He was also involved in a sex scandal that killed Marc Dann, and he also smashed up cars and got them fixed without reporting it.
Now here's Jerry's case, he got 119 days -- more than TWICE what Anthony Gutierrez got for theft -- from Judge Pollitt for disrupting a meeting. I won acquittal for Jerry on similar bogus charges after a 4 day trial, much to Mary Jo Kilroy's chagrin. I have to put more of that trial online soon.
Fact: Jerry L. Doyle did not put himself "in the hole."
Fact: Jerry L. Doyle was described as a "model prisoner."
Fact: Jerry L. Doyle's captors knew of his extreme diabetic condition.
Fact: Jerry L. Doyle may have lost his leg because of willful neglect.
Fact: Jerry L. Doyle is entitled to discover exactly why he was placed "in the hole" immediately after he complained of conditions to WTVN 610 radio host Bob Conner, and he is entitled to know who ordered him "to the hole."
They didn't like Jerry shooting his mouth off about the +$200K theft in the Columbus School Board by Sherry Bird Long, which landed her a whopping $40/mo payment plan (1/2/3).
But that's how Columbus, Ohio operates. As Jerry's jacket proclaims in the KingCast American Lawer short film, "Columbus is a Plantation." That's why I won cases for Jerry when I was in Columbus, Ohio, yessir because as this newspaper headline about Jerry and me suggests, You Can Fight City Hall.

If Mr. Christy were to suffer a heart attack (you are well aware of his medical condition concerning his heart) due to your harassment and stalking online and via emails and telephone calls you should be held to the same standard of accountability as you claim those who wronged Mr. Doyle should. Pehaps it would serve you well to remember taht before you make future posts about Mr. Christy.
Perhaps it would serve you well to keep your yapper shut lest someone discover your anonymity and see how stupid you really are.
Telling Mr. Christy "regardless of our differences I hope you are okay with your medical condition" (which was not heart related) is not stalking.
Accidentally returning a phone call from him for 37 seconds and not even speaking to him is not stalking.
Posting what he has said about the Franconia Shooting tragedy is not stalking.

Perhaps it would serve you well to not continue to continue with your misconception that you are above the law and know it all. Quite frankly you are a historical loser on both points. If you are referring to the medical condition that you accidently stumbled upon digging through all the emails you saved while you obsess over Mr. Christy, pardon me if I say you are full of it. Your heartfelt sincere concern only took you 23 months to respond. Don't assume to know so much because I am not Mr. Christy.
You have been repeatedly told not to contact Mr. Christy and you continue to write the comments you are in your blog, and contact him via email and telephone (even if it is 37 seconds accoring to you) it most certainly is cyber harassment and stalking.

Actually I had already wished Bill well on that and on a family marriage. I just followed up because it had been a while and unlike some of you jarheads who wish physical ill will on me, when I saw the man was ailing I followed up to say regardless of these disagreements I hope he's okay.
If you know him and know what it is, it's generally Not Good to have what he may have, I'll leave it at that.
Historical loser, huh. Tell it to Michael Isreal, Jerry Doyle and to everyone who has run a First Amendment Challenge to this blog.
