KingCast hears local report: North Country Casey Sherman "Bad Blood" book signing moved to December as Petition & other activities continues onward.

North Country Petition UPDATE: They ran out of books, stay tuned.

Anyone from anywhere who agrees can copy, print and send a copy to:

Franconia Business Connection
320 Main St
Franconia, NH 03580
A little birdy told me that the Littleton Bookstore called over to the Dutch Treat yesterday and informed them that there will not be a book signing for Casey Sherman's "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains" this week as they had previously stated. It is being rescheduled for December. Obviously a signing to be held at the locale of the tragedy would be of utmost importance to Casey and to the publisher, so I will keep this blog updated as I discover more about the new date.

Well in any event the Petition is still being signed, and I'm still going forward next Wednesday with the Criminal Justice class with the highly esteemed George M. McNeil as my friends (and some foes) are aware.

Read the notes for my presentation in the comments.

PS: In other news, Bill Christy violated the terms of our most recent settlement agreement so I'll put him right back in the limelight for being the bigot that he is.

What did Kelly Ayotte know about Gregory Floyd on the night of 5/11?

She knew he materially changed his story after the first two times (p. ____________) to make it such that on the third time he told Liko Kenney to put his gun down before he shot him.

She knew Caleb Macaulay had said “The man said nothing.” (p.____________)

She knew his own son had said that his father started shooting at Liko’s car before the car ever struck Bruce McKay, at (pdf p.745. ).

She knew Caleb Macaulay had said “He had the gun trained on us before we even got on the road.” (p.________)

She knew there were many spent casings 30 feet from Liko’s car but conducted no inquiry as to how or when they got there.

She knew most of the glass from Caleb’s window was in Liko’s Toyota.

She knew he had claimed to have killed more than 43 people, yet when I asked her office for the results of her query into that matter there were no substantive documents.

She knew he was on a cocktail of more than 22 medications as Casey Sherman also noted.

What did Kelly Ayotte know about Gregory Floyd before she cleared him in 24 hours?

1. Was a convicted felon for PCP and Marijuana
2. Had stolen the Virgin Mary, another felony.
3. In violation of Mass and Federal Law? Sgt. Terry Kineen/NH State Police 18 U.S.C.
4. 4. Held guns in Mass./”No one here knows how, but he does….”
5. 5. Search warrant signed by Judge Cyr.

But that's not all. Gregory Floyd, in addition to being convicted of three (3) felonies in Georgia, also went on a bit of a terror streak in Massachusetts under SSN 260.84.838_.

Franconia School District
Year uncertain but referenced by Police Chief Robert Every’s Affidavit to search for automatic weapons:

Affidavit on file in 07-E-268, Floyd threatened to send someone home in a body bag, "I know where you live and I know the route you take home, and if you're not careful they'll send you home in a body bag."

Every wrote:

"All of us have made mistakes in our lives; in Mr. Floyd's case the behavior extends beyond a mistake; there is a pattern, a pattern of past violence, paranoid behavior and excessive anger. While no one can predict the future, I feel Mr. Floyd is capable of showing up at Lafayette Elementary School or at a neighbor's house with an automatic weapon..."

And what else since then?

What she didn’t know – in her haste to shut it down, was that Floyd had one of Liko Kenney’s live rounds in his pocket. How did he get that? He said he never got Liko’s gun unjammed but anyone who knows a bit about guns knows you don’t get a live round in your hand unless you inserted a new magazine somehow. Why would he do that? To make Liko appear locked and loaded? No fingerprint analysis of whose prints were on Liko’s magazine.
What did Kelly Ayotte know about Bruce McKay?

1. Wife Angela took a Restraining/Order on him, withdrew it before he lost his job.
2. He terrorized a woman with a knife near her labia.
3. Defendant Ayotte lied about AG's office not being in receipt of that complaint, “we have no complaints against him except the one by Tim Stephenson” which is bad enough already.
4. He threatened a Franconia firefighter and there was follow up by Fire Chief and no response from PD, they felt “let down.”
5. He sped through Lisbon and trolled for tickets, Lisbon kicked him off of their radio system.
6. He flaked/out during a simple bike run at Hillwinds Motor Inn Statey wrote derogatory letter to file.
7. Attorney Troy Watts filed an ethics complaint on him for lying after he OC Sprayed his client, a young female.
8 . seized Liko Kenney without Probable Cause in 2003. Now yes there was a conviction for Liko on assault but what the media didn’t tell you was about the 3 other cases at the same time period that got DISMISSED for blocking egress without PC.
9. He threatened Tim Stephenson with his gun.
10. He put an innocent girl in the hospital with unauthorized use of OC Spray.
11. Brad Whipple told Mark Taylor to fire him.

How did Kelly Ayotte deviate from Protocol regarding the 5/11 tragedy?
No investigation into the propriety of the stop, same with Franconia – reason being that if they had have done so they would show that Liko was in some kind of fear for his safety or life and they had to have him be a cold-blooded killer.

Second is Policy D: Pursuit Tactics:
(3) Officer shall not attempt to overtake a fleeing vehicle.
(4) Officers may not intentionally use their vehicle to bump or ram the suspect's vehicle in order to force the vehicle to stop or to be pushed into a ditch.
Pursuit shall be immediately terminated in any of the following circumstances:
(E) The suspects identity has been established to the point that later apprehension can be accomplished, and there is no longer any need for immediate apprehension.
Don’t use OC Spray in close quarters or when suspect may feel “trapped” yet that is precisely what McKay did.
Don’t use OC Spray without a warning, yet this is precisely what McKay did.
Don’t use OC Spray if there are others in the line of fire, yet this is precisely what McKay did.

The Deviations:
Kelly Ayotte’s Deviations from norm:

1. No fingerprints taken of anything, particularly of Liko Kenney’s second clip. Frankly I think she’s lying because when I motioned for these in Court she fought me over it instead of saying “we don’t have any.” Later on she said “we don’t have any.” This is crucial because Floyd’s prints should not be on Liko’s second clip. Floyd said Liko was trying to load that magazine but it is entirely possible that he was not and that Floyd loaded it and hence the bullet he took home in his pocket.

2. Failure to handcuff Floyd, a possible murder and criminal threats suspect.

3. Failure to pat down Floyd, who took crucial evidence home with him in his pocket.

4. Failure to analyse from where Floyd commenced shooting vis a vis the several spent casings 30 feet from Liko Kenney’s car.

5. Failure to analyse whether Bruce McKay fired his weapon. If Bruce did not fire his weapon it means that all the spent McKay casings came from Floyd’s use of McKay’s weapon, and if it be so, then each and every shot has to be analysed for its propriety or lack thereof. In addition to issues involving Liko Kenney, this goes to the criminal threats issue regarding Caleb Macaulay as well. This is part of the pending RSA 91-A litigation on RSA 611:B-21 because the State will not release ANY autopsy or toxicology reports that would show the presence or absence of GSR on McKay’s hands. As Liko shot McKay from 20 feet away, outside, there would not be any GSR on Bruce McKay’s hands unless he fired his weapon.

6. Failure to accept the two corroborated versions from Caleb Macaulay and from Gregory P. Floyd (pdf p. 745) that Floyd did not speak to Liko Kenney prior to shooting him. See #6, infra.

7. Failure to accept the two first statements from Gregory W. Floyd that he did not speak to Liko Kenney prior to shooting him. See #5, infra.

8. Reaching a conclusion, seen at p. 42 of her official report, that Floyd was unarmed when he saw Liko Kenney’s car strike Bruce McKay, which is in direct contravention to the windshield bullet and to Gregory P. Floyd’s statements again at pdf. 745.

9. Failure to conduct any inquiry into the propriety or impropriety of the traffic stops, given that litigation revealed that Bruce McKay violated at least eight (8) clear cut pursuit and OC Spray policies and procedures.

10. Clearing a man like Floyd, with a known violent history and felony convictions, of any and all possible wrongdoing in about 24 hours, or nearly six (6) weeks before the ballistics report was issued, while withholding crucial military documents that show his propensity for lying.
This is important because she’s no better than Mike Nifong.

With that having been said I’ll move to the back seat mic issue:
Play the clip, explain the hip mic/truck mic – Kustom Signals “Eyewitness” analog.
Two separate channels, we filtered one of them out:
So you see there should ALWAYS be sound so why isn’t there?
We just need to know for certain if there was any tampering going on because that would give us the entire shot sequence and prove Kelly lied in her official report.

No Mr. King you violated our agreement by starting right back in with the personal attacks stating I was acting stupidly, I was lying, calling me a jackass, a tool and accusing me of taking a picture of Cpl. McKay from the Franconia website.

You violated the "agreement" and you knew damn well it was me posting with the Topix forum registered name Cpl. McKay's friend.
So in your own words don't play STUPID or act STUPIDLY with me.

Christopher King said...

Actually Bill I did not know it was you until yesterday.

I also never accused you of improper picture taking, better check your facts on that.

It was someone else.

Anyway, if you go as an alias man I don't think twice about it, I figured it was some LE guy Jesus don't be so vain, Bill not everything revolves around you.

I find it quite revealing that you would resort to profanity when responding to someone who had addressed you as Mr. King and was treating you with respect irregardless of whether they personally felt you deserved their respect or not.

With that being said I don't owe you anything Mr. King, certainly not my respect, people earn respect. I treat people EXACTLY how they treat others.

Whether you like it or not it's our brave military personnel who have served our nation and many who have died in battle like 2 of my brothers to protect the very freedoms you spit upon and take for granted.

As far as my military retirement compensation that you have tried to bring shame upon with your vitriol post. I don't accept any of the money, it goes to several private scholarship trust funds established for the children of military personnel killed in the line of duty, and the children of fallen law enforcement officers.

As you go about your self serving business today take a moment to HONOR and RESPECT those of us who truly understand what the words FREEDOM, HONOR, DIGNITY and DUTY stands for.

Christopher King said...

Well Bill I'm glad you don't accept any money but I still wonder if you displayed your racially foul words or attitudes while we directly paid your salary as a JAG.

I respect those who serve in our armed forces (Including you and my Uncle Joe) as long as they are not violating human rights or as long as they are not lying about their service, as did Gregory Floyd when he claimed to have fought in Viet Nam. He never left the base dude except when he was AWOL, LOL.

Also I'm friends with Herb -- the fella' who runs the Nashua Veterans Day Parade and we both agree that Gregory Floyd is a turd, a liar and a murderer, staining the name of good civil servicemen just as Bruce McKay stains the name of good policemen.

Got any other questions Bill?

I'm here to help.
