KingCast and experienced, licensed counsel agree: Gregory W. Floyd murdered Liko Kenney.

This is what a very successful, intelligent, articulate and beautiful man wrote about Gregory W. Floyd recently. He was very kind to grant full use of this material so after he and I edited it he added some of my additions and then I hosted it over at Scribd.com. Here's how it starts:

Dear ________:

I write to you to ask you to please read what is before you and not let this injustice continue any longer. This concerns each and every citizen of the State of New Hampshire, including yourselves.

The definition of Murder

1. To kill with premeditated malice; to kill (a human being) willfully, deliberately, and unlawfully.

If you have read the FRANCONIA/AYOTTE report on [it] you will have definitely have read sworn statements that substantiate the assertion that Mr. Floyd did not address the victim Liko Kenney before slaughtering him with one .45 bullet to the neck area and one .45 cal bullet to the head, both fired at close range.

As the Cranberries said:

"No need to argue."

As Ghandi said:

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.

Namaste.

Another way to look at it is this, from a well-wisher from when 30-year NH Executive Council and then-Mayor Bernie Streeter awarded me the First Amendment/Right-to-Know Commendation, while referencing my Uncle Joe (RIP), a U.S. Serviceman of advanced rank.

"Chris,

Congratulations a well deserved honor. I'm sure your uncle is looking down at you with love and pride. He knew you were a warrior....and would never compromise you position or beliefs no matter how personal your opponents try to make it."

******

And this individual was absolutely correct. There is no thing and no body that's going to prevent me from finishing the Report for the U.S. House this summer after Judge Vaughn rules on the pending matters including

1. Defendant Ayotte's Homicide Protocol being a public document in part or in whole;

2. The nefarious nature of the Town of Franconia destroying or lying about the Troy Watts ethics complaint about Bruce McKay.

It's all about the Right-to-Know, and I am forever grateful to Mayor Streeter and to the other well-wisher as I continue this journey though oft' disturbed waters.

Namaste.

Indeed it is and it was an honor to work on it with the kind gentleman from the east.

Here's another temperate and very well-sorted letter to Governor Lynch, asking him to come to North Country for a fact-finding tour, which he ignored.

The letter was clearly written by Chris King, the verbage and key phrases indicate Chris King is the author of the mentioned letter. Has he sunk so low to start inventing people to give himself more credibility, after there has been a rift between his self-invented Franconia collective.

Which letter are you talking about fool?

The letter to Governor Lynch that the Caledonian Record also published was obviously written by me.

The other one I edited but was written by a retired Attorney. If it sounds a bit like me it's only because all of us were working together on this project.

You want the full email I ain't gonna' share that but you can get a taste of it right here my friend:

I knew some idiot would say that, so I saved all of my emails.

That's also why Kelly and Chief Dunn got their behinds handed to them when they tried to prosecute me for exercising my First Amendment Rights.

I saved ALL of my emails between me, the NAACP and various attorneys including Dan Mullen's senior partner Charlie Bauer.

Duh.

People crack me up. As if I need to bilk people out of money. I've got things in motion for money that have nothing to do with Franconia. They take time but hell I've had money before so being hit for a while, that's nothing.

Just builds character =^.)

It's All Good.
