Mr. King,
We have your email from Saturday, June 25, 2011, regarding your intention to file a new motion in this case.  You indicated in your email that you anticipate filing your motion at 12:01pm Monday, 27 June 2011.

Please note that we do not assent to your motion.  Your motion is irrelevant to any of the matters at issue in this case.  As far as we understand it, none of the individuals involved in the case you cite are involved in this case.  Moreover, your motion does not appear to be accurate in its claims.  Attorney Anderson and Attorney Emlen of this office did file a motion for prosecutorial misconduct at the trial court level on behalf of Mr. Glenn.  Those motions were denied by the trial judge.  New counsel for Mr. Glenn then appealed the rulings of the trial judge on those motions to the New Hampshire Supreme Court, which upheld the trial court’s rulings.

We take the position that there is no basis for this motion you propose.  Moreover, in its February 10, 2011 Order, the Court ruled that no further motions are to be filed in this case until the Court rules on the motions to dismiss.  Please be advised that we will object to your motion and move for other appropriate relief if you file.

They filed at the trial level.

In my recollection Mr. Glenn informed me that he fired said lawyers at the Appellate level because they refused to do so then.

What say you to that?

The fact that none of the parties are the same is completely irrelevant if my understanding is accurate, it goes to a pattern and practice against any negro who gets out of line.

Whichever way this comes out, it is still a damning indictment of how New Hampshire LE and courts treat black men, even in the face of clear cut Prosecutorial misconduct. I thought your former co-worker Kelly Ayotte's farcical attacks on me were incredible, now I see it is par for the Course.

I would appreciate an honest answer on the Appellate question, I will confer with Mr. Glenn for clarification once again and I will be all over his case like a cheap suit as it heads toward another trial if indeed that is the case.

In the words of Justice Dalianis "How many times are you going to let this guy lie?"

I asked you a specific question Counselor.

Why are you ignoring it.

I will take your refusal to answer it as support for my understanding of the facts and note your refusal in the Rule 7.2 Notice that is now being filed.

Unlike Attorneys Delaney and Ayotte, I haven't misrepresented anything.

Oh, yes lawdy.

And as I note in the linked prior entry, they are not too kind to the whites who fraternize with the hired help either.

They just put a little extra mustard on the whip when it comes to us, that's all.

And I give it right back at them.

I ain't working on Maggies Farm No More, and I certainly ain't bailing that hay massuh'.

What is we gon' do... what is we gon' DO!
