.

3. This is a violation of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1), which impliedly makes him a dangerous person.

Duh.

Anonymous said...

Mr. King, are you not a felon as well. You should not cast stones at Mr. Floyd when you yourself got indicted for a felony. I'm surprise Mr. Floyd as not sued you for the things that you say. I bet you would not have the balls to speak to the man to his face and say the things that you are saying. He was investigated by the authorities and exonerated. To continue on like this does this man a disservice. Just like you he has made mistakes in his life, and just like you he should be allowed to move on from those mistakes. Your motives a very questionable.

Christopher King said...

6:16

May I point out a few key differences?

I've never been convicted of anything and Floyd has in fact been convicted of felonies and of criminal threats not once but twice and of

And I sure as hell did tell Floyd right to his damn face he murdered Liko Kenney.

That was AFTER he lunged at me with his cane.

Wanna' see a picture of that?

Here you go.

As to my motivations, the law has held that they are irrelevant, but you look at my career since I was a news editor for a Statewide paper in 1988 and you'll see much of it addresses Civil Rights.

I hope that addresses your concerns but if not feel free to write again.

Peace.

PS: Police Chief Robert Every on Floyd, ten years ago:

"All of us have made mistakes in our lives; in Mr. Floyd's case the behavior extends beyond a mistake; there is a pattern, a pattern of past violence, paranoid behavior and excessive anger. While no one can predict the future, I feel Mr. Floyd is capable of showing up at Lafayette Elementary School or at a neighbor's house with an automatic weapon..."

********

Bottom Line: I did not make Bruce McKay a bad cop. I did not make Gregory Floyd a shady character and multiple felon. I did not make NH AG Kelly Ayotte repeatedly lie about the facts of 5/11.

There are many lawyers, LE and other people of influence who entirely agree with me and their voices will indeed be heard.

Now with that I'm back to work.
