KingCast reminds NH AG Michael Delaney: "You still owe me the Ralph Holder RSA 91-A public information materials."

Update: AG wants 30 days from 23 Nov. 2010 -- they sent a letter to my old address. At yesterday's NH Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Robert Lynn and Linda Dalianis, I took the time to exchange pleasantries with AG Mike Delaney, at which point I gently reminded him that it is time to respond to my RSA 91-A request for any and all documents bearing the name, and pertaining to, Ralph Holder. Read it here. He is a bit tardy by Statute, and the Department of Education responded thusly:

29 November 2010

KingCast, Dave Coltin, Rhonda Tapply and others testify against NH Justice Linda Dalianis and Robert Lynn's ascensions on the State High Court.

(Dalianis vids tonight) http://www.wepapers.com/Papers/126916/Holder_Aff_Dalianis

6:50p 7:35p Still here..... More on this later this evening and in coming days, below I posted my filing about both Jurists as posited with the Executive Council. Yes, Kelly Ayotte is involved in the Dalianis nomination because she repeatedly overlooked and rubber-stamped outright lawlessness.

KingCast welcomes Tim Karr & Media Citizen to the madness that is corporate media in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Timothy Karr is the campaign director of Free Press and the SavetheInternet.com Coalition. Karr was the executive director of the MediaChannel and Media for Democracy. The views expressed here are Karr's alone.
Ten years ago I thought blogging was stupid. Two years ago I thought Twitter was stupid. I was the stupid one, because I didn't realize that these are the only ways that we can distribute news and information that corporate media protects. I've been wondering where these New York hits were coming from in my tracker, now I know. All of you Internet trolls who tried to keep me down can go to hell, because my ideas have merit, and more and more people are seeing that, from SCOTUS Justice Kagan to the U.S. Senate to Mr. Karr and many others following, and I've only been serving up Tweets for about a month. To me, it's not about the number of followers, but the quality thereof. Writes Karr from his Citizen Media journal:
Mainstream media is in turmoil. Traditional reporting has become more about "infotainment" and packaging than information-sharing. Corporate journalism's failure to serve as the fourth estate has put public mistrust of the media at an all-time high. More and more Americans are making a news system of their own, one that serves diverse interests, challenges the powerful and engages more people as participants in democracy. MediaCitizen is an investigation of this new media frontier, a place where people can take control of new media and the policies that govern them.

KingCast finds a stupid racist meathead douchebag on Twitter: timd08

What a concept: If you don't like my tweets then don't subscribe you dumb ass. This guy is so fokken stupid, he can't even spell douchebag correctly, apparently all them damn steroids done gone straight to his widdle pea-brain. Faaack you and the horse you rode in on, you stupid tool. I blocked his dumb ass and reported him for spam.

KingCast presents Londonderry's Jason M. Archambault: Another example of Police violence against women and youth, protected by NH AG and local cops.

Interview: Olivia Klaus Films Domestic Violence Victims Imprisoned by Silence.

That is Mandy Van Devens' Change.org brilliant piece about the new Olivia Klaus film that contains my comments, including this link to relevant video and some, but not all of NH AG Kelly Ayotte's coverups for physically abusive men, specifically licensed police officers. Read the comments for the Archambault report.

As a former AAG I find it appalling that the American Architecture of Justice permits such activity, but this journal entry shows that Senator Kelly Ayotte, as former NH AG, has no shame.

Behind the Blue Wall is also a great site.

Nashua Telegraph explains why Republican City Committee Chair Dennis Hogan told the GOP "KingCast is a troublemaker."

It's because I, as a Man of Vision, had enough bullshit from Nashua Public Officials at the School Board who were involved in Unconstitutional First Amendment Restrictions, so I drafted a lawsuit and made them have an emergency session in order to see things my way.

My Free Press and racial litigation against Dennis Hogan's gal pal Kelly Ayotte is going to travel the same arc, only slower. But hey, I'm in no hurry, they're the ones burning up all the money, some of it taxpayer money for the Nashua PD defense. Anyway, listen to Dennis at :55, nice. Also with Di Lothrop and Dennis Hogan letting me in to the rally, it totally eviscerates their specious arguments that I was out of line in temperament. These people will try ANYTHING to avoid doing the RIGHT THING.

KingCast First Amendment wins again on YouTube Review of Niggermania support of Senator Kelly Ayotte: No violation, Mr. King.

And I'm going to keep on winning, watch it Right Here.

26 November 2010

On Thanksgiving Day KingCast gives thanks to friends, family and the fact that NAACP LDF, Ralph Holder, Michael Holman, and KingCast are all showing U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte to be a deceitful rogue Senator.

DRAFT -- Final text with video later this evening.
So here's the Original Use of the term "Thanksgiving," just a massacre of 700 American Indians at Massachusetts Bay. Pretty fowl, huh?

Plenty of folks over at the NPR Story "Who Brought The Turkey? The Truth About The First Thanksgiving" recognize it as foul too, as my comment has the greatest number of recommends, and that is from people who don't even know about my Free Press lawsuit against Kelly Ayotte, KingCast v. Friends of Kelly Ayotte, NH Dist. 2010-CV-501. More information and analysis in the Frederick Douglass journal entry.

Note: The recommends have been removed but not before I screen captured them, right.

But what's more foul is the fact that NH AG cum U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte and her NH Law Enforcement cronies have found ways to violate most of the major victories that the NAACP has won since they started suing bigoted Government officials. We're talking about NAACP v. Button and  NAACP v. Thompson,  648 F.Supp. 195 D.Md.,1986 on First Amendment issues and Brown v. Board of Education347 U.S. 483 (1954) aand the related case of Palmore v. Sidoti 466 U.S. 429 (1984) on racial discrimination in schooling.
Brown was about putting an end to state-sponsored and state-approved racial oppression.....
-Edward Lazarus, Esq.
To see the Full Extent of Foul, read this post, which contains the following quote relating to Ralph Holder's documented history of state-sponsored and state-approved racial oppression:

“In A.J’s best interest I recommend that he attend the Burnham School in Haverhill (MA)….Furthermore, the issue of diversity is real.   A. J. would likely find it lonely being the only Black child in a school in NH.  He has a rich Black Heritage of which to be proud.  He can share with and learn from other children of his color and it can enhance his growing up years in numerous ways.  In Haverhill (MA), he has that opportunity far more that it exists in NH.” –Patricia Frim, Esq., Court Appointed Guardian ad Litem, 07/14/03

What else should I expect given that Senator Kelly Ayotte wouldn't even say "I object to racism" in response to my lawful inquiry caught on video in response to the Niggermania website's support of her. But at least I am thankful to know people involved with the progressive arm of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, which has a spiffy new website, great design and function. I'll be in contact them about the affront to these established paradigms of Law and Policy brought by one Senator Kelly Ayotte and her merry band of pranksters; I give thanks for having that opportunity.
And I give thanks to Patriots all across the country, especially over at ArrestaJudgekit/We Expose Local Corruption (YouTube Channel), who is busy busting on another bad Senator:

Those of us who actually endeavor to do something more than sit on the sofa and complain about corrupt government officials need to stick together and be thankful for the opportunity to do so, despite the built-in headwinds that we face.

KingCast presents Thanksgiving Journal Entry #1: Roxy Music's "More than this."

Oh I've got a special friends and family and NAACP LDF vs. Kelly Ayotte post coming later tonight or tomorrow, but for now I just have to stop and give some daps to what is arguably a perfect pop song. Minimalist yet evocative lyrics that fade out about 90 seconds before the end of the song give the listener plenty of time to chart exactly what the experience signifies. Though not as rowdy as the early Roxy Music, I loved this song from the minute I heard it, and I will always love it every time I hear it. It's simply sublime.
Honorable Mention: Nirvana, About a Girl, unplugged. The bluesy influence and Mr. Cobain's voice send chills down the spine.

24 November 2010

KingCast presents: Derek Soucie vs. Jeremy Tetrault, another dangerous, negligently-hired, trained and supervised cop, just like Norman Bruce McKay.

At the outset I will note that the violations of pursuit policy and excessive force from 2007 ring true in the Liko Kenney lawsuit, 2010-CV-181 from 2007 that nobody is writing about..... and NH LE Jeremy Tetrault clearly violated the State Rules on pursuit again in February 2010, and he did it because Kelly Ayotte never investigated Tetrault's or Bruce McKay's pursuit violations in 2007 because she is a Right-Wing Fascist Pig who protects bad police, as I have been noting for years now.

Seacoast Online's Elizabeth Dinan, another NH LE abuse victim, covered this year's car crash debacle after a Judge denied access to the files and Governor Lynch signed a law exempting State-owned (but not municipal vehicles......). Wow, I was out of town this summer during most of these proceedings, glad to be in the loop now though. New Hampshire protects Law Enforcement way too much, and it goes back to the Dow Murders, when Dick Down undoubtedly murdered his wife and adoptive son and got away clean in 24 hours.

Note further that there is no record of the NH AG's office disciplining this jackass when he clearly could have killed someone over 3 women on a crack binge that I told you about back on 10 Feb. 2010 in this News of the Weird entry.

On Wed, Nov 24, 2010 at 7:02 PM, Christopher King  wrote:
I'm reading the Soucie Complaint now on Pacer, perhaps I will post it later, for now enjoy the book signing session with Casey Sherman, retired Franconia LE Bradford Whipple and Yours Truly. Unlike Liko Kenney's complaint, which I will definitely post soon, it is not a specific complaint so nobody's going to learn much be reading it, basically an excessive force case. Apparently the cops involved either shot and/or tazered a man in a felony stop after it was clear he was not a flight risk.

Anyway, the NH AG Office covers up the truth about these situations, in the Michael Paulhus case AG cum U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte allowed violation of miranda and destroyed evidence when Nashua Cops fired into a van, and that's a FACT, ready the Paul Erwin Kish Forensic Report, after which the Civil case was settled at $80K; the Union Leader called it "hush hush"

Sunday, November 21, 2010

KingCast informs the U.S. Senate and SCOTUS Justice Kagan: Senator-Elect Kelly Ayotte and Jeff Strelzin lied about the Michael Paulhus shooting documents they had.
And of course Kelly Ayotte continues to hate free press and KingCast telling you these facts, so she threatened to arrest me 3 times so now she is facing this lawsuit with the rest of her GOP and Nashua PD buddies.

And Liz Dinan, author of this piece, knows all too well about Kelly's band of legal pranksters, Kelly let Fred Hoysradt off the hook after he assaulted her after knockin' back a coupla' Captain Morgans, yah.

As noted in this KingCast video:

Liz I hope you sued,

The Ben Beauchemin factor: A KingCast reminder on Law Enforcement's ownership of U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte.

Even the Union Leader wrote "Witness: Officer got off easy," just as I noted in this video about alcohol-drinking, female reporter-assaulting tool Fred Hoysradt. Here is the original 23 Jan 2009 journal entry on this alcohol-drinking, car-rolling, leaving-the-scene cop who eventually got fired, and it started like this......

"Remember when I told some of you knuckleheads in this post that NH AG Kelly Ayotte was a shill for bad policing?"

Add it to the Fred Hoysradt file, and remember that Kelly Ayotte admitted to Ralph Holder in this 23 June 2009 letter that her office never prosecutes or takes any administrative action against Law Enforcement. And as we know from my Open Letter to Judge Holloway over in the 10th Circuit, it gets even worse than that: Kelly Ayotte and her merry band of legal pranksters conjure up criminal cases against strident black men who complain of clear cut Civil Rights violations of Palmore v. Sidoti and Brown v. Board of Education, and lies and deception by the NH Bar Counsel that Guardians ad Litem were not subject to ethical review.

Some of this was the handiwork of hastily-retired U.S. Marshal Stephen R. Monier.Get your flu shots early this season, I hear an epidemic of swine flu is raging in New Hampshire.

23 November 2010

Profiles in American Justice Presents: Stephen R. Monier, a sitting duck.

NPR Reports: We might as well be in Clarksville, Texas, with cops conjuring up crimes against black men on sidewalks:

The Sidewalks Of Clarksville, Texas

Oh Stephen R. Monier and his buddy, Senator-Elect Kelly Ayotte are both sitting ducks for their demonstrable skills in assembling bogus prosecutions against strident, well-educated black men who exercise their Fundamental First Amendment Rights to Petition the Government for Redress, and to gather and report news. Take a look, and in my Motion be certain to read Ralph Holder's Cease and Desist Order he served on Monier exactly a year ago when he was a U.S. Marshal. Mr. Holder then served a Civil Rights Complaint against him to the DOJ, and then Mr. Monier resigned and signed on with Defendant Kelly Ayotte and her Friends, whereupon he threatened to have me arrested and called the police as I stood on the public sidewalk, then said I was a threat to Kelly Ayotte.

As I said, this guy is a sitting duck, got him right in my sights, but not like the white guy that mailed him a decomposing pig, but like the black guy who just wanted to ask Kelly Ayotte a couple of questions, or like the black guy who complained about being lied to by Martha Van Oot and Jack DeHart regarding the ethical responsibilities of Guardians ad Litem and their choice to Unconstitutionally use race as a factor to keep his son out of a white school in New Hampshire. Hot damn, people, hot damn how ridiculous. And racist.

One observer said "King, he's your best witness. A jury will see right through him."

And it's true. And the pickle is, the Court can't deny me the right to question this guy about how he and Kelly treated Ralph Holder and to a lesser extent Michael Holman because the fact patterns are far too similar. To prevent me from inquiry on those points would be to consolidate the very pattern of racial and First Amendment oppression that is complained of in my Pleadings.

KingCast: Smarter than the Average Bear, so if my case "smells like a nigger" to Niggermania, well then that's just too damn bad. You should have kept your candidate and her posse in line.

KingCast presents: Just another pissy day at a TSA pat down.....

Wikipedia is censoring negative but true facts about U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte and her coverups as NH AG; U.S. State Department is watching.

This is a KingCast65 video in the making, and it all started with this 12 Nov. 2001 Journal Entry, noting that Wikipedia is censoring proved facts about U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte and her administration of "Justice" as former NH AG. Well as one can see, Wiki responded to my concerns with somewhat static criteria, and I wrote back about five (5) days ago for clarification including, inter alia:

Is the Littleton Courier mainstream enough press for them to publish? That paper agreed with me that Bruce McKay violated Franconia OC Spray and Pursuit Policies as he hounded Liko Kenney over a stupid inspection sticker in a small town where the express policy said "Do not overtake" and "Do not ram a car" and "Let him go and send him a ticket."

Is the Concord Monitor mainstream enough? I interviewed Ms. B. (herself a Criminal Justice Major and Professor) and she told me everything and more than what appeared in the Monitor story about that knife that Bruce McKay stuck toward her privates for no lawful reason.

What about noted Crime Writer Casey Sherman's written and oral statements before KingCast cameras and in his best-selling book and soon-to-be Hollywood production "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains." What if all of this information was collected by private investigators and a well-respected attorney named Mark Sisti, who never had a written contract of any kind with the Kenney family, isn't that good enough? Take a look, listen and read.

This is getting ridiculous, because ultimately if Wikipedia's position is that only mainstream lapdog media statements are allowable, then what the hell do we need them for? I could just go to the Union Leader/WMUR and run a name search for Kelly Ayotte, or I could ask WMUR's Adam Harding for his unbiased opinion, right.

They both absolutely hate me, see the hateful and race-baiting editorial that UL pulled after I smashed Kelly Ayotte's attempted prosecutions of me as NAACP Legal Chair and dig the hateful countenance on Harding's mug as I asked Kelly Ayotte to renounce online support from Niggermania, a website that said she was correct to "throw my nigger ass out."

What I said to 10th Circuit Appellate Judge Holloway, using relevant law, is that she was not correct to "throw my nigger ass out," and what I have to say to all of you is the same thing you are saying about me, and it will not be printed in this space.

Meanwhile on a related note, NECN ran a story this morning about Kelly Ayotte's Momma Grizzly buddy Sarah Palin, quoting only sources who say that she is Just Great, never a mention of the fact that she has demonstrated complete idiocy on basic tenets of American Law. Not one dissenter was interviewed. If I wanted a lapdog I would buy one. Just as Kelly Ayotte and the GOP have done.

22 November 2010

KingCast blast from the past: Another failed attempt by Kelly Ayotte her friends to shut down my blog with a bogus TRO that got slammed.

I forgot about this one. Case dismissed and the Court found in my favor on every single legal issue I raised.

Most Courts do that whenever I have a First Amendment issue, I almost never lose, and NEVER lost a First Amendment case to a Jury, 3-0. And ready to go for 4.

KingCast open Letter to Judge Holloway on how NH AG cum U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte and her friends destroy American Freedoms and Fundamental Rights, particularly of strong black men.

Your Honor, the top video is a good primer, and short. You can even witness an Ayotte-supporting U.S. Veteran like yourself growl at the practice of banning me from events "as long as you don't stand up and interrupt [speakers] in protest."

In this journal entry I went through all of my case, KingCast v. Friends of Kelly Ayotte, NH GOP and Nashua Police2010 -CV-501 and the fact that NAACP v. Thompson,  648 F.Supp. 195 D.Md.,1986 is still Good Law and should have been argued in the Weise v. Caspar case before you, in which you correctly and stridently dissented. Perhaps you can use that law in the future should the situation arise again.

But sadly Your Honor, this oppression, steeped in racial antipathy, not just an isolated thing with the NH Legal Infrastructure. I'm certain you would never dream of allowing GALs or Family Court to bounce a black child out of a nicer white school in order to send them to a black school because of race yet this is precisely what NH did. It is a direct affront to Palmore v. Sidoti and Brown v. Board of Education as noted in my public records request, yet Kelly Ayotte refused to take the matter to the U.S. Supreme Court and the NH Judges unanimously denied review before the NH Kangaroo Courts.

To make matters worse, Kelly Ayotte and her friends -- as they are wont to do -- fabricated a story that Ralph Holder criminally-threatened people for pointing out the fact that NH Bar Disciplinary Office lied to him and said that GALs were not subject to review and stating that he would protect his Civil Rights. They charged him with a criminal offense, the same way that Kelly Ayotte and her friends charged me with a criminal office for writing a Demand Letter as NAACP Legal Chair. Mr. Holder's case was dismissed on a Directed Verdict and both of mine were dismissed as well.

At any rate, in fact GALs are indeed subject to such review, and NH Bar Counsel Martha Van Oot lied about it. They cited a 1988 case but they had to have known about this:
In re Boyle’s Case, 136 N.H. 21; 611 A.2d 618; (1992) the NH Supreme Court clearly established; “Where attorneys serve as guardian ad litems, even if the child is not a client, attorneys conduct is nonetheless governed by Rules of Professional Conduct.”
Sir, if you have any authority to initiate a Federal Investigation into the antics of the New Hampshire Law Enforcement and Judicial Community you would be doing the State, and the World, a huge service. I will leave you with these passages from the shameful child placement case that Ralph Holder and his child endured. I don't have time to get into redacting the original full docs but this will show you enough to make you cry:
“In A.J’s best interest I recommend that he attend the Burnham School in Haverhill (MA)….Furthermore, the issue of diversity is real.   A. J. would likely find it lonely being the only Black child in a school in NH.  He has a rich Black Heritage of which to be proud.  He can share with and learn from other children of his color and it can enhance his growing up years in numerous ways.  In Haverhill (MA), he has that opportunity far more that it exists in NH.” –Patricia Frim, Esq., Court Appointed Guardian ad Litem, 07/14/03

“Ultimately, the court finds that the most important factors are diversity and crime. Given the information presented on the issue of diversity...the Court concludes that the Burnham school in Haverhill (MA) would be the more appropriate placement for A.J.”- Marital Master Harriet J. Fishman- Case No. 02-M-0032 (Approved Judge Gerald Taube).  08/05/03
“No appeal, however, is declined except by unanimous vote of the court with at least three justices participating. No justice who considered this matter voted to accept this appeal. Accordingly, the appeal was declined. If any justice who considered this matter believed the appeal should have been accepted, this case would have been scheduled for briefing. Declined.  Brock, C.J., and Broderick, Nadeau, Dalianis and Duggan, JJ., concurred.  Case No.  03-0640, (Declining to hear appeal of Case)
And Guess what happened next Your Honor, for the coup de gras? Mr. Holder, who holds a Masters in Criminal Justice and a very high U.S. Security Clearance (he works under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton) wrote his then area State Representative several weeks ago. He asked her to initiate an Article 31 hearing and she shredded his documents:
Respectfully submitted,

Christopher King, J.D.
