One year ago almost to the day the citizens of New Hampshire, by and through their elected officials, soundly rejected HB 1428 Bruce McKay highway, set forth by a nitwit deceitful legislator Martha McLeod, who is now out of a job, thank goodness.

Well there are the two recent stories about the ridiculous attempt to shove this Bruce McKay Highway bill down the throats of people in the North Country. Note that none -- I repeat NONE -- of the sponsors are even from North Country. Last year that lying, deceitful sponsor Martha McLeod tried to run the same game, ignoring her constituents and dealing behind the back of the Franconia Recovery and Reconciliation Committee. Her bill failed and she failed to win her Senate bid, thank goodness she is OUT OF OFFICE.

I issued my comments in this post and in this post that will be going out this weekend to the sponsors involved, including Robert Letourneau, with whom I wrestled over Martha's attempt last year. Run a word search for his name on this blog and see what you get. The text of the bill is in the comments. Bruce McKay did not "die in the line of duty," he died on a frolic and detour, during a dereliction of his pursuit and OC spray directives fueled out of unlawful antipathy for all things Miller and Kenney, such as the time he tried to give Bode a speeding ticket based on hearsay.

For you folks writing your lawmakers you can cite to these fifteen (15) points of light that constitute Bruce McKay's real legacy in the North Country. Senator Robert Letourneau is well aware of ALL OF THIS but he went right on ahead and sponsored this bill yet again. Query will he and the others, driven by deals with the Chiefs of Police try this every year? If they do, they will meet the same resistance every year, you better believe THAT.

As noted in this video, Bruce McKay was lucky to have lived as long as he did, when the locals told me

"If it hadn't have been Liko Kenney it would have been someone else."

This bill names a portion of route 18 in Franconia in honor of Corporal Bruce McKay of the Franconia police department who was killed in the line of duty.

KingCast analysis: This bill should be jettisoned just like the one last year by Martha McLeod, who unlawfully and unethically withheld information on her way out of government for a while. It places government imprimatur on a cop of ill-repute, and on Franconia's failure to adequately train, monitor and supervise him. Also, as noted in this post, Bruce McKay was not really killed "in the line of duty" he was killed on a frolic and detour, during a series of ultra vires acts of corporate, municipal and personal irresponsibility driven out of his hatred for all things Miller-Kenney, violating 7 distinct pursuit and OC spray policies. Kind of like when he tried to give Bode that ticket based on hearsay, only worse.

So that we have a record of everything, make sure to send your correspondence to the individual members of the Transportation and Interstate Cooperation Committee, all sponsors, and to the the chair of the Committee, as we all know Judge Timothy Vaughn threw out the KingCast case against Martha McLeod, rather than deal with the thorny issue of whether individual emails to our elected officials are subject to the Right-to-Know law.

Remember when I told some of you knuckleheads in this post that NH AG Kelly Ayotte was a shill for bad policing?

Well finally someone in New Hampshire has actually punished (Union Leader) a cop who does bad things. This is the first cop in NH that I've ever seen disciplined (except for Kelly Ayotte's buddy Martin Dunn trying to wail on Aaron Deboisbriand) and that was all for naught. Maybe -- just maybe -- if Kelly's hero Bruce McKay had been disciplined sometime during his years of abusive activities, he and Liko Kenney would be alive today.

But NH, including Grafton Superior Court Judge Timothy Vaughn, don't get it. They think if they just keep covering up the festering wounds that everything will be okay. It won't. From the UL:

In September, he was found not guilty by a district court judge, who cited insufficient evidence to convict. Judge David LeFrancois said that although Beauchemin's off-duty conduct was not fitting of a police officer, state prosecutors had not definitely proven beyond reasonable doubt that he had been drinking in excess before operating the vehicle.

Now some of y'all told me to stuff it when I disputed that ruling, and you said the Court was right. Fine. Just remember that same judge, David LeFrancois -- is the one who nailed NH AG Kelly Ayotte and the State for violating Constitutional Rights in the DNA reporting snafu.

Go prez, you and Joe Biden do what Joe promised me he would do: Go after multiple felons like Gregory W. Floyd, who in my opinion murdered Liko Kenney. Just as Dick Dow -- a former NH LE mind you -- in my opinion, murdered his wife and adoptive son in a SAAB 900 and got away clean, in 48 hours.

Every old Bimmerhead worth his or her salt will tell you the BMW 533i hoop is better than the 535i deal. Having owned one of each all I can say is I'm so glad I found the older one, whooo-hah! I'll need to recondition the leather a bit but it will work just fine. The horn is actuated by those almond-shaped flats on the top of the cross-bar, just press with your thumb. This wheel is as much art as it is functional, and it was only made for 2 years for some reason.

Update: Then I found a set of these obviously well-sorted BBS rims with a coupla' good tyres on the cheap. All Good.

Now that I'm into the book, I can say the movie did a splendid job of capturing the essence of the book, even if Jack Black is no more English than Cale Yarborough. KingCast laughs as Judge Vaughn dismisses all claims in Right-to-Know cases of KingCast v. Martha McLeod et al.

Hmmmm..... how can I make all of this go away, contemplates Grafton Superior Court Judge Timothy Vaughn.

You know, New Hampshire is one dirty state. Not like you didn't know that, but just to say. Rather than hear the arguments in this case, the Court just went ahead on 23 December 2008 and dismissed everything. You talk about wanting to cover up a legacy of lies, and here you have it. Emails to and from State Representatives are not discoverable. And Kelly Ayotte never had to adhere to the dictates of the Rules set forth by Peter Heed Deadly Force Protocol when an officer discharges his weapon, and of course we know Bruce McKay had to discharge his weapon because Gregory Floyd couldn't have fired the windshield bullet. This is important because analyses of the clothing -- Liko Kenney's and Bruce McKay's -- could tell us where everyone was when the shootings went down.

But none of that matters, just SHUT IT ON DOWN.

See when the going gets good in New Hampshire, the chances are about 99% that the Court will shut you down before you can get to the Truth, especially against the New Hampshire Attorney General and the Powers-that-be, duh. I win, and the Cause of Justice wins, just by the mere fact that they allowed us -- or were forced to let us -- play the game and to put the Real Facts into the record.

I will file my Notice of Discretionary Appeal to the High Court, which of course will likely rubber-stamp the lower court. Martha and Kelly, don't hold your breath because I'm not filing it right away. I'm going to file it later this year at an appropriate time, it will be a Petition for Original Jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 11.

It will become an integral part of the U.S. House Complaint and all of that will be sent off after Davey and Michele return to Franconia and right around the time that Casey Sherman's book is published.

Which is just fine. They know what they are doing and what they are doing is continuing to poison the legal environment of what is one of the most geographically beautiful states in the Union.

This is not the first time Judge Timothy Vaughn has let NH AG Kelly Ayotte off the hook; he let her and the town of Franconia slide in KingCast v. Ayotte et al, and he was reversed before when Maura Murray's family took him to task on another Right-to-Know case.

PS: On a Good Note, the Court has scheduled dirtbag and multiple felon Gregory W. Floyd to face a hearing on 22 January, 2008 on the Motion to Impose Sentence. Judge Vaughn's Order in that case, while not striking my Amicus Brief in support of Imposition, clearly radiated contempt for the nerve I had to file it in the first place.

Judge Timothy Vaughn carefully considers KingCast Amicus Brief on U.S. Government's failure to take a stance on Gregory W. Floyd & 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1)

Well he considered it and in a late December Decision I will soon post, he let it stand in the record and did not strike it. He said that the court was without power to command the U.S. Government to take any particular action, but that's fine. The brief stands in the Court record for anyone and everyone to see that the Citizens of North Country have been waiting for a decade to hear the ATF's position on Gregory W. Floyd's request for return of property, i.e. the guns owned by this multiple felon (proved) murderer of Liko Peter Kenney (opinion).

Slumdog Millionaire/Chai and Milk: KingCast New Year's post to all oppressed people of Franconia and North Country.

For Christmas we were all somewhat relieved to discover that three-time felon and general hooligan and public menace Gregory W. Floyd will stand trial on the issues of suspended sentence and for his actions on 15 April, 2008 in which he lashed out at local L.E. and lunged at Yours Truly with a deadly weapon.

But going into the New Year, as we realize that while we cannot bring anyone back to life, we must remain ever vigilant in our efforts to bring another inanimate yet living, breathing identity back to life:

Truth.

Two movies I saw this weekend carry a similar theme. Slumdog Millionaire is a fictionalized comedy/drama that reaches deep into the caste sytem of India to show us how the intestinal fortitude of one man -- a lowly chaiwallah -- can stare convention right in its face, kick its ass and rise above it all.

Harvey Milk's story, sadly, does not end on such a good note. I will never forget the assassinations of Harvey Milk and John Lennon when I was a young teen. Milk came first, and it really resonated with me because my father was a precinct committeeman in Cleveland Heights and it made me wonder just what in the hell could cause a councilor to go off like that, kill the Mayor and a fellow councilor.

Well it was hatred, and that hatred still exists toward gays without any lawful reason. Meanwhile, gays are hating on blacks within and externally from the gay community, which is also unfortunate. I remember my fiancee and I helping out on GLBi issues at OSU Law School, only to see a couple of gay bloggers on the Daily Kos CIA Death Squad turn cold shoulder to me when I needed help.

But for a brief time in San Francisco, a lot of that was put aside so that people could stand together and seek Civil Rights and Truth for all. As Milk put it after one of his initial losses at the polls, and as I will say about the situation in Franconia regarding various BS court rulings that continue to let Kelly Ayotte and the town of Franconia off the hook:

"Dammit, it's not just about winning."

I'll have my chai with a little bit of milk; as I used to back in the Day when Kelly Ayotte and her feckless buddy Chief Martin Dunn had me all hemmed up on bogus charges before I kicked their asses. In the days before KingCast, and well before my wonderful current job, I worked for some super cool folks (Mike and Kenliegh) at the award-winning Drawing/Room in Cos Cob/Greenwich, CT.
