Law enforcement jerk misappropriates Franconia town logo to "honor" 3-time felon and habitual 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) violator Greogry W. Floyd.

Take a look at this nonsense from Tyeband will you? This is a new RSA 91-A request regarding use of a licensed town trademark/copyright.

Unbelievable. Here's the YouTube audio from the 28 Dec. 2007 hearing in which Grafton Superior Judge Timothy Vaughn granted a Permanent Restraining Order against that thug for threatening his neighbor with gun play. Here's a post indicating why I believe he murdered Liko Kenney, then tried to cover it up, and some related Interrogatories and RFP dealing with how Liko's gun went from "jammed" to locked and loaded in Mr. Floyd's possession.

In the comments section read Citizen Jeff Jesseman's letter to Franconia town officials. Floyd allegedly bragged about having friends in Law Enforcement to his victim last month. We believe Liko Kenney shot one of those friends, but apparently this is one time Floyd's not lying.

PS: I still have not heard back from Franconia Town Counsel Dan Mullen's office on the McKay OC Spraying Sarah that KingCast requested pursuant to RSA 91-A/FOIA back on 27 July, 2007 -- six (6) months ago.

Are you aware that the Franconia Police department logo has been used
to honor Gregory Floyd? No wonder he brags he has friends in the police

As a citizen I feel the use of our logo in this manner is unacceptable
and is a slap in the face to law abiding citizens and honorable
veterans everywhere.

Below is a list of reasons why Gregory Floyd should not have any honor
bestowed upon him, especially one invoking the Franconia PD's logo.

Facts in regard to Gregory W. Floyd:

1) 3 time GA convicted FELON One Felony conviction for dealing PCP.
One FELONY conviction for dealing Marijuana, one FELONY conviction for
unlawful taking of property.

2) AWOL twice during his 3 year active duty with the USMC

3) Claims to have served in Viet Nam and killed 42 men ( he was only 16
years old when we withdrew the final US American troops from Viet NAM
in April 1975 )

4) 1998 Convicted in the State of NH for assaulting a NH State Trooper
who gave sworn testimony that Gregory W. Floyd had threatened to give
several officers a "third eye" because he knew they wore bullet proof
vests. (Still on a 10 year good behavior suspended sentence, expires

5) Felon in possession of firearms.

6) Arrested for criminal threatening in MA

7) Fraudulently obtained a Massachusetts FID card ( never put on
application he was a convicted felon)

8) Gregory W. Floyd NEVER spoke one word before he fired his first shot
at the assailant. Nor did he say anything when he got closer to the
car and saw that the assailants gun was jammed and inoperative. He
instead fired 2 shots at point blank range through the passenger window (
which was closed) one into the assailants neck and one into his head.

9) Gregory W. Floyd then ordered the passenger in the car to pick up
the weapon (he refused). Floyd himself took the weapon and destroyed the
States evidence by un jamming the assailants weapon and keeping the
jammed bullet.

10) Gregory W. Floyd was NOT in fear for his life and stated so
numerous times, to every officer and emergency responder at the scene. He
bragged that this was his "43 rd kill"

11) Fast forward to December 2007

12/07 Charged and arrested for Criminal threatening in regard to an
incident with a woman who is a neighbor. (He threatened to "get a gun"
when arguing with a neighbor, and moved towards her in a threatening

12/28/2007 Permanent Protective Orders issued against Mr Floyd in
regard to above matter issued by Judge Vaughan, Grafton NH Superior Court.
12) After the hearing while in the court room he threatened to commit
violence again stating "I've already proven I can kill"

The court's Sheriff has publicly stated that security will be stepped
up for the trial in March 08

Unless you feel that using Franconia PD's logo in this manner is
entirely acceptable, please contact this company and insist they stop using
our logo in this manner and remove the likeness from their web page. I
will be issuing an RSA-91-A request in the near future asking for
documents pertaining to what follow up was done with this company.

Also, if this company used our logo without permission, perhaps the
town's legal defense team should investigate an appropriate response?

Attached is the offending likeness found at:

Thank you

Jeffery Jesseman

This is ridiculous. Did the town authorize this?

I expect an answer within, you guess it, five (5) business days with any and all paperwork indicating the town's position on this, and whether they have granted any license for the town logo to be used in this fashion for McKay or Floyd.

Floyd, while with his son, witnessed the shooting, then pulled his car between Kenneys car and McKay, shielding him from a THIRD hit from Kenneys car, though he was already deceased. As Floyds son attempted to radio police on McKays radio, Floyd, AFTER REPEATED WARNINGS to Liko to drop his gun witnessed by no less than 3 people, was forced to fire, killing Liko. Those of you who attempt to discredit his actions by digging up past events that have NOTHING to do with the scnario, are F****** DISGUSTING HYPOCRITICAL TRASH.

Let's be clear Cpl McKay was not "killed" he was murdered. Liko Kenney was justifiably shot and ultimately died as a result of HIS own actions.

It turns my stomach that so many people are still questioning Cpl. McKay and turning his ife upside down, meanwhile his family still grieves.
The bottom line is that Kenney was a local trouble maker in a small town......he disliked Cpl. McKay as I'm sure Cpl. McKay disliked him. And yes Cpl. McKay received some letters of reprimand and complaint letters. Few Officers who actively pursue their jobs can go 12 years without letters of complaint, especially in such a small town where the residents feel they have more of a voice than our larger cities and towns.
Decisions made by Police Officers often upset people. Also upsetting to people is the firmness which Police have to use with people....this is what the public asks of them.....you be the badguy so I dont have to is basically what we expect of our Police.
I see that Mr. Ahern is an expert in body language and "proper police training". You make a good point about the possibility of some type of intervention Mr. Ahern, but the bottom line is Cpl. McKay was the only Officer working when he observed Mr. Kenney once again violating the law, as it is well documented he often violated the law. Cpl. McKay did his duty and attempted to stop the ongoing violation he observed. The video shows him waiting in his car for an extended period of time.....its now believed he was waiting for back up/witnesses due to the past history, then Mr. Kenney decided he's tired of waiting...this leads to the pursuit and some admittably less graceful tactics by Cpl McKay. Have you ever chased someone down and peppersprayed them Mr. Ahern?.....there is nothing pretty, or graceful about it. I watched the video as well Mr. Ahern, what would you ask our Police Officers to do after chasing down a known criminal who has just commited several crimes and has been known to combatively resist arrest in the past...maybe he should have approached the car and asked Mr. Kenney to nicely step from the vehicle. Yes he peppersprayed him and yes he might have had a little bit of "here ya go" attitude given that he knew from past experience that Kenney would aggressivley resist arrest, he knew that Kenney had no problem running as displayed by the video, he knew that he was outnumbered 2:1, and he knew that he could not allow himself to be exposed to pepperspray, thus incapacitating him while outnumbered 2:1 with a known criminal who had just led him in a MV pursuit, oh that also was known to be combative and rumored that he was in possession of a firearm.
I strongly disagree that this could have been prevented Mr. Ahern...Cpl. McKay was shot multiple times, then run over more than once. These are not the actions of a young kid who freaked out, NOR is it self defense. Miranda from Derry commented that she would have felt the need to defend herself too.......I'm not sure how to respond to this only to say that it may be one of the most insane things I've heard, seek help Miranda that truly is an appaling statement you made. Defend yourself from what? A Police Officer seeking to arrest you because you comitted several crimes?
Carrying the gun in the first place was notice of Kenney's intent, then shooting Cpl. McKay more than once and then running him over more thane once made crystal clear his intention was to murder Cpl. McKay, not to run away, not to defend himself, nothing other than murder.
It's time we let Cpl. McKay rest in peace, and allow his family to continue the healing process.

Too bad that Floyd's own son said his daddy started shooting BEFORE the car ever struck McKay -- but after McKay violated the SOPs designed to reduce tension -- hence the windshield bullet.

Not to mention that Floyd changed his story 3 times, both first two times saying he never spoke to Liko, then later changing it, and of course going home with Liko's live round in his pocket.

That's because he put Liko's second clip in there himself to make Liko appear more dangerous.

And Kelly has no fingerprints, yah right.

Thanks for coming out, door prizes are on the left.

PS: And of course Junior is up on charges of criminal trespass arrested 15 Feb. 2008, another career criminal just like his daddy, your hero.

Trial on that is 22 June, 1p.

Thanks for the reminder.
