KingCast says "Liko Kenney and abused Franconia residents were indeed articulate, but they were indeed ignored by Chief Mark Montminy."

Those of you coming in from liveleak watch the linked movie and read the lawsuit affidavits from area Law Enforcement, a private investigator and me. Bruce McKay terrorized those he did not like, and his wife got a TRO on him and moved to a safe house around the time she gave birth to their only child. I am a former Law Enforcement attorney and this case stinks, that is why two lawyers are now suing the town and a former town selectmen admitted that Bruce McKay was out of control and not being policed properly himself.

"........My husband was a police officer and his friends at the Attorney General's office suggested I write a complaint."

"I recommended he be sent to a certified psychologist for cognitive testing for communication and control issues... this could cause serious problems for officer McKay or Franconia."

"I said that ambiguity in policy and procedures makes Bruce McKay a dangerous person."

"I said I am not writing to retaliate and said this should serve as an instrument to warn Franconia of a dangerous situation."

I said that consideration of assessment information as well as citizen reports should determine his ability to perform the duties of a law enforcement officer."

In the short film below and right here at Casey Sherman's Bad Blood book launch is most of what you need to know about Franconia's Corporal Norman Bruce McKay. Above are some scenes from my morning breakfast with Chief Montminy and Town Clerk Sally Small. It's all going to come out, folks. Just takes time, resolve and courage. But until it comes out, no true healing will occur, as noted by Attorney Geoffrey Fieger in yesterday's Bowfinger or Bad Blood 3 relative to Aiyana Stanley-Jones' murder at the hands of aggressive LE and the complicitous First 48 sensation-seeking journalists. Bowfinger or Bad Blood 1 and 2.

So a 13 page complaint is missing? I mean didn't WMUR and yourself request complaint docs from the town nearly 3 years ago?

I don't think the author of that doc is lying, so who is?

Oh wait, yes, look at that weasel and the shrew talking to him.

What's the probability there were more?

Epic.

I'm not hardly about to divulge the entire contents of the Sisti/Nickels/Whipple investigation online.

Most of what you see here I've already mentioned, it just bolsters my contentions.

Perhaps the most telling thing I saw in the file is a Nashua Telegraph story about the fact that NH juries are stingy.

I don't know if that played a role in Attorney Sisti's decision not to file suit, but Davey's not in it for the money, he's in it to expose the Truth.

There's some money to be had though because Attorney fees are awarded to prevailing parties, and from what I read in the file, there are several experts who agree with me that Constitutional violations were occasioned.

why isnt whipple still employed by the private investigative firm that sisti hired rumour is he has an abuse problem of a different type daveys in it because you keep stirring the pot, and you have no grounds to sue to expose anything so now you will continue to try and expose the truth by using davey to do your bidding for you i listened to your video you said it will never end when someone asked you about your ongoing issues your answer to everything is f****** sue you said that to in in the same video why didnt davey come home and help his kid back when he was first contacted by the lawyer who spoke to him
suing everyone isnt going to clear daveys guilty conscience for what he failed to do which was not helping his kid deal with the problems/issues he had

No, the complaint was provided to the public but the bigger issue is that Montminy and the Selectmen ignored it.

I don't deal in rumors, I deal in facts, such as the FACT that Angela McKay spent time in a safe house, Montminy and the Selectmen knew it, everybody knew it, but Bruce McKay got carte blanche.

Liko Kenney, if allowed to grow as a young adult, would have grown out of his boisterous ways and been a contributing member of society. He arguably overreacted when a minor took his gun from its lawful place in his bedroom, but he was indeed gainfully employed at Agway and sending positive energy in many directions, same way he did when he saved those Tamarack trees you saw in the video too, My Friend.

Bruce McKay and Gregory Floyd were a couple of continuing jackasses, twice Liko Kenney's age and there no hope for them whatsoever.

Floyd proved that when he was CONVICTED of gun threats, i.e. criminally threatening an elder, a female, his neighbor, AJ Boisvert.

Call 1.800.DOUCHEBAG.

*********

And you're damn right some folks need to be sued, and some folks need to report about the facts, some folks need to be Internet jackasses.

You fall into the last category.

Congratulations, you've just been KingCasted.

PS: Of course if this movement was as inconsequential as the tool wished it to be, s/he wouldn't even bother writing in.

But in reality, the shit is hitting the fan and this anonymous person is upset about it.

But anger and jealousy will reduce your lifespan and cheapen its quality at the same time, that''s why I choose to have a Good Time at All Times 'cos life's too short sho' nuff' dig.

What about Mark Montminy's conscience?

What about the Selectmen's conscience?

Do I need to spell it out for you again?

Apparently so:

"I recommended he be sent to a certified psychologist for cognitive testing for communication and control issues... this could cause serious problems for officer McKay or Franconia."

"I said that ambiguity in policy and procedures makes Bruce McKay a dangerous person."

"I said I am not writing to retaliate and said this should serve as an instrument to warn Franconia of a dangerous situation."

-You've been KingCasted, take a seat, son.
