KingCast analysis: Prosecutor Hilaire readily produces Troy Watts Ethics Complaint that Franconia erased from its files.

Okay, Rome is still burning. Perhaps the Franconia Collective can build it back stronger though, with some integrity. I told you back in this post about why it was so important that the town knew of the 2006 Ethics Complaint against Bruce McKay: It supplemented years of abuse and foreshadowed the potentiality of future abuse, as McKay violated at least six (6) major police procedures on 5/11 against Liko Kenney. A cop is seldom unethical once, folks. Once they go there they stay there.

But I'm getting read to dress it all down and when I dress it down it's gonna get ugly:

Remember how the Town of Franconia "released" McKay's background/complaints and whatnot last year and you had papers like the Concord Monitor editorializing "McKay file sheds light on why officer died?" And remember how just the other day Franconia Police Chief Montminy said that there was absolutely no memorialization in the files about the Watts complaint that pertained to this OC Spraying of Sarah and McKay's Court actions? Read his Affidavit.

To my knowledge I (with the help of the Franconia Collective) was the only media entity to stand up and say "There's more.... Rome is burning.... the Emperor has no clothes...."

Now read this post to see that the KingCast Right-to-Know lawfirm in the Public Interest is obtaining the "more" documents for display right here, where no other media outlet has dared to seek or publish them, even though they most certainly are Public Record. Nope, everyone else sat on their hands, as the town did all throughout the Reign of McKay. And when you sit on your hands in a situation like this.... people can and will die dammit.

PS: Kelly lied about the AG's office not being in receipt of a VERY crucial Ethics Complaint (cover page here) against Bruce McKay too, the one where he brandished that penis-shaped knife near a woman's labia without Probable Cause, according to Judge Peter Cyr.

PPS: When we reviewed the 5/11 Dash Cam video we could see the look of abject terror on Liko Kenney's face. We can and will produce the stills from that (and additional audio) so you can see that which the government tried to hide.

Girlfriend: "Chris what they did up there is no better than what the Catholic Church did when they overlooked the abuse of the children."
KingCast: "Well, yah....."

  • Okay.

To clarify the two sliding images:

The one on the right is the cover page of the 13 page complaint that the town of Franconia and the AG failed to answer.

The one on the left is Kelly's response to an RSA 91-A Request.

Some might ask "well doesn't she reference what you're talking about when she says we gave you what you wanted in para. 7...."

    No Sir, No Ma'am.

Paragraph 7 refers to the Complaint by Liko Kenney's friend Tim Stephenson, who filed a lawsuit against McKay after McKay allegedly put his hand on the butt of his service weapon and said "I'll do whatever it takes to get rid of you."

That news story is indeed linked in this post about McKay punching Liko in the face at Fox Hill Park for no good reason, after he violated Liko's Fourth Amendment Rights.

So then you get Kelly calling Liko a cold-blooded murderer and all of that nonsense when you know you got a rogue cop like McKay on your ass like that my position is that I believe Liko Kenney would have walked on a manslaughter or murder charge because of his fear of Bruce McKay.

Newbies watch Caleb Macaulay describe it in this contemporaneous interview

  • One other point of clarification:

The town said they couldn't find the complaint but there's no doubt the town knew of it because it came to the Prosecutor through Bruce McKay himself.

They let a walking time bomb circulate with impunity.

  • Let me be the first to say that you are firing on all pistons, slingin' it like Sean Michaels. Keep on rolling! Great stuff!

Great to hear from you my brother.

I know you're always out there and figured you would be signing in soon with this recent bevy of activity.

For you newbies the Dog has been with us now since 2005, one of the original gang when Kelly had that grip on my vine.

BTW Horn Dog have you seen that one with Sean and Tami Ann? That's off the chain. Off. The. Chain.

    Namste and Bow-wow-wow yippy-oh-yippy-yay!

  • Concord Monitor are you getting any of this? Not bothered by public corruption or an illegal AG? We knew the UL couldn't care less, but that was a given.

Somebody's gonna git it, I'll be sure of that. Just a matter of time, money, resources.

    And oh yeah: Facts.

    And the facts are simple:

    1. The Town of Franconia is at best derelict in its duties of file maintenance. The Troy Watts complaint is not yet two (2) years old. No way in Hell should that not be in the file. It is an insult to Justice and an insult to Attorney Watts and ultimately an insult to Bruce McKay and to Liko Kenney.

    2. Bruce McKay does indeed resemble Dr. Mengele in profile and actions.

  • Ha!

Forgot about this one. Read what the parent of another Franconia youth told me about Bruce McKay's intimidating behavior when Bruce thought the man's son was driving.

McKay was all set to start his bully routine then got shocked when it was pops and not junior.

When I first started posting on this case I harbored no animosity toward Bruce McKay whatsoever. Here's some of the proof in the first paragraph from 20 May 2007 "I'm not hating on McKay,...."

But now I see he was a World Class jerk who should have been fired a long time ago, sadly.
