KingCast to check in on William O'Connell cocaine & statutory rape charges as NY prosecutors drop rape, assault charges against Dominique Strauss-Kahn.

 Prosecutors nol-prossed Strauss-Kahn today.

Emmanuel Dunand/Pool/AP1 July 2011 Update Doubts and Inconsistencies emerge...

Here is the background journal entry on wild man Bill. Thing is, unlike Strauss-Kahn, this Boston Development mogul can hardly argue sex was consensual.... with a 14 y/o girl....

28 Sept. Update:  Here are my links relative to the phone call I got from area writer Alyssa Giacobbe who just published in the Boston Globe.

24 July Update: I see the Patriot Ledger, one of the only truly good news rags around here, is on top of it. It seems (well, actually it is a fact that) William O'Connell was indicted by Grand Jury Monday on cocaine charges and yesterday on the rape charges..... but there's a Bonus Round: Phyllis Capuano, 21, left (think: [Mis]adventures in Babysitting LOL) also was indicted as co-conspirator in at least one of the alleged rape incidents, but the fee for sex charges at O'Connell's arraignment didn't make it as he was bound over. Now I don't know a thing about this woman, but I will in due time... especially now that the file is unsealed. NENPA and others filed an Amicus Brief with the SJC on the matter, which I will publish later. You got that right, the file had been sealed....

Now on to Robert O'Connell's case in which the purported victim Joseph Fasano was shot in the stomach, Judge Paul Troy ordered Fasano's phone records produced as contemplated by my other video coverage at bottom. And yes, the Suboxones rear their ugly head again.... other media don't mention it but I have proof that since the time of the shooting he was popped in Boston for speeding and for possessing Suboxone without a prescription, two different occasions. Query, were those recreational Suboxones like the cocaine that was reported in Jennifer Bynarowicz' car and on Joey Fasano's face that fateful night? Stay tuned for the chilling conclusions.....
