KingCast/Bill Kenney Franconia shooting tragedy fraud counsel request and RSA 91-A Request to Speaker Norelli comes due.

Here's the first post on 3 April, 2008.

And here's the 4 April 2008 letter from Bill Kenney to Speaker Norelli seconding that post that asked for all emails in and out of the Speaker's email address that pertain to HB 1428, the failed measure to name the north end of I-93 after rogue cop Bruce McKay. It also asked for appointment of a special prosecutor to address the forgery of private citizen Brian Jesseman's name in support of said measure.

It is now 11 April, 2008. I will check the mail today before I leave for the weekend, and will not assume the worst over said weekend if the response does not appear today. Heck you have to pay over $5 for delivery confirmation as a litigator to feel secure about U.S. Mail, right?

There are a lot of outstanding issues in this case, so as I have the official Bruce McKay legacy post, this will be the official unfinished business post. Off the top of my head:

1. Right-to-Know from Grafton Attorney Rick St. Hilaire (re: Troy Watts Complaint)
2. Affidavits from Chief Montminy & Town (re: Troy Watts Complaint)
3. Review of original dash cam (in about 10 days, yah).
4. More docs at DOS w/Counsel Marta Modigliani.
5. All documents bearing the name Rebeccca Bell.
6. Tim Stephenson's entire file, remember his lawsuit said McKay threatened him with his service pistol.

Subsequent litigation as required:

1. Fingerprint analysis for Liko's second magazine.

So contrary to the belief of some, this case is far from over, and as noted, it took four (4) years and 127 steps to find two LE made Michael Isreal a victim of violent crime, so I've got 3 years left.
