Respected criminologist concurs with KingCast: NH AG Kelly Ayotte and her establishment are a "bunch of legal misfits."

Ralph E. Holder reads this blawg often. Mr. Holder is an honorably discharged disabled veteran of the United States Air Force, who currently works as a Senior Adjudication Officer with the U.S. Department of State. He also is on the Board of Directors of Mass Impact. I look forward to meeting him soon.

From this 8 April 2008 post noting that NH AG Kelly Ayotte issued material lies to Attorney Harold Burbank in the Franconia shooting tragedy involving Liko Kenney, Rogue Police officer Bruce McKay and 3-time felon Gregory W. Floyd.

"I too have had serious difficulties with AG Ayotte and her bunch of legal misfits including the police.
The most recent incident resulted in my being falsely arrested/imprisoned and willfully deprived of my rights. That's not to mention her defense of state family court officials for their blatant racially motivated child custody ruling for ordering my son to attend school in another state because of his racial classification (African American). The road to racial inequality starts in New Hampshire. I spent more than 27 years working in the criminal justice system and NH is the worst I have ever encountered."

Here are the facts as reported in the Wire-NH:

During a contentious custody battle with his ex-wife in 2002, Holder claims that court officers, including the marital master and the guardian ad litem who worked on his case, used race as a determining factor in the custody proceedings involving his 9-year-old son.

Holder, who is African American, went through divorce proceedings in the Brentwood Family Court in 2003. According to documents provided by Holder, when determining who should be awarded custody of his son, marital master Harriet Fishman ruled his son should live with his mother in Haverhill, Mass., because he would be “lonely” as the only African American student in Newton, N.H., where Holder lives.

“It’s intentional, court-ordered segregation,” Holder said.

Holder filed complaints against Fishman, guardian ad litem Patricia Frim and Judge Gerald Taube over the ruling. However, the complaints, filed with the state Superior Court and the Judicial Conduct Committee, an independent commission that operates under the umbrella of the state’s judicial branch that handles judicial complaints, were either dismissed or went unanswered.

“I have no idea what happened to the complaints,”
Holder said. Once the JCC dismissed his complaint, Holder said he had no further recourse, since there is no outside body that oversees the JCC.

KingCast says it looks like they don't want to investigate the pending Contempt of Court/Candor to the Tribunal issue either, but whatever they do or fail to do will be duly noted in a report to the U.S. House this Summer.

Yah, I know. Someone said the other day "It's basically a criminal enterprise," to which I did not disagree.

Governors come and governors go, AGs come and AGs go, republicans/democrats, but the entrenched criminal element in the State of NH goes back decades. These insidious intransigent abject criminals, these covert operators/secret police have their mouthpiece: MUL. Welcome to NH Chris!
