Lookit: I'm not here to by nice or especially polite. I'm here to expose the FACTS and obtain some measure of Justice, and that's all that matters. And the fact of the matter is, all the hand-holdin' and yes-yawlin' and mealy-mouthed politicos' cries for Justice don't amount to a bag of dookie until there's a lawsuit involved.
Having been a successful litigator, I know this.
And there's but a handful of other reporters out there who can say that.
