Kelly Ayotte's Freudian slip to Politico on KingCast blogger and her 120K headache: "I went after him."

Query, why does it take two journos all the way down in Washington, DC to report on a case happening right here in the Greater Boston area? Well let's not delay too long on any of that, let's move right into today's feature on "Kelly Ayotte's $120K headache" that she could have avoided with 30 minutes of her time at a NENPA panel discussion on what constitutes a journalist in 2011. That would have only been fitting as her people told me "You are not a journalist," which was the first time I'd ever heard such a thing since 1988.
The 44-year-old mother of two hasn’t held specific fundraising events or tasked her campaign fundraising team to raise money for her legal fund. Instead, she and her chief of staff, John Easton, have solicited cash by calling donors during their off hours or informally mentioning the suit to senators. A number of GOP senators including John Cornyn, Richard Shelby, Rob Portman and Lindsey Graham have donated to Ayotte’s fund through their political action committees or PACs. Honeywell International’s PAC has given $10,000, while Andy Card, former chief of staff to President George W. Bush, donated $1,000.
King, 47, was prevented from attending the events because he had a history of causing problems at Ayotte and other GOP functions, said a Republican source familiar with the issue.
Who said that? What other problems have I allegedly caused? That is a complete lie, no such prior problems have ever occurred. They just say whatever they want to say. My comments to the story follow below:

Actually I described myself as "a complete cynic" I only said "liberal" after cajoling from Reporter Wong. But at any rate, Whoa.... her Freudian slip says it all: "Actually, it’s not the first time that something I did as attorney general or someone who I went after --" oh, yes you better believe she went after me as NAACP legal chair, and she lost badly. Had she won I would never hear the end of it. Morever -- and aside from me -- she continued to ignore the concerns of minority business owners in NH who were and are being victimized by Vericomm and MBF Leasing. Why? Take a look at her campaign contributors to see that these bogus contracts are bought and sold in bundles just like your mortgage notes when they are illegally securitized:

Mr. Independent, My Mortgage Movies website more than addresses your purported concerns about doing something for the public good. By the way, Google FRM Mortgage Ponzi scam and discover that Kelly Ayotte presided over the state's largest consumer fraud in history, so bad that the state finance director quit and wrote a book about it. The reporter had that information but space did not allow it. What the story did not mention is the fact that the NAACP reporters have won access to PRIVATE property under very similar circumstances. NAACP v. Thompson, 648 F.Supp. 195 D.Md.,1986. This paper does not have the time or space to adequately delve into it, that is the Court's job and it failed. As I told His Honor (we both graduated from Case Western Reserve) "Case didn't graduate any dummies."

The Court sidestepped and cut out much of what I wrote in my complaint in an effort to kick it all out but I'm not going out that easy. The proof of my assertions is in my Rule 59 Reconsideration Motion, in PICTURES and in VIDEO. My actions toward her? What about her actions toward me? Her attempted prosecution of me as NAACP legal chair was completely "frivolous" as she was say and DISMISSED, and along the way it is a FACT that she violated the Rules of Civil Procedure she was so rabid. I sat through voir dire by the way and was ready to go to trial and the State ran away like a puppy that peed itself and that is a FACT.

In this case I offered to settle this case for 30 minutes of her time at New England News and Press's annual where I chaired a panel on who is a real journo in 2011, given that her people said "You are not a journalist," well that's news to me. Read my Rule 59e Motion, that's all I have to say.

Moreover, had discovery been permitted and the case heard on a summary judgment level instead of a motion to dismiss we could have clarified what the GOP pattern and practice is for independent journos because there is not one single event in history where I had caused problems for Kelly Ayotte in the past before this election. I caused problems in the past for her because I exposed her coverup in the Franconia shooting tragedy and the Michael Paulhus shootings (just Google it) but I was NEVER EVER out of line and ANY of her events or press conferences. Remember John McCain ejecting black reporter Stephen Price for no reason? I do.
