My Objections to the Defendants' Motions to Dismiss this Free Press First Amendment Racial lawsuit KingCast v. Ayotte et al., NH Dist. 2010-CV-501 are due today. Well they can start with this Motion to Recuse former McLane, Graf employee Magistrate Landya B. McCafferty, who never deemed it appropriate to inform me that she worked under the lead counsel for Defendant Friends of Kelly Ayotte... who also supervised Kelly Ayotte herself. More to follow throughout the day leading up to the midnight hour. Time for some yoga, a morning ride, clear the head, get right back to it.
SCOTUS is going to love this one.

Re: the motion to recuse... I described the associations between Defendant, Defendant's counsel, and the Magistrate to my Ethics of Lawyering prof. He said this truly was a big issue, rolling his eyes. I have wondered why you held back on this.
