Top-Ranking... KingCast reminder on World Day Against Cyber Censorship: We must remain vigilant right here in America as well.

World Day Against Cyber-Censorship is crucial. Gosh knows that there are many LE and Big Business dupes right here in the Good Ol' U.S. of A who would love to see blogs like this one taken down. Here are seven attempts against me. I've won every time despite heavy opposition:

America, the Land of the Free but not to former Mass Bar Ass'n Prez. Richard C. Van Nostrand:
"The author of this diary seems like a fighter, I'll say that, and his video had pretty good production values. And if I understand him correctly, he's probably uncovered a corrupt establishment conspiracy -- i.e., the same set of lawyers and politicians work together to deligitimize someone who they view as a threat and/or an annoyance."-"cthulhu" from Daily Kos.

Maybe that's one reason why Masters in Criminal Justice gives me top ranking as Constitutional Law blogger.

Meanwhile: Governor Patrick, have you had the opportunity to commence the investigation you stated you would engage when you emphatically stated "I don't want a prison system shrouded in secrecy," relative to the pending Defamation Action by Joanna Marinova against the Boston Herald and Channel 7 as noted in the above video?

subject Update requested on Governor's investigation into CORI leak + violation re: Darrell Jones, Joanna Marinova and State Rep. Fox.

Dear Ms. Heffernan,

Can you see to it that I receive an update on this crucial matter sometime next week?

Videos at the link:

Obviously I know you and Governor Patrick are busy as all get out, but he did specifically promise me an investigation before hundreds and ultimately thousands of viewers, and you also know this is a top priority case.

Thank you in advance for your continued consideration of this matter and have a great weekend!
