KingCast Presents: Meaningful Movies Discussion on Gentrification, Displacement and a Fine Film, "Company Town."

I met up with Jack at Issaquah Highland's Blakely Hall where a group of us reviewed and discussed the brilliant documentary "Company Town." In it we can see the alarming rate of evictions precipitated by the rise of a tech boom that is substantially different in nature than the one from 20 years ago. We discussed the deleterious side effects of this boom in what has been labeled the shared economy. In San Francisco each of those dots denotes an eviction, with more people sharing in soup kitchen lines.

Somerville Massachusetts has the same problem. I know because I lived there, and I am following the problems they are facing in addition to cities like Seattle as Amazon is considering HQ2 there. Donations and grants help organizations like this meet the need for continued public discourse and introspection on crucial public policy issues that shape our lives.

KingCast Sees Asshole Judge Allen Sinclair Protecting Beta Theta Pi and the Frat Establishment so that More Children Will Die.

And this just in from the State that brought you "Cash for Kids...."

This is completely ridiculous. These fucking frat brats had scienter written all over their faces -- and all over their text messages. They knew Timothy Piazza was drunk as hell and appeared dead after his fall down the stairs. They were scared about going to jail. Yet they let him lay there overnight, likely causing his death.

But in the Beta Theta Pi case, asshole protectionist Judge Allen Sinclair looked right on past that.  The Collegian correctly opines that both of Judge Sinclair's decisions in this case have been flat out wrong.

What else can you say from the State with Judge who allowed Cash for Kids just a few years ago:

One of the biggest corruption scandals to hit America's juvenile justice system started to unfold in 2007, when parents in a central Pennsylvania county began to complain that their children had been tossed into for-profit youth centers without a lawyer to represent them.
Over the past eight years, the kickback scheme, known as "kids for cash," has resulted in prison terms for two Luzerne County judges and two businessmen — and convictions of thousands of juveniles have been tossed out. Now the case is entering its final chapter: a few remaining class action lawsuits in which victims are seeking millions of dollars in compensation. One of those claims drew to a close Monday, when a federal judge signed off on a settlement in which one of the businessmen, Robert Powell, would pay $4.75 million.
The actual payouts will begin in December, after the plaintiffs choose whether to accept the settlement. Powell, who co-owned two private juvenile justice facilities, served an 18-month prison term after admitting to paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes to former Court of Common Pleas Judge Mark Ciavarella Jr. and his boss, Judge Michael Conahan. In return, Ciavarella routinely found children guilty and sent them to Powell's facilities.
This sort of mentality and protectionism for reckless, abusive frat and sororities continues on in later life, as I noted in this journal entry. "Superlawyer" Terry E. Johnson represents shitty frat boys who have a whole host of disciplinary problems as well as another shitty lawyer named Mark W. Rattan who physically attacked my camera and me. The attack violated the standing ORDER of the Court allowing me to run video of the State persecuting the hell out of one Wendy Alison Nora because she protects homeowners against wrongful foreclosure.

Men like this operate out of privilege and power and have no regard for the First Amendment or other relevant principles of law, and that is why I am busy kicking Johnson's ass and the case will move forward for punishment of his "client" Rattan.

I used quotes around "client" because Johnson never even signed the filings, in direct contravention of Law. Take a look.

So of course it fits that Terry E. Johnson represents frat boys, Chi Psi. They claim "Respect for one's self and others...."  As if his client respected me, right.

Cornell suspended them for three years.

University of Oregon, one year.
University of Michigan, reprimanded.
Colorado, they killed Lynn Gordon Bailey. Here's the settlement.

And all of this after an Anti-Hazing video no less.

Boys will be Boys.

My email tĂȘte a tĂȘte with Terry:

Still waiting on the Decision in our case. I wonder if Mark Rattan was a frat boy. He sure acts like one don't he?

You having fun yet Terry?

You must be. You protect bad Frats too.

Never a dull or relevant moment.

.......Yah, that frat mentality shit sure wasn't dull for Tim Piazza. Well I guess in the end, it was.

.......What is most germane will be the Decision on the punishment of your ummm, "client."

Now I'm having fun.

......Yah that's right, your knife is indeed, dull to boot.

PS: It's so hard to teach you establishment pricks anything. What was also relevant is the First Amendment in last week's post about the Car and Driver spy photo session. See remember the dude in Kia's new luxury car was pissed off JUST LIKE YOUR "CLIENT." But he was smart and he kept his fucking hands off of my equipment and me.

I don't generally respond to dull things so methinks perhaps you really do get it. So there's hope for you yet buddy. I'll keep spoon feeding ya.

Baby steps for the arrogant.

PPS: You and your client keep your fucking hands off of my equipment and me. You get THAT, right?

KingCast, Livi the Wonderdog, Attorney Adam Karp and Our Extended Family Mourn the Medfield, MA Murder of Mercedes the Teacup Poodle and Join Arms.

I thank my Lucky Stars that I made this and several other videos about Livi while she was busy bringing so much joy to my immediate physical and spiritual World. When I hug Pepper sometimes I give her a second one just from Livi. I know the two of them would have loved each other so much.  And I know Livi sent Pepper my way. I just know it.

My best friend is a MA attorney and he says Fox News covered the mauling death of Mercedes the Teacup Poodle while left unattended at a kennel  in MA:

.....But Fox never covered our exact situation here despite repeated requests, only KOMO gave any real coverage and only after we sued. Now they are pushing in Medfield, MA for the same exact legislation that I conceived for Livi's Law because our baby was killed by the owner's dog in an ILLEGAL KENNEL on 29 December, 2017 while left unattended without our knowledge.

Our lawsuit is settled but remember that apology I demanded, right?

It sounded contrived and lame and was, as it pertains to matters of the heart. But as a lawyer, I looked beyond that get a toe hold towards the legislation that will begin in earnest this summer to honor Livi and to protect other innocent dogs.

Not my first time in the rodeo, folks, and as Livi's papa let me tell you that Livi and I will not be swayed by and detractors, haters or naysayers. This has to happen in Washington State and it will happen in Washington State. Livi's Lawyer Adam Karp, my current baby Pepper and about a million or more Washington State Dog Owners concur.

We will not be stopped.

Yes guys the time is coming, and it is coming now so everyone I tagged be sure to be on the lookout because eternal vigilance is indeed the price of liberty. Unlike the governments of Mountlake Terrace and Edmonds, we know in our hearts when it is time to Do the Right Thing, and we are now perched on that precipice.

Either you are in or you are out, period. No time for shuckin' and jivin' here.

A KingCast Reminder to Everyone Trying to Make a Movie on the Liko Kenney, Bruce McKay, Greg Floyd Franconia Shooting Tragedy.

Circle of Stones website

Note: A blockbuster update is coming by my birthday, 14 April 2018.

Renner, Sherman, Stimpson.....Remember this folks..... All y'all who are trying to put movies out about the dirt going on in New Hampshire are in an interesting position:  You can't tell the story without telling the story of Liko Peter Kenney because he knew everything, and he knew why Norman Bruce McKay was indeed a dangerous man.

And we and our agents of course are the only people who will ever be authorized by the Miller-Kenny family to tell Liko's story.

We know everything folks.

Credit will go where credit is due.

Fred Murray will concur. Read the comments.

KingCast Motorsports Gets the Drop on Major Press and Shares with Car and Driver Magazine as 2019 Kia K900 Flagship is Caught in Spy Photos.

The swoop: This car was not supposed to be seen prior to 30 March 2018 NY Auto Show.
Just ask the driver, he'll tell ya LOL

I went to Car and Driver with these photos first because I have been reading Car and Driver for forty-five (45) years. Pat Bedard. Don Sherman. Rich Ceppos. David E. Davis is one of the reasons I owned a BMW 2002tii. The (admittedly sexist) Davis 1968 BMW 2002 road test.... Open your hymnals... Olaf the Volvo & Brock Yates..... we owned a Volvo 144S and many more....

Anyway.... Here ya go.
What It Is: Kia’s large flagship sedan, the second-generation K900. The white car was spotted during a commercial shoot in San Diego and snapped by a loyal Car and Driver reader. Meanwhile, Kia released its first two official pictures of the new model, a home-market version of the K900, seen in black.
Why It Matters: It doesn’t, much, in terms of sales volumes. Sedans of all stripes are losing sales to crossovers, and Kia sent only a few hundred units of the K900 to the United States last year in a vain attempt to compete against established $60,000 luxury cars and its own parent company’s Genesis G90, which didn’t receive that much more attention. Rather than follow up with another forgettable design, Kia brought its California studio into the styling mix this time, and the result is quite handsome, although the rear end is so similar to a Mercedes-Benz’s that it looks like it could bolt right onto an S-class. The interior sports an analog clock by fancy Swiss watchmaker Maurice Lacroix, and the LED mood lighting glows in different colors. The new K900 appears more substantial and upscale from every angle.

Platform: The new car shares its bones with the G90—a competent chassis by any measure—and thus should offer improved performance and a more premium experience. According to Kia, the wheelbase is 2.3 inches longer than the outgoing K900 and 2.2 inches shorter than the G90. We hope the new car also will be better to drive; the current K900 is a soggy piece that pales against similarly priced establishment players.
Powertrain: Expect the new K900 to come with the G90’s two engines, a twin-turbo 3.3-liter V-6 with 365 horsepower and a 5.0-liter V-8 boasting 420 ponies. Kia’s 3.8-liter V-6, currently producing 311 horsepower, may return with slightly more power. An eight-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive will be standard, while an AWD badge on the white car’s front fenders shows that four driven wheels will be an option, too.

KingCast and Mortgage Movies Support a Call to Action Against HB 2057 - 2017-18.

For those of you who do not know me, please know that I ran a title company in the '00's. Prior to that and after that I also had extensive experience in zoning and land use working for wireless companies including but not limited to Nextel, Sprint, At&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and American Tower, and I have helped settle many first and second mortgage issues via mediation and private discussions.

So I have more than a clue about what is right and what is wrong. With as much corruption going on in the banking and mortgage industries we turn to HB 2057 - 2017-18 Concerning services and processes available when residential real property is abandoned or in foreclosure. From Neil Garfield's Living Lies.
Bill Summary

Governor Inslee has not signed this bill yet!

Please contact his office to send a message that he should NOT sign this bill into law in its current form. The bank and foreclosure industry lobbyists had some of their legislator friends make changes to the bill that would clear the way for anyone saying they hold any promissory note, to make it even easier to foreclosure non-judicially. Here is the section with the most important and disturbing changes.

The words in (( )) will be eliminated from the current law, IF this new bill is signed into law by Governor Inslee. Specifically, the language of RCW 61.24.030(7)(a) on page 2 of the bill:

(7)(a) That, for residential real property, before the notice of trustee's sale is recorded, transmitted, or served, the trustee shall have proof that the beneficiary is the ((owner)) holder of any promissory note or other obligation secured by the deed of trust.

A declaration by the beneficiary made under the penalty of perjury stating that the beneficiary is the ((actual)) holder of ((the))any promissory note or other obligation secured by the deed of trust shall be sufficient proof as required under this subsection. By changing "owner" to "holder" means the servicer bank asserting authority to foreclose, does not have to own the underlying debt. By changing "the promissory note" to "any promissory note" the legislature is allowing the servicer bank to only have a copy of the promissory note, a negotiable instrument.

Can a bank cash a copy of a personal check? Nope.

But, this legislature is going to allow a bank to foreclose their lien using only a copy of a negotiable instrument. This is not acceptable and a complete capitulation by the legislature and the so-called homeowner advocates involved in crafting this bill, to the bank and foreclosure industry in Washington State. Contact page for Governor Inslee.

KingCast and Mortgage Movies See Wisconsin Bar Set to Slam White Wells Fargo Lawyer who Attacked Black Journalist.

Racist Wisconsin OLR Protects Wells Fargo Lawyer Who Assaults Black Law Journalist by Christopher King on Scribd

Like I said Bubba: Put your finger down. Sit down.
And keep your fucking hands off of my equipment and me.

As you can see by the 6 March 2018 letter from the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation (hereinafter, "OLR,") the handwriting is finally on the wall in a heinous disciplinary action.  Mark Rattan -- that pompous asshole who put his hands on my equipment and me while I was lawfully running video in Referee James J. Winiarski's hearing is going to receive public discipline on his record, as well he should. Wait until I get done suing his ass too. All in due course. These people need to learn a lesson, and I am just the person to teach it to them.

A detractor of mine once said to me,

"You can't make your life just suing people who don't suit you."

To that I say:

"I don't just sue people who don't suit me. As a progressive black man in this Country who has actually won Civil Rights trials I would have about eleventy-billion lawsuits filed against people if I were that reactionary, LOL fool.  That being said, however, I reserve the right to sue anyone who actually violates my fundamental rights, or those of my people. Further, I will do it in a heartbeat and I will do it with a vengeance."

Now then, it is indeed refreshing to note that Mark W. Rattan, the sanctimonious, bigoted, hegemonic, nouveau riche Wells Fargo attorney who assaulted me (raw video) at the Wendy Alison Nora OLR disciplinary witch-hunt hearing a year ago will be sanctioned.

His lawyer Terry E. johnson should also be sanctioned for failure to sign pleadings. I proved that too, but let's see what happens to this cheeseball who was clearly brought in to the picture for his influence because he sits on an OLR Committee.... he even tried to say that I altered the video. Jesus Christ on a Bicycle dude, grow up.

I’m sure his new law firm (vonBriesen) is “having fun” with this… Terry recently told me to "have fun" too, so I want to be sure that he and his people are "having fun," as well, as I finish whupping his fucking arrogant ass, quite publicly.

Or did I?  It's so hard to understand, what with him not actually signing any Pleadings and such, so how can I beat someone who never signed any Pleadings, LOL.

What a hot mess, right?

So anyway KingCast was again correct about ethical violations committed by an establishment Judge or lawyer. Remember this: I am always correct. Theese white men of privilege harm many people, all the time. Often is is their own white women who catch it the worst -- I know it 'cos they tell me --  but that's a topic of discussion for another day, yah.

For now let's just finish the ass-whupping I started.

A KingCast Seattle Public Service Announcement: "Bikes Are Out Again!"

Ahhhh.... we had a glorious evening yesterday with the Thursday Scooter crew at Seattle Used Bikes/Fusebox. It's going to be a great bike year!

Old School Two-Valve Survivors
I actually never owned a MKII GTi.
I had a GLi instead. Just love these cars.

One day I will just show up there again with my detail kit
