KingCast RSA 91-A request to Kelly Ayotte and Franconia for Motorola manual and all rear seat video from Bruce McKay's Tahoe.

The Tahoe has rear seat video and audio and you can see the equipment if you take half a second to look. You can hear some audio because McKay left it on despite turning off his shoulder/belt remote front seat mike and muting his 2way Motorola radio for some reason. I want that rear seat audio/video and I'm gonna get it, dammit. The back seat audio is carried on the Right channel and the remote mike audio is carried on the Left channel in stereo according to my interview with the manufacturer. Read the comments for today's request.

Now Kelly already owes me my request for all audio files on 5 May 2008 so in honor of that of course I have my all time favorite Indie hottie Liz Phair doing "Cinco de Mayo" for Kelly. Liz kinda sold out too, BTW but at least she exhibited signs of having a soul.

Dear Attorney Ayotte (and Town of Franconia and Marta Modigliani if applicable you're the Highest Legal Officer of the State this is primarily directed to you)

We already know that the Town of Franconia has rear seat video cameras installed in its police cars as noted by the rear seat video that was on your own media fun pak as purchased by Yours Truly. We know this despite the fact that WMUR failed to show any of that back seat video where Liko Kenney Dressed down Bruce McKay for violating his Fourth Amendment Rights as seen in these two KingCast/Chris King's 1st Amendment Page posts where I bashed a Tahoe and we put it up on YouTube:

I've already asked you for ALL audio files from the Tahoe and your response is due on Monday, 5 May 2008:

So then as your hero Bruce McKay obviously left the rear seat audio on in the Tahoe as he again violated Liko's Constitutional Rights and express written Franconia police policy in 2007, here's what I need from you right now, within the time allotted by Law:

1. The serial number of the Kustom Signals VHS "Eyewitness" unit installed in the Tahoe.

2. Any and all rear seat video from 5/11 2007 between 5 p.m. and 8 pm.

3. A printed copy of the manual for the Motorola 2-way radio used by Bruce McKay on 5/11 in the attached picture where it says "Mute" on the screen.

Happy Cinco de Mayo.

This is directly for NH AG Kelly Ayotte and Senior Homicide AAG Jeffery Strelzin:

Also, have you provided the homicide manual to Judge Vaughn as ORDERED on 24 April 2008?

Thank you in advance for your prompt response and full attention. And you would be well advised to pay full attention because it appears we are just now getting started with this journey.

How does this equipment work? Are there separate recording for fore and aft, or is it operator selectable? What of the sound? 2 channels also front and rear mics? Can the operator pick and choose or is the back on always "on" regardless?

If there is more evidence, what does this say about our state?

You are blazing a trail for the family's law team to follow, I wonder at what point they'll push the issue into the courts?

May 11 is Mother's day. How sad...for all parties.

Indeed I am. But nothing that the other media and other lawyers with much more money shouldn't be doing as they have already pledged to do. Specifically Orr & Reno's Bill Chapman as noted in this post with him talking a Big Game on a WMUR video.

What I have done in this space is no doubt worthy of a Pulitzer and I say that knowing the kind of work that goes into earning one when my co-workers earned one at the Indianapolis Star for their work on medical malpractice issues.

At least Pulitzer Prize-winning writer (and my idol) Mike Royko (RIP) covered some KingCastic stories back in the day. He would have ripped Kelly and her crew a new one, totally.

Royko "Developed a reputation for targeting bigots and crooked politicians while sticking up for the “little guy.”

Yes first and foremost it is a sad Mother's day. And as I pointed out in this post regarding Defendant Ayotte's second child Kelly should every day feel shame for disrespecting Michele Kenney. Here's the money quote from me, issued back on 18 September 2007.

"Dear Kelly: You just had a newborn son. Please think not only of Bruce McKay's family, but also of Liko Kenney's family, in particular his mother Michele, as you try to explain why you don't seem to care that the man who shot and killed (and potentially murdered) him has threatened other people -- including innocent women -- with death for no legally justifiable reason whatsoever, as noted in my last post . In said post I also share a letter to the editor and in which I am seen standing before the Grafton County Superior Court with the KingCast RSA 91-A Right-to-Know lawsuit in my hand in which you are the lead Defendant."

Note that Kelly is still in the process of complying with the ORDERS in that case, as noted above, or for you lawyers, supra.

Forgot to say:

The back seat mike was probably inadvertently left on or it automatically comes on when the sirens and lights are turned on. As to the video in the back that depends on the serial number, which is why I requested it.

The rear audio is only fully audible if using a stereo system and it is on the right channel; the mike on McKay is on the left channel.

Attorney Modigliani told me that we would be using a particular model Panasonic as noted in this post, but when we got there they had 3 units and were not going through the Panasonic, which is the only stereo unit of the 3 so I asked them to use that one to upload to my film maker.

You are brave and mostly accurate in your pursuit of justice. The only item I would add is the fact that these people are inept and stupid, yes... malicious, no. I'm talkin' McKay, the McLeods, the Governor, Ayotte, etc. All well-meaning, but dumber than the stones that fell from the Ol' Man and inherently, only slightly corrupt. And we're supposed to name a stretch of NH highway after dummies like that??

I hope you're picking up on my sarcasm here...

No, you are on the right track, and I admire you for your fortitude and perseverance. Back in the 70s, this State was, indeed a just and humble place to live. I think that exposure to modern ills, and to a certain extent, growth... has diminished its innocence and charm. I think I may move to a small island off the coast of Madagascar...

Once again, thanks for your persistence in this matter. There are some crazies who would otherwise be utterly ordinary and weak, pathetic individuals, but because they feed off their fifteen minutes of fame, are emboldened to do nutty, dangerous, threatening and unforgivable things. Worse, it's compounded by inept authorities, other weak people, like the McLeods, the Chief and Ayotte, and as a result, these persons like the Liko Shooter get this false confidence. They need to be incarcerated and forgotten.

Keep up the good work!

Gotcha' gotcha' and Madagascar has always intrigued me so I could play with the Lemurs and such.

One thing with which I disagree:

"They need to be incarcerated and forgotten."

No, they need to be incarcerated and NEVER forgotten."

As to the inept vs. malicious part I dunno. Kelly kept her case against me LONG after it was obvious that there was none. And she filed her Complaint before I even had a chance to look at it and comment to her which could have saved the taxpayers a ton of money and me a lot of heartache. But then again all the better for her to show her patooty to the World.

Have a great weekend my friend.

One more thing before I skate down for a $1.50 Happy Hour pint of Stella:

The "enhanced" video is tantamount to "enriched" white rice, in that you wouldn't need anything "enhanced" if they hadn't removed all the nutrients when they bleached it from brown in the first damn place.

But Joe and Josephine Jackass forge off to the store and say "honey make sure you git that there enriched rice..... 'cos it's good for yah!"

In reality it's just more poison on your plate.
