KingCast presents: Articles on more Martha McLeod, Lou D'Allesandro S-0852/SB 154 Bruce McKay Highway madness.

One year ago almost to the day the citizens of New Hampshire, by and through their elected officials, soundly rejected HB 1428 Bruce McKay highway, set forth by a nitwit deceitful legislator Martha McLeod, who is now out of a job, thank goodness.

Well there are the two recent stories about the ridiculous attempt to shove this Bruce McKay Highway bill down the throats of people in the North Country. Note that none -- I repeat NONE -- of the sponsors are even from North Country. Last year that lying, deceitful sponsor Martha McLeod tried to run the same game, ignoring her constituents and dealing behind the back of the Franconia Recovery and Reconciliation Committee. Her bill failed and she failed to win her Senate bid, thank goodness she is OUT OF OFFICE.

I issued my comments in this post and in this post that will be going out this weekend to the sponsors involved, including Robert Letourneau, with whom I wrestled over Martha's attempt last year. Run a word search for his name on this blog and see what you get. The text of the bill is in the comments. Bruce McKay did not "die in the line of duty," he died on a frolic and detour, during a dereliction of his pursuit and OC spray directives fueled out of unlawful antipathy for all things Miller and Kenney, such as the time he tried to give Bode a speeding ticket based on hearsay.

For you folks writing your lawmakers you can cite to these fifteen (15) points of light that constitute Bruce McKay's real legacy in the North Country. Senator Robert Letourneau is well aware of ALL OF THIS but he went right on ahead and sponsored this bill yet again. Query will he and the others, driven by deals with the Chiefs of Police try this every year? If they do, they will meet the same resistance every year, you better believe THAT.

As noted in this video, Bruce McKay was lucky to have lived as long as he did, when the locals told me
"If it hadn't have been Liko Kenney it would have been someone else."

Want more? Watch him OC Spray Sarah as he violated her Due Process rights. And don't forget the OC Spray at Profile that sent an innocent girl to the hospital, read my interview with Ryan Hartford about that right here.

Now I do know a few things about sponsorship of reasonable legislation: Senator Bruce Tarr (R-Mass) just filed "Robert Taylor's law" 2 weeks ago, the bill I conceived in honour of a kind and gentle man who should not have died in an uninspected building with questionable egress from his apartment in Gloucester, Massachusetts last year. I am a co-sponsor of that legislation, yah.

KingCast presents: Idiot Danger Boy Gregory (Whatcha' Talkin' Bout) Willis Floyd.

Jackass murderer, IMO. Here's the Franconia Collective audio from his Restraining Order hearing when AJ Boisvert got a restraining order against him before he was CONVICTED of threatening her with a gun. But the town of Franconia considers him a hero and actually let a company put their logo on a tye band for this creep.
To the clerk of court. Mr. Robert B Muh I Gregory Willis Floyd respectfully ask the court to assign new counsel as I find Mr. Simon Mayo to not be [split infinitive] aggrissively [sic] and Dilitntly [sic] persueing [sic] my best interest [sic] under the law.

With respect [not much, anyway]
Gregory W. Floyd.

KingCast presents GReta's dashing brother, Handsome.

Most of my Bimmers.

Yep. It's a 1985 BMW 535i, not quite mint, but definitely quite badassss. I'm putting the Mark D/EAT chip in next week, so now I just need me some seat dye and I'm good to go!

Old school E28 5 series BMWs rule, much better and classier than that new little 3 series shitwagen that Ditmar Kopf drives.

Harry would agree. I know he loved his E 28 but he crashed it so now he drives a POS SAAB and his son is basically a juvenile delinquent, a pizza stealer and his wife is a Sasquatch. Oh well, that's life. But since I'm a Good Dude I'll let Harry borrow GReta whenever he wants to drive a real car again.

That brother Liko Kenney knew what was up:

KingCast and Steve Perry present: Bruce McKay Highway, same old song and dance.

Dammit, what part of "NO!" did the legislature not hear one year ago? How many times will they try to ram this caustic crap down the taxpayers' throats? Sing it, Steve, live 1977.

SB 154 - AS INTRODUCED
2009 SESSION
09-0852
04/03

SENATE BILL 154

AN ACT naming a certain portion of route 18 in the town of Franconia in honor of Corporal Bruce McKay.

SPONSORS: Sen. D'Allesandro, Dist 20; Sen. Letourneau, Dist 19; Sen. DeVries, Dist 18; Sen. Downing, Dist 22; Rep. P. Garrity, Hills 14; Rep. Goley, Hills 8; Rep. Boisvert, Hills 17; Rep. Jeudy, Hills 10; Rep. C. Soucy, Hills 17

COMMITTEE: Transportation and Interstate Cooperation

ANALYSIS

This bill names a portion of route 18 in Franconia in honor of Corporal Bruce McKay of the Franconia police department who was killed in the line of duty.

**********

KingCast analysis: This bill should be jettisoned just like the one last year by Martha McLeod, who unlawfully and unethically withheld information on her way out of government for a while. It places government imprimatur on a cop of ill-repute, and on Franconia's failure to adequately train, monitor and supervise him. Also, as noted in this post, Bruce McKay was not really killed "in the line of duty" he was killed on a frolic and detour, during a series of ultra vires acts of corporate, municipal and personal irresponsibility driven out of his hatred for all things Miller-Kenney, violating 7 distinct pursuit and OC spray policies. Kind of like when he tried to give Bode that ticket based on hearsay, only worse.

So that we have a record of everything, make sure to send your correspondence to the individual members of the Transportation and Interstate Cooperation Committee, all sponsors, and to the the chair of the Committee, as we all know Judge Timothy Vaughn threw out the KingCast case against Martha McLeod, rather than deal with the thorny issue of whether individual emails to our elected officials are subject to the Right-to-Know law.

KingCast says to lawyer-hopping Gregory W. Floyd: "What-choo talkin' bout, Willis?!?"

Remember how I told you before that I had a copy of Floyd being disgruntled with yet another lawyer, just before he was ordered to pay witness fees last week on yet another continuance as he sh*t-canned yet another lawyer?

Docket #13, to be scanned later today read it and weep:
5-16-08 (filed at 9:55 a.m.)

Gregory W. Floyd.

Now Listen up.

23 January 2009

KingCast watches others wake up to the lie that is Gregory W. Floyd and NH AG Kelly Ayotte.

I've got a previous letter from Gregory W. Floyd when he dismissed another attorney, crying the same old sob story. I'll have to JPEG it for y'all over the weekend. I was waiting to post it because I knew he would pull this kind of crap.

Here's the Union Leader story on Floyd's continuance, which the Judge did not take too kindly. Dig these comments from the readers:
"Floyd was cleared in the shooting a day later, after New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly Ayotte ruled Floyd's shooting of Kenney justified."

Great decision Kelly. Kiss your political career goodbye...
- Jack, Franconia

I can not believe the AG's office could possibly clear a person from a shooting within twenty-four hours.

What is that all about ?????????

Could it be Floyd has some help from the AG's office with all these delays.

I understand the frustration of this Judge and it is about time Floyd be held accountable for all his actions.
- Mary, Littleton

See, knew Floyd was a lying murderer (IMO), especially from the time he lunged at me in the hallway back on 15 April, 2008. The day after both of our respective birthdays, coincidentally.

KingCast related post: Floyd's broken sweetheart deal.

KingCast breathes a sigh of relief as Hooksett has the integrity to fire Ben Beauchemin that NH AG Kelly Ayotte lacks.

Remember when I told some of you knuckleheads in this post that NH AG Kelly Ayotte was a shill for bad policing?

Well finally someone in New Hampshire has actually punished (Union Leader) a cop who does bad things. This is the first cop in NH that I've ever seen disciplined (except for Kelly Ayotte's buddy Martin Dunn trying to wail on Aaron Deboisbriand) and that was all for naught. Maybe -- just maybe -- if Kelly's hero Bruce McKay had been disciplined sometime during his years of abusive activities, he and Liko Kenney would be alive today.

But NH, including Grafton Superior Court Judge Timothy Vaughn, don't get it. They think if they just keep covering up the festering wounds that everything will be okay. It won't. From the UL:
In September, he was found not guilty by a district court judge, who cited insufficient evidence to convict. Judge David LeFrancois said that although Beauchemin's off-duty conduct was not fitting of a police officer, state prosecutors had not definitely proven beyond reasonable doubt that he had been drinking in excess before operating the vehicle.

Now some of y'all told me to stuff it when I disputed that ruling, and you said the Court was right. Fine. Just remember that same judge, David LeFrancois -- is the one who nailed NH AG Kelly Ayotte and the State for violating Constitutional Rights in the DNA reporting snafu.

Boo. Yah. KingCast rules. BTW I'm approaching 2M hits on Google. Run "Chris King 1st Amendment" and see what you get. Folks read this blog and for good reason.

KingCast verifies ugly rumours: Another attempt to name a road after rogue, bully cop Norman Bruce McKay.

Elvis Costello has a song called Five Gears in Reverse, but it might as well be 6 speeds stuck on stupid here in NH:

Y'all might recognize some names on this list of sponsors, most notably Robert LeTourneau. Run a word search on this blog for my exchanges with him last year over the properly-failed Bruce McKay highway.

You better recognize that New Hampshire is a funny little state, one that cares not what its inhabitants really think. That's why the lawmakers have the nerve to basically resurrect the same failed bill from I93 and take it on over into town.

Look guys: Bruce McKay was so despicable a cop on so many ways that the public doesn't care that you're now going for a secondary road instead of a highway. They simply don't want Bruce McKay's name on ANY ROAD.

What part of that do you not understand?

See you at public hearing.

21 January 2009

KingCast hears ugly rumours of another stupid attempt to name a road after "bully with a badge" Bruce McKay.

Let's keep the roads in Franconia free from any Stateside imprimatur of police brutality, please. And let's get this straight: The bully quote didn't come from me. It comes from some of Bruce McKays peers. Here then is the substance of an email from a concerned citizen of the Franconia area:

"I don't have any particulars yet but understand that some
rep from down state is going to introduce a new bill to name Rt. 18
out of franconia in honor of Bruce McKay.

Here we go again. I have contacted Rep. Ed Gionet from
N. Woodstock for more info.

Petitions again etc...?

I will fight this with all of my might, just like I did the last time.
The town will never get over it if this comes to pass...
Wonder if Miss Martha is behind this one too....
Will find out.

Will let you know what I hear from Gionet who was
most helpful last time."

Yes, he was helpful.

KingCast, Martin Luther King and Barack Obama: Three black men who have been to the Mountaintop.

Go prez, you and Joe Biden do what Joe promised me he would do: Go after multiple felons like Gregory W. Floyd, who in my opinion murdered Liko Kenney. Just as Dick Dow -- a former NH LE mind you -- in my opinion, murdered his wife and adoptive son in a SAAB 900 and got away clean, in 48 hours.

The NH Attorney General Kelly Ayotte and her minions don't care very much about Justice. Give me a shout and I'll give you a guided tour of all of it. But alas, the old Bimmer is not bulletproof or armoured, so we'll have to pimp your ride :)

19 January 2009

KingCast bags a 533i rim for the 535i, and period-correct BBS rims to boot!

Every old Bimmerhead worth his or her salt will tell you the BMW 533i hoop is better than the 535i deal. Having owned one of each all I can say is I'm so glad I found the older one, whooo-hah! I'll need to recondition the leather a bit but it will work just fine. The horn is actuated by those almond-shaped flats on the top of the cross-bar, just press with your thumb. This wheel is as much art as it is functional, and it was only made for 2 years for some reason.

Update: Then I found a set of these obviously well-sorted BBS rims with a coupla' good tyres on the cheap. All Good.

KingCast says Martin Luther King's spirit still rings though the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Oh, yah it does. But then again, what do I know about that? Not much.

Some folks don't like progress when people from outside show up, but in the end it's usually All Good.

Especially when we're dealing with shady government that needs to be exposed. As my namesake wrote in his Letter from a Birmingham Jail I analysed for my undergraduate Rhetoric final:
"....Moreover, I am cognizant of the interrelatedness of all communities and states. I cannot sit idly by in Atlanta and not be concerned about what happens in Birmingham. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. Never again can we afford to live with the narrow, provincial "outside agitator" idea. Anyone who lives inside the United States can never be considered an outsider anywhere within its bounds....."

And of course it still rings through in Columbus, Ohio where Franklin County Muncipal Judge Bruce Pollitt apparently sent Jerry Doyle to the hole without any Legal justification, likely causing him to lose his lower leg.

A quote from one of the Sanitation Workers who had just met Martin Luther King prior to his assassination on 4 April, 1968:
"If you bend your back people will ride your back. If you stand up straight can't nobody ride you."

KingCast presents: A fitting lunch for Secretary of the Interior.

Sorry on GReta's grainy interior shot, camera phones and dusk don't go together too well. This is Secretary of the Interior #1; I'm saving all that M-Technic stuff for the E28.

Anyway, when I saw the Movie High Fidelity I had no idea about Nick Hornby's book. Now that I'm into the book, I can say the movie did a splendid job of capturing the essence of the book, even if Jack Black is no more English than Cale Yarborough. Sing it Elvis, in your inimitable white boy Motown kinda' way :)

16 January 2009

KingCast laughs as Judge Vaughn dismisses all claims in Right-to-Know cases of KingCast v. Martha McLeod et al.

Hmmmm..... how can I make all of this go away, contemplates Grafton Superior Court Judge Timothy Vaughn.

You know, New Hampshire is one dirty state. Not like you didn't know that, but just to say. Rather than hear the arguments in this case, the Court just went ahead on 23 December 2008 and dismissed everything. You talk about wanting to cover up a legacy of lies, and here you have it. Emails to and from State Representatives are not discoverable. And Kelly Ayotte never had to adhere to the dictates of the Rules set forth by Peter Heed Deadly Force Protocol when an officer discharges his weapon, and of course we know Bruce McKay had to discharge his weapon because Gregory Floyd couldn't have fired the windshield bullet. This is important because analyses of the clothing -- Liko Kenney's and Bruce McKay's -- could tell us where everyone was when the shootings went down.

But none of that matters, just SHUT IT ON DOWN.

See when the going gets good in New Hampshire, the chances are about 99% that the Court will shut you down before you can get to the Truth, especially against the New Hampshire Attorney General and the Powers-that-be, duh. I win, and the Cause of Justice wins, just by the mere fact that they allowed us -- or were forced to let us -- play the game and to put the Real Facts into the record.

I will file my Notice of Discretionary Appeal to the High Court, which of course will likely rubber-stamp the lower court. Martha and Kelly, don't hold your breath because I'm not filing it right away. I'm going to file it later this year at an appropriate time, it will be a Petition for Original Jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 11.

It will become an integral part of the U.S. House Complaint and all of that will be sent off after Davey and Michele return to Franconia and right around the time that Casey Sherman's book is published.

Which is just fine. They know what they are doing and what they are doing is continuing to poison the legal environment of what is one of the most geographically beautiful states in the Union.

This is not the first time Judge Timothy Vaughn has let NH AG Kelly Ayotte off the hook; he let her and the town of Franconia slide in KingCast v. Ayotte et al, and he was reversed before when Maura Murray's family took him to task on another Right-to-Know case.

PS: On a Good Note, the Court has scheduled dirtbag and multiple felon Gregory W. Floyd to face a hearing on 22 January, 2008 on the Motion to Impose Sentence. Judge Vaughn's Order in that case, while not striking my Amicus Brief in support of Imposition, clearly radiated contempt for the nerve I had to file it in the first place.

Read my lips: The truth is now in the files, for anyone to see.

Peace.

The 535i. The M-Technic hoop. The Mark D/EAT chip. The Momo classic wood shift knob. Later, the replica M-Technic fabric in the doors.

Any idiot with a little bit of wallet like Ditmar Kopf can buy a new BMW. It takes someone with soul, spirit and creativity to take an older one and work it to a position befitting its stature as a motoring icon -- as opposed to some crap you see at every streetcorner, the vehicular equivalent to some sort of tawdry ho-bag down in the old Times Square days.

Ditmar the Douchebag.

KingCast says 2 large geese + big ol' jet airliner = 170 pairs of clean underwear.

Oh, my. Thank goodness everyone seems okay.

"All the way to the scene of the crash!"

Le Ciel.

So the sky on I400 was absolutely amazing this evening, even on a camera phone.

KingCast says here we go again.... another gosh-dang BMW E28, this time a 535i

Well I've had a 533i and a 535is so now it only fits that I should drive a 535i. GReta I will prolly give to a certain young lady who supported me throughout Kelly Ayotte and Farty-Marty Dunn's happy little persecution of Yours Truly. To hell with those jackasses and anyone and everyone who believes in them.

Looks like it has the dreaded TRX rims so I'll have another BMW coffee table when the rubber wears out. Also, it will have a Jim Conforti chip in it before it gets to my driveway, that way the big fiver will just squirt through traffic like a greased pig. Here's why :)

KingCast sends a hearty thanks for all bands at 5 Spot's mega-jam!

Mad thanks and appreciation for all of the bands who participated in a truly beautiful evening of music and good times for all at the 5 Spot. The night featured i-Tegrity, The Green Hit, Eclectic Roots Ensemble, Rama-Don and the Power Move (Think: Fishbone meets Bad Brains meets Robert Palmer, sorta) and She-Ruption (all gal Van Halen cover band) everybody just threw right down all night, All Good.

Here's She-Ruption guitarist Heather Williams' website and YouTube pages.

Sorry about the phone camera pics, I was just heading down to pick up this pair of blue suede shoes(note: my picture was hijacked!!!) at Rag-a-Rama (glad to see they are now in BroadRipple, IN where I lived as a reporter for the Indianapolis Star) next door, whereupon I sauntered on by and blam!

The night was on. Blue suede shoes was dancing all night, yah.

Judge Timothy Vaughn carefully considers KingCast Amicus Brief on U.S. Government's failure to take a stance on Gregory W. Floyd & 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1)

Well he considered it and in a late December Decision I will soon post, he let it stand in the record and did not strike it. He said that the court was without power to command the U.S. Government to take any particular action, but that's fine. The brief stands in the Court record for anyone and everyone to see that the Citizens of North Country have been waiting for a decade to hear the ATF's position on Gregory W. Floyd's request for return of property, i.e. the guns owned by this multiple felon (proved) murderer of Liko Peter Kenney (opinion).

Read the 1998 Docket sheet in State v. Floyd 98-S-242.

Here is the Amicus Brief relative to the conversation below where I told Prosecutor James Vara that he was doing a great job and implored him to prosecute Gregory W. Floyd to the fullest extent of the Law, which is about to happen, at least for some of his recent actions.

Slumdog Millionaire/Chai and Milk: KingCast New Year's post to all oppressed people of Franconia and North Country.

For Christmas we were all somewhat relieved to discover that three-time felon and general hooligan and public menace Gregory W. Floyd will stand trial on the issues of suspended sentence and for his actions on 15 April, 2008 in which he lashed out at local L.E. and lunged at Yours Truly with a deadly weapon.

But going into the New Year, as we realize that while we cannot bring anyone back to life, we must remain ever vigilant in our efforts to bring another inanimate yet living, breathing identity back to life:

Truth.

Two movies I saw this weekend carry a similar theme. Slumdog Millionaire is a fictionalized comedy/drama that reaches deep into the caste sytem of India to show us how the intestinal fortitude of one man -- a lowly chaiwallah -- can stare convention right in its face, kick its ass and rise above it all.

Harvey Milk's story, sadly, does not end on such a good note. I will never forget the assassinations of Harvey Milk and John Lennon when I was a young teen. Milk came first, and it really resonated with me because my father was a precinct committeeman in Cleveland Heights and it made me wonder just what in the hell could cause a councilor to go off like that, kill the Mayor and a fellow councilor.

Well it was hatred, and that hatred still exists toward gays without any lawful reason. Meanwhile, gays are hating on blacks within and externally from the gay community, which is also unfortunate. I remember my fiancee and I helping out on GLBi issues at OSU Law School, only to see a couple of gay bloggers on the Daily Kos CIA Death Squad turn cold shoulder to me when I needed help.

But for a brief time in San Francisco, a lot of that was put aside so that people could stand together and seek Civil Rights and Truth for all. As Milk put it after one of his initial losses at the polls, and as I will say about the situation in Franconia regarding various BS court rulings that continue to let Kelly Ayotte and the town of Franconia off the hook:

"Dammit, it's not just about winning."

I'll have my chai with a little bit of milk; as I used to back in the Day when Kelly Ayotte and her feckless buddy Chief Martin Dunn had me all hemmed up on bogus charges before I kicked their asses. In the days before KingCast, and well before my wonderful current job, I worked for some super cool folks (Mike and Kenliegh) at the award-winning Drawing/Room in Cos Cob/Greenwich, CT. I was for a minute, a lowly chaiwallah.

Happy New Year Everyone. I'll see you at the Oral arguments in KingCast v. Martha McLeod et al, 08-E-192.

-The KingCaster.
