KingCast says "Here comes Citibank lawyers Zeichner Ellman & Krause....."

Apparently these blokes at ZEKLAW ISP 38.117.162.35 are taking a look-see, along with the Manchester, NH Morgan Lewis office 12.237.69.18 their search was "Morgan Lewis," dig THAT Google-bomb hahahaaa.....

They are no doubt pissed as hell that NY Partner Sam Shaulson has lost control of this case, and perhaps they are mad as hell that Citibank lied to Morgan, Lewis about my conduct at the bank. All I know is if they bring a lawsuit I will demand a Jury and then everybody is going to be saying
"Wow, where can I find his blogs....that guy ROCKS!!!...."

The ZEK Google search was "who is christopher king citibank"

Here is who I am, "The Watchdog."

This promises to be fun because there's no legal basis for shutting down any of my blogs about Citibank or its lawyers if that's what they're after. Think: Fair Use,opinion, satire, parody guys, I've got y'all covered, think of it as a movement of the Yoots... Or maybe they too, are in search of the Holy Grail.....

PS: We all know Citibank likes to steal from its customers, they lied to Ohio State Students, California AG Brown caught them in flagrante delicto with $14M from poor, deceased customers and continuing with that theme they ganked the estate of Janina Tobolka (who had hip replacement and uterine cancer for Christ's sake) and Marie Olko for $127K until she busted them in NY Court of Appeals for $300K in 2005 hahahaaaa....

Did KingCast and Monty Python prematurely accept the niggardly Sam Shaulson Holy Grail gift?

Funny how I wrote two days ago that purportedly-damaging video was on its way, but MCAD tells me this morning that it has not arrived, but that they are checking the mail and will give a holler when it arrives.

Here's the rub: Every other time these lying bigot hater-bags sent something when they thought they had me in a corner they sent it FEDEX, I wish I had saved the envelopes for a KingCast picture. I'll keep calling MCAD to see when the Moment of Truth has arrived.

Warning: There better not be any editing going on, I might bring my film maker along with me to look for any splicing. Plus, with multiple cameras there had better be the exchange between Carlo Caramanna and me, you betcha'.

KingCast presents: A real CORI violation by Jessica Van Sack, the Boston Herald and others?

UBER UPDATE: There appears to be a CORI violation. Globe Newspaper Co. v. District Attorney for Middle Dist., 439 Mass. 374, 788 NE2d 513 (2003).
Newspaper had sought disclosure of docket numbers of criminal cases involving municipal corruption, prosecuted in public judicial proceedings. Among its findings, court held that CORI statute did not prevent disclosure of criminal record information, but newspaper only had a disclosure right to the extent the requested information correlated with information available from court records or other public records.
Recall that unauthorized release of criminal records led to Sheriff Linehan's resignation in NH under AG pressure yes it did. The (mis)information that the Herald used to publish their stories is most certainly NOT available from court records or other public records, this was a dirty deal and we are going straight to Mass AG Martha Coakley's office this week with this blog post to see what she's going to do about it. When we are finished the Herald, Jessica Van Sack and everybody involved is going to realize this is a matter of grave concern and that no amount of government and big-media beat-down is going to deter our pursuit of Justice. And the factors in favor of disclosure of sources clearly outweigh nondisclosure, read the SJC materials on G. L. c. 6, 167 et seq.
(4) News Sources and Nonpublished Information. Before ordering a reporter to divulge a source and the information gathered, a judge must “consider the effect of compelled disclosure on values underlying the First Amendment and art. 16.” Petition for Promulgation of Rules Regarding the Protection of Confidential News Sources & Other Unpublished Info., 395 Mass. 164, 171, 479 N.E.2d 154, 158 (1985). Accordingly, a judge must balance the public interest in the use of every person’s evidence against the public interest in protecting the free flow of information. Matter of a John Doe Grand Jury Investigation, 410 Mass. 596, 599, 574 N.E.2d 373, 375 (1991). See also Ayash v. Dana-Farber Cancer Inst., 443 Mass. 367, 403 n.33, 822 N.E.2d 667, 696 n.33 (2005).
Note: There is a radio show about this matter scheduled for Tuesday morning, 29 December 2009 at 8 a.m. at TOUCH FM.org. At that point people will learn more about a man who was the darling of Massachusetts Law Enforcement and media (Chronicle video here) for his video series “Voices from Behind the Wall," until he started speaking out about violence and racism in the prison itself, at which point he became social and political pariah. He went from being a celebrated proponent of social responsibility to being unceremoniously placed in the hole immediately after he spoke out...... (continued on jump page).

KingCast and Monty Python receive Holy Grail video from Morgan Lewis niggardly partner Sam Shaulson.

Well what a difference a day makes. After the Scrooge/Dave Chappelle/Strother Martin post quoting Morgan Lewis Partner Sam Shaulson's 25 November promise to "immediately" produce a video in which I allegedly acted inappropriately, MCAD officials tell me that they believe it is en route.

If you will not show us the Grail... we will take your Castle by force!

KingCast presents: Strokes of genius.

Radically different men (Arthur wrote that he kind of understood Mac's anger at times but he personally could never afford to do any of that), but also two of the smartest, most strategic players ever. I forgot until I looked at this video that Jimmy had Arthur down 2-0 with 6-1 6-1 scores at '75 Wimbledon before Arthur diced him up and bled him out like Dexter. And we all know Mac was The Knife. Thanks for the memories, guys.

27 December 2009

KingCast tells Morgan Lewis Partner Sam Shaulson: "Don't be so niggardly with your Christmas presents man!"

Remember the Scrooge post in which I noted, inter alia, that Morgan Lewis is a "No Hire Factory?" And who could forget the instant classic Strother Martin "Hard-time That's the way he gets it!" post, noting that Morgan Lewis are such tightwad tools they illegally failed to indemnify one of their own attorneys in a legal malpractice case. Wow.

Well they keep on not giving the gifts, even though the NAACP has given Sam Shaulson and Morgan Lewis' infamous dirt bag scum-sucking rat pig Citibank client a big present that was re-gifted to Yours Truly, i.e. NAACP v. Ameriquest Mortg. Co., Citigroup et al., 635 F. Supp. 2d 1096 (2009).

Well now niggardly Morgan Lewis Partner Sam Shaulson is thus far failing to gift over the video that purportedly shows me acting inappropriately at the Citibank South End branch such that manager Carlo Carmanna was justified in not opening a bank account for me even as Citibank opened such an account for my Caucasian girlfriend. She and Derrick Gillenwater will be witnesses at trial. Why is Sam Shaulson being so niggardly about it when his co-counsel, Benjamin Velella tried to threaten my lawyer with the video as their first line of defense many months ago, remember the colloquy:
"Please be advised that we do have video from the South End Branch from March 24 that captures interaction between staff and your clients and have also taken statements from the affected employees."
*********
"Sir, I couldn't care less about the self-serving employee statements. The proof is in the video from that day and all other days that you have maintained and that the court will compel you and your client to produce."

And remember what Sam Shaulson wrote to MCAD on 25 November 2009 -- an entire month ago:
"Citibank will immediately produce a copy of the video in question to the MCAD, but asks that the MCAD confirm that a copy of the video will not be provided to Mr. King."

Well we must have some sort of, ummmm... failure to communicate, because in point of fact I have already stipulated that I would abide by the MCAD ruling, which was that the Commission would not compel a video for my own possession, and I will simply sit in the room with them and observe and narrate what is happening, including the fact that Morgan Lewis Attorney Sam Shaulson intentionally lied to the Commission about the fact that Carlo Carmanna was the Decision Maker: It was not the black female teller, their own Position Description proves that because she is not cloaked with the ambit of authority to render such a decision, only he can "Resolve escalated customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively."

I dunno, but a non-negotiated $24,500.00 check is an "escalated customer issue" the last time I checked. So I will provide an Affidavit and Narrative to the Bar Discipline Counsel, which prematurely dismissed my Rule 3.3 Ethics Complaint against the niggardly Morgan Lewis Partner Sam Shaulson. They will probably dismiss it again to protect a powerful attorney like Sam Shaulson but that doesn't diminish the gravity of his deceit, No Sir.

KingCast reminder about denial of Justice for Liko Kenney: The more things change......

Two years ago as a private citizen I strode into the Grafton County Superior Court and documented a number of flagrant RSA 91-A violations in KingCast v. Ayotte et al. The Court even found that Kelly Ayotte had acted illegally and other evidence of non-compliance with RSA 91-A was clearly set forth. In the end, the Court somehow found a way to ignore all of that and not assess any court costs or expenses against Defendant Ayotte or the Town of Franconia, a totally protectionist move.

This despite the fact that I also clearly won the right to inspect the original dash cam video that is going to be analysed for sound as noted at point 7 in the Casey Sherman "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains" book launch post. That's okay, at some point there will be a movie about this, most likely through Casey and his publisher. Even though he and I disagree on certain aspects of the case more people will be digging around and finding the Truth right here and at KingCast.net.

25 December 2009

KingCast, The Youngbloods and the iPhone say: "Happy Holidays!"

Honorable Mention: Three Dog Night.

PS: The actual winner is:
My Sweet Lord, my favorite Beatle, perhaps my favorite Beatles song. Here Comes the Sun is waaaay up there too. I know, I know, what about Ronald Mack's "He's So Fine" and plaigarism? I dunno, the Court did rule against Harrison posthumously (and impliedly Billy Preston as well) on that but I don't believe there was any ill intent and the songs are really completely different to the listener, just my $.02. Still a fascinating case and story and I see Mack's argument loud and clear as well, Bright Tunes Music v. Harrisongs Music 420 F. Supp. 177 (S.D.N.Y. 1976).

24 December 2009

KingCast presents with a giant smirk: NAACP v. Ameriquest Mortg. Co., Citigroup et al., 635 F. Supp. 2d 1096 (2009), more Citibank racism alleged.

Back story: As one can read in the thumbnails, in 2007 the NAACP gave Citibank poor marks on everything racial except Community Reinvestment Act work, but on further review the NAACP -- the Nation's Oldest Civil Rights Organization (of which I proudly served as Southern NH Legal Chair) -- says they have apparently failed on that as well. Get your popcorn ready for NAACP v. Ameriquest Mortg. Co., Citigroup et al., 635 F. Supp. 2d 1096 (2009), Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint DENIED.

(March 11, 2008) The NAACP and lead counsel Brian Kabateck filed papers Friday, March 7, that will fast track their federal class action lawsuit against Washington Mutual, Citi, GMAC and 15 other mortgage firms who systematically steered African American borrowers into predatory loans.
"The victims in this case had the same credit, the same income and the same qualifications as the lenders' other customers. The only difference was the color of their skin. That's why they were stuck with abusive loans," said Kabateck, Managing Partner of Kabateck Brown Kellner, LLP.

"Quickly resolving this case is essential for victims who have ruined credit and who are losing their homes. This isn't just about justice for the victims. This case is about making sure that this kind of discrimination is stamped out for good," said NAACP General Counsel Angela Ciccolo.

What this proves of course inter alia, is that Discrimination need not take place all at the same time, as alleged by Morgan Lewis Partner Sam Shaulson in my case of racial discrimination where they refused to open a bank account for me but opened one for my Caucasian girlfriend. Citibank may well be the sleaziest banking operation in the World: Almost every multinational banking scam involves Citibank. I've been listing Enron, Ohio, California, Mexico, Russia and some of the others here.

See generally the Bah, humbug post from this morning about these money-laundering, student-huckstering, TARP-abusing, scum-sucking racist rat pigs that call themselves Citigroup, Citimortgage and Citibank.

Hey KingCast your online First Amendment Nashua Mayoral Commendation disappeared, did you have a backup?

Yes. However, it will prove a PITA to go back and link all of them so that's where they get ya!

KingCast says PLEASE drive safely today, tomorrow and always.

We saw a very bad accident this evening shortly after dusk on the Mass Pike E/B into Boston. Two cars were flipped, a man was waving his hands wildly to State Police on the left hand side, and about 200' further on the right was a 99% definite fatality, I won't describe it, nor will I publish photographs. I always had a policy of not publishing fatality pictures and I will stick with that. We were only 8-10 cars back so it must have just happened.

I thought about the sad miracle of timing. What if we had left the rest stop 5 seconds earlier and had established a different traffic pattern and everybody got home safely? What if we would have become embroiled in it ourselves? What if anyone within 1,000 feet of the accident had done something just slightly different this morning, yesterday or 10 seconds before the crash and maybe everyone gets home safely?

Well in point of fact, we will never know. But what I do know is that some people are going to be in a World of pain at the Holiday Season, and my heart goes out to them.

23 December 2009

KingCast and NAACP say Bah, Humbug Scrooge awards of the Decade go to Citibank, Sam Shaulson, Morgan Lewis et al.

UPDATE: NAACP v. Ameriquest Mortg. Co., Citigroup et al., 635 F. Supp. 2d 1096 (2009), more on this in a new post, but basically NAACP sued Citibank and others for Community Reinvestment Act violations, which effectively removes the only good score they had from the 2007 NAACP report featured below.

I already told you about Ohio AG Marc Dann suing Citibank for huckstering young students, and almost every multinational banking scam involves Citibank. I've been listing Enron, Ohio, California, Mexico, Russia and some of the others here.

But now I see that they were ripping off more schools and students and settled that out for a couple million, no doubt after they already made 40 or 400 times that much through their illegal practices.

If Citibank ever tries to sell you on its commitment to racial diversity or Green investment portfolio, don't believe it because the Green America Responsible Shopper wrote: Citigroup's record proves that its desire for profits come at the expense of environmental and social sustainability.
Citigroup received a “C” grade on the 2007 NAACP Economic Reciprocity Initiative report. The grade reflects a measurement of corporate America's commitment to African Americans and other people of color. Companies were surveyed for their activity in employment, vendor development and contracting, advertising and marketing, dealerships and philanthropy.

The Corporate Library named Citigroup as "worst overall" in its listing of the Ten Worst Large US Boards in 2003....

In May 2004 Citigroup agreed to pay $2.65 billion to investors in WorldCom...

In August 2003 Citigroup Global Markets' brokerage division was fined $1 million by the New York Stock Exchange.....

And hot damn they even had to settle a claim of unlawful discrimination filed by an atheist, so Citibank will stick it to whomever is walking by, apparently. I love the "being a disturbance" line of crap; same one they used on me. This goes straight to MCAD, showing a pattern and practice of conduct by these scum-sucking money laundering rat pigs at Citibank.

And of course we need say no more about Morgan Lewis than the fact that they are considered a No Hire Factory and unlawfully failed to indemnify their own former lawyer for work he performed for Morgan Lewis, see Cassady v. Morgan Lewis, 145 Cal. App. 4th 220; 51 Cal. Rptr. 3d 527; 2006 Cal. App. LEXIS 1877 (2006)

Martha Coakley and Mass Division of Banks finally go after some brokers with apparent validity, as opposed to Cat Gibbons and Miracle Mortgage.

Here is the Boston Herald story "Six indicted in mortgage fraud scheme" and a related story "Scott Brown targets Martha Coakley as ‘robotic’ liberal Democrat."

I wrote to both features:

Martha Coakley's Division of Banks is railroading a black female mortgage broker even though her stated income deals did not put anyone in harm's way and occurred BEFORE the DOB changed its policy in 2006.

They also have improperly accused the woman -- Cat Gibbons of Miracle Mortgage -- of being a convicted felon, which she is most definitely not.

When Ms. Gibbons complained to the DOB about Fidelity Guarantee ripping her off they did nothing, even though Fidelity had been shut down in Vermont. Fidelity Guarantee Mortgage Corporation v. T Reben, 809 F2d 931 (1987).

Martha Coakley's Mass Division of Banks also gave MCAD a totally different reason for issuing the Cease and Desist Order, stating it was credit issues and character of fitness, blah blah blah when I have the video from the hearing and it was only the stated income deals. Her credit issues were fairly petty and certainly not of any substantial nature to merit a Cease and Desist and she had a #1 rating prior to being wrongfully accused of being a felon.

The Division, by and through the following representatives, improperly threatened Ms. Gibbons with a public hearing with media and law enforcement, and she will take a lie detector test on it. They won't.

John Prendergast, Chief Risk Officer
Cynthia Begin, Senior Deputy Commissioner
Gregory Short, Deputy Commissioner
Christopher Pope, Deputy Commissioner
Aimee Desai, Associate Counsel
Erin Berger, Chief Director

Ms. Gibbons will be present on 6 January 2010 for a hearing at Suffolk District Court in which the DOB is going after some other mortgage folks who actually do appear to be involved in criminal activity to spread the word that the DOB is treating her in an arbitrary and capricious fashion -- they claim they don't have her responses to questions that she sent in regarding the issue, it is truly incredible.

Video and more information here:

http://touchfmboston.blogspot.com/2009/12/why-is-cat-gibbonsmiracle-mortgage-v.html

I am going to telephone AG Coakley to see if she has a comment, I'm sure she will not, but eventually she will because MCAD and several attorneys are watching Ms. Gibbons' complaint closely. Very closely.

Forecast is snowy in Boston: KingCast and TOUCH 106.1 FM see cocaine rear its ugly head in Greater Boston men of accountability. Again.

I didn't realize -- nor was it widely publicized -- that John Forbes' dance with the DEA also involves cocaine. You see, not only was Mayor Menino's baby-faced East Boston liason dealing with Oxycontin and Marijuana, he was dealing with some scarfaces (Boston Herald) as well:
Last Wednesday, just prior to his arrest, Forbes, fearful he was under surveillance, arranged for the DEA informant to buy 10 ounces of cocaine from (his co-Defendant) Taylor.

Moreover, Anthony Cristallo is a convicted murderer and drug dealer (Universal Hub) whose family has a lot of money. He is another of Forbes' alleged accomplices whose Benzo was spotted in Forbes' back yard recently. He is a fugitive at present, something about some problems in Vegas.

In April 2009
(Team 5 Investigates) Mayor Menino dealt with the fact that the jake who was driving the ladder truck with negligently-repaired brakes in Mission Hill when Kevin Kelly was killed (TOUCH FM Disorder in the Court) had in fact been court martialed for blowing rails while he was on an a drug interdiction tour for the Massachusetts Air National Guard in Curacao in 2008 and didn't tell anybody. Raw video.
According to military court documents obtained by Team 5 Investigates, Robert B. O’Neill “purchased cocaine from a local civilian and snorted the cocaine in his hotel room” on March 21, 2008.

And in December, 2009 the authorities informed us that cocaine was involved in the Quincy "road rage" shooting involving Robert O'Connell, Joseph Fasano and Jennifer Bynarowicz that needs to be investigated in this 5-step manner (TOUCH FM Policework for Dummies) or as the case may be, in Five Easy Pieces, folks riding the fast lane on the road to nowhere.

Sing with me: Oh, the weather inside is frightful.... but the highs, are so delightful.... let it snow, let it snow, let it snow....

Good lord! From the level of frustration indicated on this and other law-related websites, I hope a pre-party walk though a metal detector and a pat-down is on the agenda.

I made sure to remind them of Cassady v. Morgan Lewis, 145 Cal. App. 4th 220; 51 Cal. Rptr. 3d 527; 2006 Cal. App. LEXIS 1877 (2006)
"We affirm the trial court's grant of a new trial. Under section 2802, an employer must [***3] indemnify an employee for attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending a third party lawsuit, where such expenses are necessary and the lawsuit is based on the employee's conduct within the course and scope of his or her job duties."

PPS: The KingCast jam "Everything Counts" was for Bernie Madoff, but it applies to Citibank, Sam Shaulson and Morgan Lewis, totally apropos.

KingCast will appeal disciplinary committee dismissal of Rule 3.3 Ethics Complaint against Sam Shaulson.

Dear Attorney Friedberg. I am surprised you dismissed the case rather than hold it open pending further discovery. Don't you want to view the videotape in question to see who the Decision Maker was?

I'll be back in touch within 30 days, as MCAD is expecting Attorney Shaulson to present the video to them, then I will review it and provide a step-by-step narrative. I'm sure that Attorney Shaulson will hurry up with that video because after all, it purportedly bolsters his client's position.

Thank you and have a great Holiday Season!

KingCast and Strother Martin share some hard time with Sam Shaulson, Morgan Lewis and scum-sucking money laundering rats at Citibank.

Little birdy told me that Morgan Lewis is on the list of Defense counsel for MCAD.

With every lie they tell, and every act of deception they practice under the guise of practicing law, they place that position in substantial peril. Imagine not indemnifying your own attorneys and being a No Hire Factory.

But hey Sam, this is The Way you wanted it, now I'm going to give it to you.... I don't like it any more than you, man.

KingCast says hmmm.... Morgan Lewis is a slave ship with lying Partners like Sam Shaulson at the helm.

Remember how I chided Morgan Lewis Attorney Sham Shaulson being glad to see me so he can keep railing up those billables? It was in this post with the KingCast YouTube video where I present to a Criminal Justice class -- as Sam Shaulson and his scum sucking rat client Citibank are steady accusing me of being "suspicious" and dangerous.

Well that's not far from true because if you are an associate and you are late entering timesheets for your billables Morgan Lewis docked your pay, LOL.

It doesn't matter, they're a No Offer Factory; not doing much hiring anyway and they laid off 216 this year. Sam Shaulson says I have a motive to bring a case against Citibank, hell I'll notify MCAD he's got a financial motive to keep on sucking money out of Citibank, even lying as noted in my Rule 3.3 Ethics Complaint forwarded on to Washington DC Managing Partner Grace E. Speights.

PS: Morgan Lewis must be short on money, they stiffed Ralph Cassady after years of dutiful service and got schooled in Court with a remand Affirmed: Cassady v. Morgan Lewis, 145 Cal. App. 4th 220; 51 Cal. Rptr. 3d 527; 2006 Cal. App. LEXIS 1877 (2006)

KingCast scoffs at the notion that snowstorms in New England are actually news.

A little dusting of snow never slows the battle for Civil Rights, no Ma'am, No Sir!

KingCast and the iPhone say: "Happy winter Solstice!"

Well it was a few days ago but boy is that ever a New England winter solstice kind of sky. You can almost taste it in the air.

UPDATE: Mickey de Rham gives us a better taste from Weeks Medical Center in Whitefield. I doubt that was an iPhone at play ;)

KingCast pings Morgan Lewis DC Managing Partner Grace E. Speights about Sam Shaulson, a liar in the New York Office.

Dear Attorney Speights:

It is with deep regret that I write to notify you that Morgan Lewis has a liar in their midst, and he is a Partner no less. Please review the Rule 3.3 Ethics Complaint against Sam Shaulson, who has allowed for spoliation of evidence in my Civil Rights case against Citibank -- even after his client was specifically warned to maintain any and all such video.

I've got news for him: The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination will request a copy of at least one of the videotapes in question, and when it comes out MCAD will see that the bank's purported legitimate nondiscriminatory rationales for refusing to open a bank account for me as a black male are not worthy of credence per Burdine and McDonald-Douglas.

As to your client Citibank being complete and utter money laundering dirt bags, almost every multinational banking scam involves Citibank. I've been listing Enron, Ohio, California, Mexico, Russia and some of the others here.

Be that as it may, I saw that someone from Morgan Lewis with a Philadelphia server was reading this blog on 19 December 2009 at 1:39 pm -- Morgan, Lewis And Bockius (12.53.161.4) and from Washington, DC on 21 December 2009 at 8:32 Morgan Lewis (65.207.69.2) folks were reading the Sam Shaulson blog -- and thought it might be you, given that you head up the diversity program and would be interested in matters of racism.

Please call or write if you have any questions.

KingCast and TOUCH FM Blog present: Policework for Dummies -- how to review the Quincy "road rage" shooting incident.

Allrighty:
1. Discard any preconceived notions about moneyed young men, firefighters or women in possession of cocaine.

2. Evaluate all persons involved for alcohol and/or illicit drugs. That's what Mayor Menino or Quincy Police Chief Paul Keenan say they would do. This only makes sense given that there was cocaine in the jeep that Joseph Fasano was driving, and cocaine on his face.

3. Evaluate the vehicles thoroughly. Who owns and insures the vehicles that were involved? There might be something interesting there that could help establish a motive either which-a-way. It's fascinating that Ms. Bynarowicz initially said she didn't know the shooter, but I'm quite sure that's not true becaue of the issues countenanced in item #4.

4. Evaluate the living and entertainment circumstances of Robert O'Connell, Joseph Fasano and Jennifer Bynarowicz. This is important because Ms. Bynarowicz reportedly dated (how recently I don't know) Robert O'Connell's Uncle, William O'Connell, and she reportedly lived in or still lives in a condo owned by him. That's a nice May-October relationship but hey love is love, it's All Good until somebody looses any eye or some intestinal organs, right.

5.
Step back and admit the fact that if Robert O'Connell was not from a prominent family, he would likely be jailed right now -- held without bond -- even though it certainly does appear that Mr. Fasano was the aggressor, what with that Bolivian Marching Powder running through his veins. He's also got quite the driving record, replete with suspensions, accidents, etc. etc. Download it here. Wonder what Mr. O'Connell's driving record is like, the major media should report that as well, fair is fair.

KingCast and TOUCH 106.1 FM say Tony Williams' & BalletRox' Urban Nutcracker brings the house down!

Smashing production and a great interview! Coincidentally, we sat directly in front of the costume designer so this one's for you, Sister! Full story coming when I finish it sometime Sunday. For now, just focus on the Mission Statement:
The mission of BalletRox is to use the power of dance to break down racial barriers and enrich the community's artistic experience through the creation of a diverse dance company and school.

I like it when the Nutcracker slays the rat. I deal with rats all the time :)

KingCast explains why Citibank stock might never rise again and Citigroup is in danger of going under, dragging taxpayers with it.

Not so fast dude.

Citibank suffers weak response to share offering

NEW YORK : Citigroup stock took a beating on Wall Street Thursday after weak demand for a share offering that prompted the US government to delay the sale of its stake in the bailed-out banking giant.

Citi shares tumbled 8.12 percent in early trade to 3.17 dollars and have plunged some 20 percent over the past week. The market action came after Citi said late Wednesday its share offering saw prices of 3.15 dollars per share.

This was well below the average price paid by the US government as part of a multibillion-dollar bailout under the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP).

That prompted the Treasury to delay its plans to divest an initial five billion dollars.

"The US Treasury announced it would extend its lock-up period on the sale of its 7.7 billion share common equity stake to 90 days from 45 days after the completion of this offering," Citigroup said in a statement.

In the Vikram Pandit cam post I ran it all down with information about the fact that almost every multinational banking scam involves Citibank. I've been listing Enron, Ohio, California, Mexico, Russia and some of the others here and at Citibankisracist blog, and of course we will see that Citibank lied when they are forced to produce the bank video in my racial discrimination case against them, MCAD will be requesting that video in the ordinary course of business even though my Motion to Compel it was denied. That denial actually works in my favor because it gives these liars less grounds for appeal should they get smoked at the Commission stage by a Probable Cause determination.

PS: Bill I received an interesting response from Senator Tarr's Office about the correspondence you sent them. I'll be discussing that matter with Senate Counsel next week. I'm chillin' with Oliver Ruff right now and we are really wondering what your role in the whole Franconia Shooting tragedy was really all about.

Wanted: Massachusetts State Senator, read below for job description and responsibilities.

Must be able to sustain repeated wrist slaps, get so drunk you don't know your way home, then drive drunk and leave the scene of an accident and avoid jail time despite two prior drunk driving charges.

Applications accepted down at the local bar.

Menino takes appropriate action on oxycontin drug allegation, no official action taken by Quincy on cocaine issues in road rage shooting.

Okay. Here's the KingCast YouTube video and coverge about the importance of drug testing and disclosure involving the Quincy/Marina Bay shooting last week involving Ronald O'Connell (with no known prior record) and Milford jake Joseph Fasano, recently on probation for domestic violence and substance abuse issues.

And here is the coverage (Boston Herald coverage with skanky fingernail treatment is here) yesterday's arrest of Mayor Menino's East Boston rep John Forbes:
"I was deeply troubled and disheartened this morning to learn of the arrest and ongoing investigation of one of our employees, John Forbes," Menino said in a statement. "The charges against him are extremely serious, and his alleged behavior is completely unacceptable."

True that, if proved. It is also completely unacceptable to have ANY AMOUNT of cocaine in your car -- not even "a small amount consistent with personal use," whether you are LE, a jake, or ordinary citizen working on the other side of the thin blue line.

UPDATE: Joseph Fasano was probably coked up:
"Authorities have said Fasano had cocaine on his face when rescue workers arrived and traces of the drug were also found in the Jeep he was driving. Bynarowicz, 34, of Quincy, who owns the Jeep, told police the cocaine was hers."

The kicker: I was praising NH AG Kelly Ayotte on the fateful morning of 5/11 on her earnest efforts to curb synthetic drug abuse.

KingCast says "Goodnight, SAAB."

Dammit I knew this was coming. Swedish compatriot Volvo is still hanging in there but is a loss-leader Ford is trying to sell off.... but SAAB..... is probably toast. I've owned seven (7) of these beasts and my friends have owned or still own countless others. Sure I went back to BMW but I will always, always like SAABs, especially the OG900s and the 9^3 Viggen. One thing about them that NH LE should be aware of relative to the fact that LE Dick Dow probably MURDERED his family (Dow Murders.com), is that they don't just blow up.
