Hey Chris,
Let me know how it goes with Sen. Bruce Tarr, I was very involved campaigning for him when he ran. I'm personal friends with Rep. Harriet Stanley as well. I graduated HS with guy who is a Rep as well. Harriet and Bruce will usually team up together for anything they want to get through. They are a very successful team, and are both well respected in both houses.

I know a guy high up in the Gloucester FD, his names Mike Chipperini ( he's a bit of an arrogant son of a bitch, just giving you a heads up) he's a harp player and we used to play together all the time.

Hi Chris,
It would appear you have some people up against the ropes....GOOD! Let them sweat a bit, and come under the scrutiny of the citizens who pay their wages.

Now he says he contacted Senator Tarr sometime after I filed Robert Taylor's Law with him and he revised and submitted it to the Judiciary Committee. Watch my opening statement at the Statehouse here.

He says he told the Senator I was "duplicitous" and other unsavory things. He has publicly said:

"Your tarbaby would have to have a penis for anyone to envy him, and the April video shows he lacks any balls at all in his diaper, just ask his bi-sexual girlfriend."

I think he's a violent person, he wrote:

"Step up to the plate and drive yourself down here to Delaware, and take me on. I'll hand you your balls and arse on a platter. Big man picking on a white woman.....you coward.

Fat ignorant slob I am 5'11" and weight 185 pounds and I could kick you(sic) ignorant little black ghetto ass any day of the week and not even break a sweat.

He has also said he "Would have shot [Franconia Corporal] Bruce McKay (RIP) as well." I have reason to believe that he and/or his people are spying on me and potentially violating my right to privacy in an attempt to silence my voice here and at TOUCH 106.1 FM, where I write their blog.

Wherefore, I respectfully issue this public information request that you notify Homeland Security about him, and provide me a copy of any and all notes, emails or other documents evincing any correspondence with a man who goes by the name of "Bill Christy." I look forward to the 10 day Good Faith cost estimate. He says that's not his real name so the only way I really have to track this individual is through this band, the Bill Christy Project.

PS: He even supports Citibank in my MCAD case against them even though they are the dirtiest bank in the business, the GAO says they were aiding money laundering in Mexico and Russia; Japan shut them down. From yesterday's Daily Finance piece, "Why Citi is in a rush to pay back its last $20 billion in TARP."

And the U.S. isn't going to let Citi out of TARP without coming up with a way of dealing with those $301 billion in sick assets, according to BusinessWeek......So the answer for Citi appears to be raising about $20 billion in new capital from investors. That funding could come in the form of $10 billion in equity and $10 billion of other securities. At about $4 a share, Citi is trading at a significant discount to the assets on its books. And one analyst told BusinessWeek: "People will think it's a great deal."

Problem is, the books are probably wildly optimistic. Citi hold many complex assets with the potential for becoming toxic. And don't forget the assets off Citi's books -- called special purpose entities (SPEs), which helped wipe out Enron. Citi has $996.6 billion worth of SPEs. I'm not sure we can be confident that these will not blow up -- particularly considering that they consist of highly risky paper from student loans, subprime mortgages and credit card receivables.

Considering the troubled assets Citi is holding that have yet to recover, if the U.S. lets it sucker some investors into buying equity so it can pay back the $20 billion TARP -- and go back to the days of high risk and huge bonuses -- taxpayers will end up being saddled with a bigger bill further down the road.

"Citigroup Inc. is in the early stages of negotiating with the Securities and Exchange Commission to settle an investigation into whether it misled investors by not properly disclosing the amount of troubled mortgage assets it held as the market began to implode in 2007, people familiar with the matter say.

Among issues being debated inside the SEC is whether, as a recipient of government-rescue funds, Citigroup should pay a large penalty in the case. There is concern at the SEC about the notion of financial firms in effect using taxpayer money to pay penalties, people close to the situation say. Citigroup received $45 billion from the government's Troubled Asset Relief Program and plans to raise an additional $5.5 billion in capital from private investors."

Wowzers. Yet another instance of a design, pattern and practice of corporate deception, a Corporate ne're do well foisting its malfeasance unto the shoulders of the American (and World) Public. OMFG: Citibank shut down in Japan for money laundering like the scum they really are.

Reuters news agency reported that regulators charged the bank with "failing to prevent suspected money laundering." Citibank has been caught before courting big depositors, no matter how nefarious their operations may be. On Oct. 30, 1998, the General Accounting Office issued a report giving detailed information showing that the bank ignored the law and its own internal procedures in assisting Raul Salinas, brother of the former president of Mexico, to move between $90 million and $100 million of suspected drug money out of Mexico. Read the Report, OSI-99-1 Private Banking: Raul Salinas, Citibank, and Alleged Money Laundering.

This happened in 1995 while Salinas was in jail on a murder charge. His brother, Carlos Salinas de Gortari, was the Mexican president who had gotten his country to go along with NAFTA, the U.S.-sponsored trade agreement.

Any worker who has ever tried to open a checking account will be shocked at the special treatment accorded Salinas. At a time when he was in prison on a murder charge, Citibank opened an account for him in the name of his fiancée. It accepted a double-endorsed check that wasn't even made out to her real name.

Had the check been for $100, the bank would have told her to take a hike. But the checks she used to open the account added up to $100 million. So she got special treatment--from Citibank's offices in Mexico City, New York, Zurich and London--and was able to open an offshore account in the Cayman Islands.

Look at that pictogram will you? A plotted, deliberate and patently illegal scheme by a bunch of corporate thugs and hucksters. I love the "alias" part -- they can do all of this yet they couldn't tell us who "JRT" is? This goes to NY Bar Grievance as well.

Apparently it's not enough for Citibank to trick young college students in Ohio, or to steal $14M from poor and deceased folks in California, they have to export their brand of corporate crime to Japan. I'll be urging a boycott tomorrow on TOUCH 106.1 FM.

I wish I had seen these before I filed yesterday in my MCAD discrimination lawsuit, in which I used their own position description to prove they lied about the Decision Maker in my case (refusing to open a bank account for me) being black. Citibank seems to think everything I did or allegedly did wrong is at issue, but as I proved yesterday with Citibank facing lawsuits from black employees about those racist emails circulated by management, two can play that game.

Between 1992 and 2003, Citibank operated an "automatic sweeping" program that would without notice remove positive balances from customers' credit card accounts—mainly those of the poor and the recently deceased—and pocket the money. Now it's paying back $14 million dollars to the affected customers, plus another $3.5 million in penalties to California, thanks to that state's Attorney General.

Dammit people, I am so sick and tired of folks telling me that Casey Sherman used me for my information. Some even say that he is a pawn of the Government knowingly or unkowingly because he maintains that Liko Kenney ran over Bruce McKay twice before Gregory Floyd shot him, depsite Gregory Floyd Jr.'s direct observations as noted in this post. Yes that is a disagreement we have, but Topix' "Quiet Man" actually wrote that Casey Sherman used me for my information on the cheap. I have that preserved, yah dude 7 Oct. he says I cross dress and that Sherman pimped me, read the comments for the EXACT quotes.

Some people tell me that by calling me a "Pied Piper" however, Casey Sherman is implying that I misled people as the Piper misled young children as some versions of the story go. I trust he didn't really mean it that way because he wrote:

Citibank seems to think that anything I have done or was accused of in the past is somehow relevant to them discriminating against me today. Well then two can play that game, because in the same time span President Obama sued Citibank for unlawful discrimination (see link), Citibank employees passed racist literature and jokes and workers as far away as Seoul, Korea accused Citibank of lying and of unlawful discrimination and took the extraordinary measure of striking to prove it. It's Citibank's corporate culture, folks.

a) about my composure in the bank

b) about who the Decision Maker was (Carlo Carmanna, a white man)

Things don't look so good for them, they look better for me, especially because Citibank's first line of response to my lawyer was to threaten us with production of the videos. Now they backpedal, see the Motion to Compel and related memoranda.

Investigators at the time accepted an explanation from Janet's husband, Richard, a local police officer and former state trooper, that the two had sped away from their home and crashed, igniting an open container of gasoline the son had placed in the car.

A decade later, authorities discredited Richard Dow's account, saying they believed the Dows were murdered and the accident set up. Richard Dow was the target of the investigation, but the attorney general's office said it did not have enough evidence to win a conviction.

Cushing said Tuesday his bill would have given authorities another tool.

"It would have helped because Dick Dow gave false information to law enforcement officers about what took place the day his wife and stepson were murdered," he said. "When police subsequently uncovered the fact it was a homicide, instead of an accident, Dick Dow could not be prosecuted for what were obvious false statements made to law enforcement."

See, I know Dick Dow's subsequent fiancee, and she broke camp immediately once she figured it out. But Kelly Ayotte and the other NH AGs won't reopen the case even though we all know that SAABs don't just "explode" on light impact.

In this post-- "I'm an expert shot, I shot at a tree and hit it" -- Gregory Floyd openly admitted having guns in a home without a lock vault and shooting guns, in direct violation of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) but the Feds never did a damn thing about it, promises by VP Biden to the Contrary.

In this post Gregory Floyd's own son stated the Liko's car never struck Bruce McKay as a pedestrian until AFTER his multiple felon father shot Liko's car, again the windshield bullet.

And in this post Greg Floyd lies and says Caleb's window was down and he talked to Liko before shooting -- his third version of the story as noted by Casey Sherman in the bottom left KingCast YouTube video at bottom of this post. However, the shattered window fragments in the pictures up top and in the windshield bullet post sure tend to contraindicate that. Caleb's window is CLEARLY up, and the official report clearly notes at p. 26

"The passenger side widow was in the fully up position but the glass was in fragments."

Floyd p. 867-8 A: "Oh yah the window was open."

A total lie. In fact you can clearly see Caleb's window up at 19:15:37 as the Tahoe ramming starts, you then see both of Liko's hands in the air in a classic "Stop it, WTF????" gesture and Caleb's window is still clearly up as they roll out of view at 19:16:32.

One can draw public censure for that in RI even without specific Code of Ethics on it.

'Rule 1.8 of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct says, in part, “A lawyer shall not have sexual relations with a client unless a consensual sexual relationship existed between them when the client-lawyer relationship commenced.”

You see Ditmar, Bill Christy of the Bill Christy Project and their posse are making a run at me. On 2 December 2009 someone at the U.S. Justice Department was seeking information on U.S. District Judge Mark Wolf from the Massachusetts District. When the U.S. DOJ did that, they took a 6-minute read of this Harrington High Court case and related cases in Boston involving prosecutors who manufactured or hid vital exculpatory evidence, Suzanne Sullivan and Daniel Ford.

Elizabeth Scheibel is under Order to provide YEARS of empirical racial information because her office has been railroading black men with impunity when they defend themselves against white attackers.

Anyway, something has to happen to these prosecutors because Judge Wolf (who has not yet punished Suzanne Sullivan) wrote Attorney Holder on this:

[Judge] Wolf wrote last month to Eric H. Holder Jr., the US attorney general, asking him to crack down on prosecutors who fail to disclose information that could clear defendants, and repeated his past assessment that the Boston office has a "dismal history of intentional and inadvertent violations." Similar entreaties he made to Holder's predecessors in recent years achieved little, Wolf wrote.

Here's what happened the last time I went to the DOJ and DOL:

$290,000.00 fine (errrr.... "Settlement") with American Tower that benefitted employees of all races, ethnicity, color, sex, age, religion..... and that's important because once prosecutors are compelled to start towing the line and to stop lying, that will all inure to the benefit of the Cause of Justice.
