KingCast presents: Profiles in American Justice -- NH AAG James Kennedy.

Dude is like, "what the hell have I got myself into messing with this KingCast character?"

KingCast is like, dude I dunno but I tried to warn you. Better ask how you got yourself tied in with that NH AG Kelly Ayotte character, who is apparently going to appeal Judge Vaughn's ORDER to provide me that Bruce McKay dash cam video. I haven't heard from her but she has another day to go yet. Why would she appeal? As chief legal officer in charge of RSA 91-A ain't she all about Open Government?

Meanwhile, Attorney Crnilovic cracks me up. Today, she was like, "Don't mention it and let the appeal period run...." Then we both had a Good Laugh. Kelly and her crew won't forget about this one, but they wish to God they could.

And if she appeals I'll file a cross-appeal and hit her with the whammy, but good.

Related song: Whammy Kiss 25th Anniversary B52's on Conan show.

Here's an amazing live version of Planet Claire. Dig the horn section and Cindy Wilson on the bongo drums. Too hot LMAO.

KingCast: We Dance this Mess Around.

PS: That's a 1978 version from Downtown Cafe in Hotlanta right after they were formed. Amazing stuff, totally ground-breaking band. Of all the 16 dances, Kelly does the 'HIPP-a- CRIT' and the 'Dirty Dog' best.

Yeah-Yeah-Yeah-Yeah-Yeah-Yeah-Yeah-Yeah-Yeah-Yeah-Yeah-Yeah-Yeah!

You bet they don't want to give it up. There is no way the sound cuts out after the very clear call to dispatch until the sirens and gun go off. That is unless it was messed with.

Notice how little I say about this.

It's a very serious accusation.

I almost want to believe it did not happen.

The proof is in the pudding.

Or, as one girlfriend of mine used to say, the proof is in the putty =^.)

Here's an interesting case.

Google it; I gotta get to work but will look for links later. I pulled it off of Lexis.

Jean v. Mass. State Police, No. 06-1775, UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FIRST CIRCUIT, 492 F.3d 24; 2007 U.S. App. LEXIS 14813; 35 Media L. Rep. 1929, June 22, 2007, Decided

Dear Attorney Ayotte:

Please provide me, within five (5) days, the cost of accessing any and all documents that show the full chain of custody of the original dash cam video from Bruce McKay's Tahoe.

You might want to "put the quickness on it," and be sure to provide me with EVERYTHING, lest I have to holler back to Judge Vaughn, who already found your office ILLEGALLY withheld the homicide arrest protocol when I asked you for it.

Then when you have sent me those cost figures I will retrieve that information along with the documents containing Rebecca Thompson Bell's name you finally agreed to provide after about two (2) months of waiting.

If there is anything unusual about that video I'm going straight to the Bar Association, the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) who featured you in January.

Then I'll file a lawsuit against you and every attorney in your office who (mis)handled this case for taxpayer fraud.

Here's to hoping nothing's been altered on the video.

KingCastingly yours,

Christopher King, J.D.
