KingCast reminder about denial of Justice for Liko Kenney: The more things change......

Two years ago as a private citizen I strode into the Grafton County Superior Court and documented a number of flagrant RSA 91-A violations in KingCast v. Ayotte et al. The Court even found that Kelly Ayotte had acted illegally and other evidence of non-compliance with RSA 91-A was clearly set forth. In the end, the Court somehow found a way to ignore all of that and not assess any court costs or expenses against Defendant Ayotte or the Town of Franconia, a totally protectionist move.

This despite the fact that I also clearly won the right to inspect the original dash cam video that is going to be analysed for sound as noted at point 7 in the Casey Sherman "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains" book launch post. That's okay, at some point there will be a movie about this, most likely through Casey and his publisher. Even though he and I disagree on certain aspects of the case more people will be digging around and finding the Truth right here and at KingCast.net.

Acted illegally... whatever do you mean, KingCast???

This is what I mean:

"The Court finds that the conduct of the Attorney General in initially withholding this information [i.e. the homicide investigation protocol] was unlawful. The Court will consider this illegality further in its consideration of costs, as provided below.......

The Motion for declaratory judgment is granted in part and denied in part."

Yet funny how no assessment ever came. The biggest mistake I made in my law career is actually believing in the integrity of the system itself.

Yeah he did, the status quo still exists. If he had acted with intelligence instead of anger he might have accomplished more.

Wait a minute.

Are you saying that Liko Kenney is to blame for the SQ still existing?

It would have been intelligent for Bruce McKay to follow the damn protocol and SOP clearly established for the purpose of preventing escalation.

So yah, Liko freaked out and got scared and shot McKay because he figured he was in for another unauthorized beat down (or worse) and McKay would get away with it just as he did in 2003 with major media and the AG's office spinning the crap as only they can.
