KingCast tells Kelly Ayotte: I know you are afraid to search Gregory W. Floyd's house because her "hero" might wind up dead like Anthony Jarvis.

Dear Attorney Ayotte:

It is a shame that one of your men was injured and that Anthony Jarvis is dead after you searched his house for weapons because he is a felon. By the way, how exactly did Mr. Jarvis die? Inquiring minds want to know.

UPDATE: Rock the Truth blog is on to this: Something smells there: "shots" were fired, but this guy was "found" dead?

What is also a shame is that you all have not gone to the ATF on Floyd for continued violations of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) so I'm going to help the people of Franconia do it with this form.

You are worried it will turn out like that tragedy that scorched a whole city block in Philadelphia with the MOVE.

You know darn well that the only reason Gregory W. Floyd has not been convicted of more criminal menacing is because Shay Littlefield refused to identify Floyd because he was scared of him. Read the full Floyd history.

You know that man is a menace to society, but because he killed a cop killer, people like you and Would-be State Senator Martha McLeod deify him, give him a hero's welcome and coronation.

We will see how all of that plays out in the coming weeks with a certain media event in North Country, and our complaint against you in the U.S. House. You thought you had my number a few years ago when you lied on me like you lied on Liko Kenney. In fact, Melanie Plenda -- the co-author of the UL story linked above -- covered the State's "case" against me back when you thought you had my number. Your buddy, former Prosecutor Bill Albrecht tried to buy her off with yogurt and a lunch before he was drummed out under this ethics investigation. See, you didn't have my number. I've got yours, though.

Very truly yours,

Christopher King, J.D.

Again, the shortest KingCast movie ever.... and Kelly you know darn well who that is next to me as I took those last two pictures of your hero. He knows the Truth about your other hero Bruce McKay, and he's gonna' tell it, too. So if I should lose your number, Rikki, he's got it too.

Dig this post to see how Floyd kept his guns around butter in the kitchen, and panties in the bedroom.

Firearms were seized from the Floyd residence ...a shotgun located on top of kitchen cupboard. A revolver was located in this same cupboard.

"The revolver was in fact loaded" A San Marco Black Power was located on the bed in the master bedroom. A Glock 9mm was located on the top of a bureau in the master bedroom, and according to TFC Beausoleil, had a full magazine in it but no round in the chamber.

The Rugar Mini 14 was on the box spring mattress in the master bedroom, and a rifle was located in the closet of the master bedroom."

The State has admitted to me that it has NO CLUE if Floyd properly disposed of these weapons:

Merwin Herbert 32 cal.
Glock 9mm
Ithica 12 ga.
Ruger Model 233
Ruger Black Hawk

Hi Kelly.

You knew you would hear from me on this.

Also, Attorney Strelzin owes me a response on that Concord shooting in the bank with those cops who were acting like they were drunk or on rails or something, you know, shooting each other at 4:30 in the morning when their presence wasn't even requested. He wrote me, all glib and stuff when I had misidentified the town by accident as Manchester, but I haven't heard BOO! from him since I corrected it.

Please advise, and have a nice day.

Very truly yours,

Christopher King, J.D.

Tick, tick, tick...the count down continues!

If you mean the countdown to when you write something intelligent, no one is holding their breath.

Then we have much in common, don't we? If you give it, then expect to get it. Don't become overly upset, now.

Dude I'm not upset with you because you're just a joke. You spend a whole lot of time up in here for someone who has grown tired of me.

Are you one of those stupid cops I've pilloried lately?

Did you for example, blow rails and shoot your partner in the chest at 4:30 in the morning? If so, that would be bad.

Or maybe you ran away when your subordinate got shot in the head and potentially murdered?

Pick a tool, any tool.

Don't get upset.

Well, I'm not the "Anonymous" that keeps writing here, but I find it very entertaining to say the least, and I have been keeping an eye on this (inaccurate) blog for some time now. I get a kick out of how Mr.King seems SO good at dishing it out, but can't take it. Careful Mr. King....you're slipping. And accusing Concord PD officers of "blowing rails"??? Quite the libel suit if you ask me....and you seem to be up on the lingo quite proficiently.

I don't give a kitty who you are, this blawg -- and soon the U.S. House complaint -- is the most accurate news source for the events of 5/11 and before that you will find anywhere.

Also, I have probably forgotten more about the First Amendment than you'll ever know. I chose my words very carefully about the idiot cops in Concord; there is no libel suit there whatsoever.

And oh, I can dish it out and take it just fine. Remember, it's 20/20 who edits and cuts comments from their pages, and I have the emails from North Country to prove it.

Have a Good Night.

Watch out. There is an annoying person who may appear soon and start posting about Kelly Ayotte's bogus indictment against me from 2005 and stuff.

Next thing you know he'll be blaming me for the $1M lawsuit against her filed by Sgt. Carlberg, too.

Not to mention the boner she pulled on gay marriage, what a hoot.

Anyway I like this new litigation against would-be Senator Martha McLeod because it is so concise and linear. In KingCast v. Ayotte et al, there was so much ground to cover because there were so many lies, and frankly I'm not happy that Kelly (at least for now) got away with telling me she had no fingerprint analysis of the guns and magazines on hand on 5/11.

That has to be a load of crap.

But we got a lot of good information for the U.S. House Complaint this fall, and now things get a lot more clear with basically three issues:

1. Are the emails to a public official on their public email account a matter of public record?

2. Are the emails to a public official on their private email accounts a matter of public record when those emails contain communications related to public matters?

3. Will the Court grant Injunctive relief to prevent the spoliation (expiration and/or destruction) of these emails?

You have just heard my opening statement.

KingCast: We keep it simple.
