KingCast joins Lieutenant George McNeil as guest lecturer at Bridgewater Criminal Justice classes!

A YouTube/memory card video upload problem made me shoot the video again with it playing on the laptop. I give a tutorial of this new video, using actual crime scene photos that show Kelly Ayotte's lies and coverups.

"Casey Sherman was riding a fine line to get that book published," was the first comment out of one student's mouth this morning, a feeling that was echoed by several in attendance at today's KingCast discussion on the Franconia shooting tragedy and Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains

"I know and that's why retired Franconia and Sugar Hill LE Brad Whipple was not interviewed in Casey's book because he would have ripped Franconia a new one for its years of abuse and willful ignorance (benevolent despotism) of Bruce McKay's transgressions."

"What would have happened if Liko Kenney had not shot Bruce McKay,"
wondered my host and visiting Lecturer, Randolph Lieutenant George McNeil. "I mean, unless he planned on throwing that dash cam film away he just committed career suicide, look at all of the violations and the Fourth Amendment Unlawful Seizure issues his actions raised...."

Anyway things worked out so well the I'm invited back on behalf of KingCast and TOUCH 106.1 FM to present to a class on ethics. The Professor of that class is working her thesis on hate crimes, so we will be discussing the Jason Vassell case, in which the High Court Single Justice ordered Prosecutor Scheibel to hand over five (5) years of allegedly racist prosecution files at UMASS Amherst.

PS: To you newbies, doubters and haters -- I have been bringing cameras into courtrooms since the mid 1990's when I was busy successfully defending the First Amendment against lying State's witness, watch the new YouTube videos from my old VHS tapes right here.

nice lecture hall, couldn't even paint the cinder blocks. What would have happened if liko didn't shoot McKay. Let us see, Liko would have been dragged out of the car, cuffed, searched and then brought to the police station and processed. Depending on Liko's behavior would he get bail, good chance. At court it would have been anybody's guess. We will never know because Liko murdered McKay.

The tapes are locked in the cruiser and only a supervisor can remove them.

Violation of fourth amendment, the seizure took place at the first vehicle stop. The probable cause for the stop unregistered and inspected. Did you mention to your host that information? You should know being an ex-AAG a motor vehicle stop is a seizure. Did Liko have an expectation to leave, "NO". He was escaping.

Christopher King said...

So you disagree with Lieutenant McNeil, I don't care what you think you're just an anonymous faceless tool.

The tapes are locked in the cruiser until a Stupidvisor takes them.

What they then do with them who knows.

We also don't know why there was never any evaluation of the second traffic stop where your buddy Bruce McKay violated the 7 or 8 SOPs.

Good night.

I also detect a note of ersatz elitism in your game.

You need to quit 'cos you prolly ain't got but two crooked-assed teef in your mouth, the same orifice from which you draw 99% of your stank breath hahahaa....

I see you're watching my videos, I'm not watching yours. Nobody is 'cos you ain't got none.

Play the dozens in here lil' fella and you'll come up with craps.

If I were in the Lieutenant's class, I would ask for my money back.

First, it is a tragedy what happened that day. Two people killed and one was a police officer.
I think anonymous should keep in mind that Brucy Mckay was a "corporal" whatever that means and he was probably the "supervisor" at the time, considering there are only three officers on the department, including the chief.
If you look at the 7:11 video shot by the cruiser cam, you can see numerous violations of ANY police procedure, including but not limited to, taking a bad position on the suspect, pushing the suspect backwards with a cruiser, pepper spraying an individual and then turning your back on him, NOT waiting for assistance before approaching the suspect, dangerously pursuing a suspect who you know, dangerously pursuing a suspect who has an UNREGISTERED motor vehicle, and the list goes on.
There should have been no pursuit because Bruce McKay knew Liko was driving that car and could have cited him.
He was escaping? For a civil infraction? So you endanger others and then get killed in the process for a CIVIL INFRACTION.
Yeah, there was probable cause but the officer knew the person he was pursuing, that should have ended the pursuit.
Not to mention there was some mental instability there, probably in all of the people involved.
So I think anonymous should think beyond the fact that Bruce McKay was killed and think more about how that confrontation could have been avoided. Which it definitely could have been.
And if no one was killed that day, that video would have been released immediately to the media and I think there is a good chance Corporal McKay would have been charged and without a doubt criticized by everyone that viewed that dash cam video.

Also, the comment about the nice lecture hall. I will have to tell the Dean that the cinder blocks need to be painted as soon as possible.

First, it is a tragedy that anyone got killed that day. Secondly, the comment about cinder blocks in the basement of a building is childish.
I think the fact that a tape was running while Bruce Mckay pursued a person who he knew had an EXPIRED registration was bad enough but then pushing the suspect with your cruiser, pepper spraying that person in a closed space, and then turning your back on him after you sprayed him; and all that for a civil infraction.
Also, Bruce McKay was probably the supervisor at the time. I think there are only a couple of cops there anyway.
Hey anonymous, you dont think anything the cop did was wrong? Bruce McKay followed all proper procedure in this pursuit of a person he knew? What are you kidding me? I think that is known as excessive force in any state. Liko should not have shot McKay but you can't defend the undefendable.
He probably could have sent him a ticket in the mail, it may have saved some lives, including his own.

Money back?

Hell your father told me he wished he had his sperm back.

Your Mother said she wished she could pull back the egg that contributed to your worthless existence.

George, you won't get anyway with these jar heads, honestly the Internet is chock full of haters who will dispute even the most obvious of facts.

Also, as I commented yesterday, Bridgewater is beautiful campus.

-The KingCaster, playin' more dozens.

Pretty sure you didn't see too much college, just guessing.

Did Chrissy tell you he was suspended from practicing law? I think I heard someone introduce him as an attorney. What makes an attorney? The ability to be a member of the bar.

Chrissy argument Liko only committed manslaughter. To be able to use deadly force you have to be in direct fear for you life. McKay was walking away. The threat was distancing himself from Liko, you would be charged with murder if you shot a burglar as he/she was leaving you home.

Liko ran from a civil infraction escalating the crime.

Christopher King tainted and disgraced suspended attorney from Ohio. That is the best they could do to bring in a guest speaker.

Mr. McNeil you never put yourself in a bad situation, only to reflect back on the incident to realize you were lucky.

Christopher King said...

Lieutenant McNeil is very well aware of my suspension, and I am still an attorney and still properly referred to as "Christopher King, Esq." according to the Columbus Bar Association.

As the Lieutenant noted, I am also an expert on this shooting tragedy whether you or anyone else likes it or not.

As to whatever Bill Christy says these days, after flip-flopping like a puppy that peed himself, and accusing me of manufacturing the above envelope, etc. etc. etc. Lieutenant McNeil does not care.

anybody that graduates from law school can throw an esq at the end of their name. Anybody can practice the type of law you are allowed.

Christopher King said...

That's not what Billy Boy says. He says I can't use Esq.

Plus, the whole point of the blog is that anybody, any American Citizen can do what I do, you don't have to be a licensed attorney to exercise your Right to Know.

Of course not everybody can write the kind of Depo summaries I write that enabled two lawyers I work for to get a bench verdict for several million dollars this week, but whatever.

Lt. McNeil said...

Hey Mr. Anonymous #1,
You obviously have a major issue with Mr. King. If you had any intestinal fortitude at all you would say who you are, but you dont. You hide behind your anonymous handle and throw barbs at Mr. King. Are you ashamed of yourself? you must be.

If you have been to a college, you know that often times guest speakers are invited in to speak who may not be loved by all of the faculty and students, but that is what makes college what it is. But I guess you wouldnt know that. These sort of speakers make students think. But I guess you wouldn know that either.
Hey Chris, watch out for this guy who calls himself anoymous, he is watching what you do.
And it bothers him/her.

It must be someone from Ohio, I have seen other blogs and this person keeps mentioning your status as a lawyer. Most people are way too busy for that. I guess Mr. anonymous is not.

scary person.

Ok Georgie,

When you bring a guest speaker into your classroom you tell the class who the person is/was. Christopher King is not an attorney he is a suspended attorney who may never be allowed to practice law, except in his own defense. What he does and what he likes to make claims about, para-legal do the same type of work. You did your students a huge dis-service, you tell them everything about the guest speaker and let them decide. That is what college is all about. But, I wouldn't know anything about that, and the sheepskin inscribed with Summa cum laude is an imagination too. You did what Christopher King has been accused of doing; only presenting half-truths and passing them off as facts. Chris King has assembled a lot of data on the events of 5/11/07. Without analysis that is all it it is, data. Junk in, junk out. If you wanted a fair and balance informative session you should have let someone else present the case. Chrissy told so many lies they are too numerous to address.

Anonymous said...

I think chrissy should have included the WMUR tape of him inciting a riot at the Littleton District court. Then when told to shut up, or he would be charged, quickly ran away like a puppy who peed himself, Chrissy you use that expression so much did I say it right? Then once you got to safety behind your computer screen you start spouting off about how your 1st amendment rights were violated. You can't shout "fire" in a crowded room, you can't shout you murdered somebody to an already agitated individual.

Christopher King said...

Except in my own defense or to sue under Right to Know.

Also, Billy Boy, Quiet Man and all of you Topix Trolls who fear the Truth coming out are hammering away at Topix and in WMUR, how interesting.

And all of you were PUBLICLY invited to attend Lt. McNeil's class and you ALL punked out.

-Just the facts.

Christopher King said...

I complied with the unlawful request of the bailiff so I could continue taking pictures, My Friend.

And oh, the puppies the peed themselves were your little LE buddies Kelly Ayotte, Marty Dunn and Bill Albrecht, walking away empty-handed when they tried to shut down my First Amendment Rights, never brought me to trial.

What pray tell did I do to "incite a riot?"

What I charged with anything?

Did I even say one word other than "You murdered Liko Kenney" as Floyd was getting escorted out of the court, already under arrest?

You're a tool dude and my readings are going up, not down.

Anonymous said...

You are such the coward, if the bailiff spoke out of turn you should have continue doing what you were doing, he would have arrested you and then you could have proven he was wrong in a court of law. No, you ran away very quickly because deep down you knew you were in the wrong. So stop you blustering, if your action were pure you could have made case law. But, like all cowards you ran away.

Christopher King said...

Let me get this straight:

1. I should have ignored an order from an Officer of the Court.

2. It's more important to get arrested than to continue covering a story.

Damn you are losing it Bill.

I'm out for the night, take care.

-The KingCaster

PS: Try Gregory Floyd for Murder!

Anonymous said...

You could have shown everyone that you are not just a blowhard, but you actually fight for first amendment rights. You said the bailiff was in the wrong, you would have been exercising your 1st amendment right. You said the bailiff was out of line, so if that was the case it would have been an unlawful order.

What story did you get, some blurry pictures. It is hard to keep a staedy hand when you are back pedaling.

George McNeil said...

This will be the last I will speak on this blog because my students asked me not to respond to you. They are actually concerned about your responses and hatred for Chris King. I have received several emails from my students regarding your blog responses and they want me to back off. I think that is a good thing that the students are looking out for me.

I hope you make the effort to respond to me. I would like you to say what you have to say in my classes. And I am not "aligned" with anyone. Just me and my family...oh and my two rottweilers.

georgie boy didn't introduce you as a suspended attoney, he said "former assistant attorney general from Ohio, attorney, civil rights activist, and expert on the Franconia tragedy". You did not correct georgie boy, once you got to the podium by informing the students that you are a suspended attorney, seems you were deliberatly defrauding them.

Anonymous said...

georgie boy should know the only rank seperating him and Cpl. McKay is that of sargent, certainly leads to wonder exactly what type of Lt. he is

Christopher King said...

Nope, I'm still an attorney and still an expert on the Franconia shooting tragedy.

Georgie invited you to come to his class directly, I see you haven't responded, just another blow hard you are.

Anyway, wait until the Bar Association receives a copy of my Affidavit on you and your misrepresentations to Scribd.com

Later hater.

The only shots between the eyes are the ones you're getting from Gregory Floyd and Billy Boy when you're on your knees, Ditmar Kopf.

I am most certainly not posing as Lieutenant McNeil and if there were ever a forensic examination of where the posts came from that would be shown.

You really are pretty stupid.

No, very stupid.

See here's a concept:

It's not for you to determine what story I capture. You don't own this particular brown man and you won't be telling me what to do or not to do.

I like the fact that unlike your buddy Floyd I was not arrested and have no criminal record.

I like the fact that I got these pictures afterward of Floyd's soon-to-be former counsel Bill Christie getting ready to bail outta' there LOL!!!

And Marty Dunn, Bill Albrecht, fired and left out of a job under an ethics investigation, Lou Jacobs wrote a letter of reference for me, you insinuate about smoking marijuana, you must be smoking that sherm stick that Floyd served you up with the PCP in it.

KingCast presents: DMCA counter-Affidavit -- Bill Christy said Bruce McKay “Had the look of a smug school yard bully ready to beat someone senseless.”

Read it and weep, Billy Boy. You got some 'splainin' to do. Meanwhile, I'm cold cold chillin' on the 650R. You really should have taken me up on a ride with your Harley, my friends ride Harleys and we could have hashed this out. Oh, well, we will leave it to the Courts and relevant disciplinary forums to sort it out but anybody who reads this will question your apparently schizoid behaviors, and no you can't blame it all on the nigger" (that would be me, you remember you called me a nigger and stuff even though you like to edit that out -- but I explain all of that in the Affidavit My Friend).

PS: You're a real garden variety tool.
