Brown, Rudnick sure do love them some KingCast!
I guess they are taking Harold Clarke's Depo. relative to the Defamation that prison and Civil Rights activist Joanna Marinova suffered at the hands of some dirty lying cops and some dirty lying reporters, Chiefly Jessica Van Sack at the Boston Herald -- but also Byron Barnett. He drank Ms. Jessica's Kool-Aid and showed up asking Plaintiff Marinova's neighbors if they had "seen Joanna Marinova... she was having sex with inmates....."
Here's the background on Clarke and his hasty exits from Washington State and Massachusetts, here is my Go-to-Hell journal entry to Howie Carr and the Herald. Bottom line guys, going after Harold Clarke gets you nowhere because Jessica Van Sack knew the information she had did not support the allegations she made, yet and still she wrote it and your client published it. And you know I'm right otherwise you would have sued me for Defamation long ago. But you don't have a valid Defamation case against me. Joanna Marinova has one against your clients, though. Back for more, another round on the House to drown your sorrows. Oh, wait -- that is the New York office, they want to joint the party.
