KingCast says "Recall Manchester Senator Lou D'Allesandro, he doesn't care about the Democratic Process in Franconia on SB 154 Bruce McKay Highway."

Update: No Recall in NH, only Impeachment, read the comments.

Senator D'Allesandro is a tool and a pawn for LE just like Senator Letourneau, and he says that he doesn't give a damn what the people say (voted no to Russell Cumbee's Warrant ballot) or what the NH House said last year (wait until the people want it see para. 4.)

And he's wrong because not every cop gets a road named after him with State funds. See the Bruce McKay and Joseph Gearty post. Here's more on this, read the comments from another abusive LE.

PS: You gotta' love clueless Martha McLeod "those who voted represent a minority of the community..."

Yeah Martha, and an even SMALLER minority voted in favor, you idiot. We all know how hundreds of townspeople attended Liko Kenney's funeral while you could have fit all the townspeople who attended Bruce McKay's service in a wheelbarrow. See you at the House vote Martha.

Here is a link to the House PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS committe where the bill currently sits.

http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/house/committees/committeedetails.aspx?code=H20

There is a link there that allows you to email the entire committee. If the link above does not work, here is the email address:

~HousePublicWorksandHighways@leg.state.nh.us

Use it!

FYI, its Rich McLeod, not Martha being quoted in the article. A distinction without a difference, they are both as dumb as a box of hammers.

Impeachment in New Hampshire is an expressed Constitutional power of the House of Representatives to bring formal charges against a state officer for "bribery, corruption, malpractice or maladministration, in office." Upon the impeachment of a state officer, the Senate acts as "a court, with full power and authority to hear, try, and determine, all impeachments made by the house of representatives."

Upon conviction, the Senate can impose a punishment that "does not extend further than removal from office, disqualification to hold or enjoy any place of honor, trust, or profit, under this state."

******

I vote for maladministration.

Anonymous said...

be sure and tell them you are not a NH resident.

Democratic process was carried out by the Franconia Board of Selectmen who are the government in Franconia, they voted 2-1 to support SB154.

I love my fedora. Yes it is inexpensive, but certainly not cheap. It's a lovely hat and everyone loves it, but you're a hater so there you go.

3:16

I was skiing and living in NH before Russell Cumbee you jackass.

3:19

If that were the case then Russell Cumbee wouldn't have needed to issue a warrant ballot.

You got anything else 'cos you sure haven't impressed me so far.

Well that's not true.

You impress me as being one supremely ignorant jackass.

Christopher King said...

PS to the jackass:

The shades cost more than the fedora.

A lot more.

it didn't need to be an article on the franconia ballot it was just a courtesy extended to the residents not that some deserved it big deal about you were skiing in nh before russ, he still lives in nh you don't the shades are just a covering for your emptiness, your no different than the hollow chocolate easter bunny candy kids get

PS:

Hey tool, show me that state-authorized road you say was named after Gearty.

Is it part of the outer "beltway" get it, hahahaaaa.....

-The KingCaster.

Christopher King said...

The House has spoken already about what it would do, given the vote of the people.

It's not my fault that didn't nobody care 'nuff 'bout yer zero hero to roll up and vote for the road.

And that's a fact, Jack.

-The KingCaster.

The people of Franconia have voted. Please respect their wishes.

When the hearing comes up before your committee we will be there big time to

see that the will of the people is respected. This circus continues for the third

year.

The wounds are still raw, we don't need this nightmare to be endless.

The silent majority have spoken.

So your saying that there is a possibilty a road will be named after mckay? I thought we were passed that

Christopher King said...

2:37

Nope, they are still pressing and still misrepresenting the Truth, i.e. that every cop gets a road named after themselves while dying in the purported line of duty.

The House hearing is coming up soon, we will rock it, and I'll get all of it on video.

-The KingCaster.

Anonymous said...

Someone said there was a road named after gearty. Can I get that location please?

Anonymous said...

Like I always said king loser, Cpl. Mckay will get a road named after him. And that's a fact jack!

Christopher King said...

6:46

The same way that Gearty has a road named after him?

Look, anything is possible, whether or not it occurs against the will of the people.

-The KingCaster.

Anonymous said...

Oh it's gonna happen big mouth. You have been shooting your mouth off for several months saying it wasn't going to happen. Reach down grab the foot and insert in mouth. And don't you dare drive on that road. You are not worthy. God bless Cpl. Mckay and may liko burn in hell.

Anonymous said...

Saw bode miller doing about 95mph down profile rd. Too bad the only real cop Franconia has ever seen was murdered in cold blood by a psychopath.

Anonymous said...

You were wrong about Cpl. Mckay, from what I have read you were wrong about Geartys road. And you are certainly wrong about dirtbag liko. Unfortunately I have no choice but to here by" suspend" you from blogging. The people have spoken, shut down the site you friggin tool.

Christopher King said...

Blah blah blah blah blah.

Show me the road established for Gearty pursuant to RSA 4:43

Tool.

-The KingCaster.

PS: If you don't like my site, don't visit it, pretty simple stuff, huh. Like Dewey defeating Truman.

As for your contempt of Liko Kenney, you are entitled to your opinion, but the townspeople, hundreds of them who attended Liko's services and who DID NOT attend McKay's funeral, disagree with you.

Vehemently.

Anonymous said...

A wise man once said when a fireman shows up he's a hero. When a police officer shows up someone goes to jail. Probably figure into the townpeople electing not to show. Cpl. Mckays job was to enforce the law, a thankless job he did very well. Nobody likes authority. Especially franconians.

Anonymous said...

You claim to know so much about the north country. Are you aware of the history in franconia? Once upon a time they wanted to seperate themselves from the united states! They wanted their own government. Authority problem maybe? P.S. There was once a college there. Look into that! Of course they are going to despise "law enforcement".

Christopher King said...

Nah, Dickweed I know my North Country history, I know how racist it used to be in the early ski resort days and I kmow how much support came out for José Pequeño throughout his life, so piss off.

And oh, yah what is Lisbon Police Chief also a tool because he gave McKay the heave-ho?

Know thine history, beach.

I'm KingCast dammit.

Way ahead of you.

Here you go dude:
PUBLIC STATEMENT FROM KINGCAST.NET
NH RESIDENT 2003-2010
Good morning Mr./Madam Chairman, I will briefly walk the Ladder of Abstraction with you, starting with the Caveat that you explicitly stated, with respect to a similar Petition on HB 1428:
The committee unanimously supports that when the local communities feel that the time is right, an appropriate section of state highway should be dedicated to the fallen police officer, Corporal Bruce McKay. Vote 15-0
Well as you know by way of the warrant ballot set forth by Russell Cumbee, the Community still…. does not want it.
1. The whole thing is a smokescreen to take attention away from the lack of any substantive investigation into:

a) propriety of stop or
b) Floyd’s actions that commenced when he shot the windshield out of
Liko Kenney’s car.

2. Contrary to the implications of State rep D’Allessandro not every fallen LE gets a road named after him pursuant to State imprimatur. Joe Gearty did not.

3. If you want to name a road after Michael Briggs, I’ll be the first in line to sign any Petition. I did my research on him, he was a Good Cop and not actively violating protocol when he died.

4. But if you go way back to 2003 you should recognize that it’s quite likely that Bruce McKay violated Liko Kenney’s Constitutional Rights and got away with it back then. That’s why Judge Cyr dismissed other cases from Fox Hill Park that were initiated in the same manner. The cases are on file If you watch those videos Liko correctly told him “You cannot keep me here without good cause,” yet McKay did indeed do that, and never told him why he was keeping him there, he could have simply run the license and that was that.

5. Lastly, you just cannot grant State imprimatur to the pattern of conduct displayed by Bruce McKay throughout his career when it comes to judgment and use of OC Spray, recall he sent a girl to the hospital on OC Spray while investigating a so-called case against Ryan Hartford that didn’t even get to trial. And of course on the day, date and time in specific question he was violating 7 or 8 distinct policies designed to de-escalate potentially hostile situations. I have attached them for your review (will hand deliver 5 April, 2010) but they are on my blog, please call or write should you have questions, kingjurisdoctor@gmail.com or 617.543.8085m.

Lisbon chief gave Cpl. Mckay the heave-ho because he was conducting police operations. Cpl. Mckay made the Lisbon pd look like the do nothings that they actually are. Know your facts jack!

Try speaking without vulgarity. The name calling and the kindergaren attitude pretty much explain why you are on suspension. Put your big boy pants on and start acting like an adult , instead of berating attempts that only show how immature and unprofessional you are when someone dissagrees with you. You are ignorant and a disgrace to educated black men in America. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Christopher King said...

You have some nerve telling me about profanity given the profanity that I receive in here.

Find the profanity in my discussion with Senator Letourneau.

Suspended Attorney I am.

Suspended Journalist and Citizen I am not.

Bruce McKay was a disgrace to the men in blue, and so are you..... whomever you are, Mr. or Ms. Anonymous, too cowardly to reveal who you are, huh?

Tool.

If you think trolling for tickets out of your jurisdiction and speeding through town are part of the job description of a useful police officer, you've been spending too much time with Alice in Wonderland.

I am a 44 year old female ski instructor at cannon Mtn. My name will not be divulged due to your irrational militant behavior. Can you please inform me how I am a disgrace to men in blue. I am also a sugar hill resident and have been for 44 years. I have countless relatives that reside in Franconia and all of them agree you are a thorn in everybodys side. We all wish you would go away. Especially the innocent daughter of Bruce Mckay. You did not know liko, you only knew of him. And we all wished he would go away also. Bruce mckay was a good officer murdered in the line of duty. He deserves the road.

Anonymous said...

Just so you know, I am the wife of a man in blue. Actually tan and green. But all the same. Like a few others we have had opinion differences with Bruce. However the officer/father/son/fiancé did not deserve to be gunned down in cold blood. He put on the uniform everyday and responded to those in despair. Sometimes his ways were unorthodox. But he was always there to help. Leave him alone so he can rest in peace please. If not for him, for his daughter.

Christopher King said...

Who is "we?"

I think you are a disgrace for honoring Bruce McKay.

You think I am a disgrace for posting relevant facts about his tenure, and about the bogus investigation.

The people of the town have spoken, and not too many of them agree with your position but I wouldn't be so crass as to suggest that you "go away," no Sir, it's a Free Country and you are entitled to your opinion.

Have a nice day.

-The KingCaster.

Christopher King said...

As to my "irrational militant behavior" remember it is indeed a free Country.

You are entitled to your irrational support for Bruce McKay.

As Russell Cumbee said, remember:

"Newsflash, free speech improves the quality of life," or whatever the hell it was that he said, words of similar import.

Can you dig it, bro?

Let's have a beer next winter and go for a ride down the Mountain, in honor of Bode.

You think what I'm doing as lawful opposition to a corrupt investigation is unfair to his daughter, I'm sorry about that, send your complaints to Kelly Ayotte.

Ms. B was the wife of LE too, and she's got more relevant creds than you I'll bet.

She has a different take on things.

"I went to Chief Montminy directly with my concerns and he asked me to put them in writing so I wrote the 13 page complaint, to which I never received any response. I told him my credentials include a BS in Criminal Justice, a teaching certificate and being an elected public commissioner."

"After the stop, but before I wrote the complaint McKay stopped us to scare us and he knew I was not driving because of my ALS and knew my daughter was driving because he saw us get in the car. I told my daughter 'don't roll down your window this guy is nuts....' and said to McKay, 'Bruce you know I wasn't driving you saw us get in the car...."

"My husband was a police officer and his friends at the Attorney General's office suggested I write a complaint."

"I recommended he be sent to a certified psychologist for cognitive testing for communication and control issues... this could cause serious problems for officer McKay or Franconia."

"I said that ambiguity in policy and procedures makes Bruce McKay a dangerous person."

"I said I am not writing to retaliate and said this should serve as an instrument to warn Franconia of a dangerous situation."

I said that consideration of assessment information as well as citizen reports should determine his ability to perform the duties of a law enforcement officer."
