KingCast & Mortgage Movies Lorayne Souders v. Bank of America et al update: BNY/Mellon files frivolous foreclosure action, then dismisses it!

Remember a few weeks ago when I showed you the fallout from Plaintiff Souders' Fraud lawsuit? Remember how Bank of America (and Bank of New York/Mellon and MERSCORP) were in hot water with Lorayne Souders because of Michele Sjolander rob-stamping and apparently lying about when they received her lawsuit as they tried to remove the case to Federal Court? You thought it couldn't get any worse, right?

It got worse. Andrew Soven of Reed Smith, LLC was the lawyer of record in Ms. Souders' Fraud case. In the interim and feeling antsy, another set of attorneys -- Patrick Wesner of Milstead and Associates and claiming to represent BNY -- filed a foreclosure action against Ms. Souders, only to dismiss it post haste. One of the myriad problems with the lawsuit is the fact that they already admitted to her that they "do not physically own the loan or the property" as of 28 June, 2012. Did something majestically change since then? Another set of false documents and robo-stamping from Ms. Sjolander, perhaps? Do tell. Because I'll be at the courthouse soon, with cameras, just waiting in the cutty.

Well I'm here again Counselors.... any comment?

I do so hate to be presumptuous so I give you the opportunity to respond each time I post a movie our journal entry. Also I see now that there are distaff attorneys present, so I welcome you ladies to the fold. Enjoy your day.

Best regards,

Are not all loans insured against foreclosure? The local recorders here in this part of Missouri are dumbfounded at the whole MERS Mess. Thanks King for your efforts.
