That brother was an unarmed bank robber. Hell, Liko Kenney just had an expired registration one day out of grace period.

I mean, seriously I just changed the picture after finding another one in the voluminous government files. That one really gives you a feel for what an intimidating jackass McKay really could be, and provides a likely clue as to what kind of medicine he was on as leaked by town counsel Dan Mullen.
