My friends at Foreclosure Hamlet pulled my coat tail to this issue and possible vote today. It is almost inconceivable that Congress -- as a Trustee of the American Public -- would do this, so we aim to ask a few questions today over on the Hill. Will the Consumer Financial Protection Agency be gutted before it can even get started? The mind boggles.
