KingCast notes that Teflon Don Gregory Floyd waived reading at his criminal threat arraignment scheduled for Tuesday, 22 January 2008; got BIG lawyers

In honor of Chess legend Bobby Fisher, no doubt he pushed a pawn. The trial is set for 11 a.m. 13 March, 2008 and KingCast will be there with bells on. I played for Hawken's chess team in high school I can dig it.

Also went to state debate for Hawken so I know that it's undebatable when you reach checkmate.

Counsel of record is former Gov. Shaheen's hubby's firm:
William Christie, Esq.
Shaheen & Gordon
P.O. Box 2703
107 Storrs Street
Concord , New Hampshire
03302-2703
(603) 225-7262
(800) 281-4411

He copped a $3.1M award for John McIntrye's family after he was murdered (FBI agent tipped Whitey Bulger and his crew as to him being an informer), so it's ironic he's now representing a murderer in my opinion, who clearly started shooting at Liko's car as he was driving away from Bruce McKay and never spoke to Liko before executing him as he sat -- seatbelted -- in his driver's seat, now blinded by OC Spray.

He also does a lot of DUI work, protecting people who kill, maim and threaten others. Check out this website. Write to him and bcc me about what you think of his client.

BTW who's paying for this? Some of Floyd's police contacts? The plot thickens.

I think they deported the wrong guy; it should have been Floyd not Fisher.
CKxGF Checkmate!

Who's paying Floyd's freight? This ain't no rinky-dink operation. Gov Shaheen's hubby's firm?

Christy ain't no slouch either. Floyd? Littleton court? Criminal threatening? Seems like they'd have more important matters.

Color me jaded, but something is amiss.

Oh yeah somebody's got his fare. Maybe Kelly herself. Gosh knows she's got enough to lose.

Dear Counselor's Christie and Shaheen:

Welcome to the case:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/01/kingcast-notes-that-teflon-don-gregory.html

Ordinarily I would wish you luck if you were defending a man who was railroaded by the establishment, but basically you're defending a dangerous instrumentality and a dirtbag; a three (3) time felon convicted of disturbing the peace and previously arrested for Assaults with dangerous weapons.

He needs to go away for awhile for being in violation of his previous conviction for criminal threats:

http://aycu26.webshots.com/image/20425/2002220990346654829_rs.jpg

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/01/kingcast-says-gregory-w-floyd-teflon.html

He will kill or hurt someone else soon and he is in
constant violation of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) even by his
own admission:

http://aycu12.webshots.com/image/40731/2005517229129190298_rs.jpg

And then that blood will be on your hands just as
surely as the blood of John McIntyre's pours over the souls of John Connolly's and of the FBI. Great case, BTW congrats on that one I think I blogged about that a while back.

As to your client I am in touch with the U.S.
Attorney's office on the 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) issues.

Please call if you have any questions.

Very truly yours,

Christopher King, J.D.

While I know didiley shit, Talk about selling out the soul of the state! I'm glad the Shaheens are gonna rest her Senate hopes on Floyd. As Borat once said... verynice!

This my friends is where the state tries to cover its own ass, coming to the aid of a felon, who came to the aid of an officer, Who stars in several upcoming chemical films. Yes Shaheens, go for it! No offense Christy, This man deserves a military tribunal first.

I like how you can twist facts, you write Floyd shot at him as he was driving away, so that or those bullets caused him to turn around 180 degrees and run over McKay. You have a knack for trying to minimize Liko's actions.

Anonymous said...

Hmmm. Ayotte wants to run for Gov. mcleod wants to run for the state senate and Jeane Shaheen is going to make a bid for the next US Senate race. "Clueless" Martha Mcleod is now scrambling like crazy to get something named for McKay. Anything. How about Fox Hill Park? I think will take about any piece of ground so she does not look like a complete putz to the LE community. Aytotte seems to be holding her own , as long as Floyd stays out of jail but suddenly a Concord law firm is representing a nutso guy with no job . Let's all say a little prayer for Floyd to get sent to jail, and then maybe he decides to offer up some new information. Maybe someone should warn the attorney to get a kevlar vest for his meetings with Floyd . You know, just in case things don't go well.

Liko smoked a cop. there is no minimizing this. however interstates are federal roads for the military. Since the military protects the country and must obey the constitution, The Military must not honor a man (McKay) who has so routinely and blatently violated others contitutional rights. If you white power aryan brotherhood types really want to name a highway, try "the Veteran Coporal Bruce McKay highway to Hell." oddly enough, it's a proposed toll road through jersey complements of Doing the Right Thing.

Christopher King said...

2:34:

You're inserting facts not in the record. There is no fact in the record that shows Liko did a 180 degree turn whatsoever, but what is in the record is Floyd's own son saying that Liko did not run over McKay until AFTER his daddy started shooting, and that he stopped short of McKay and backed up the first time.

That's what's in the record, fool.

pdf p.745.

Now you give a citation to whatever drivel you're talking about or just STFU.

Yes it is crucial for these people to protect their boy Floyd even though he's as lawless as they come.

The next few months are going to be extremely interesting.

And kevlar won't cut it because Shooter Floyd will give someone a third eye, remember?

Hey 1:38...somethng is amiss for sure..makes you wonder what pretty boy Floyd really knows.....

Hey I'm just paraphrasing your words.

being an informer), so it's ironic he's now representing a murderer in my opinion, who clearly started shooting at Liko's car as he was driving away from Bruce McKay and never spoke to Liko before executing him as he sat -- seatbelted -- in his driver's seat, now blinded by OC Spray

If he was infact driving away, Liko would have had to turn around (180 dgrees) to be abale to run over McKay.

The section of road Mcleod wanted to rename already honors one person. There is one stretch of highway that hasn't been named for anybody yet, Route 116/Easton Road. I think that would be a fitting tribute to McKay and Liko. Sharon whould get a highway named after her Bruse and The Kenney clan would be reminded everytime they got mail they whelped a muderous son-of-a-bitch.

Christopher King said...

I see you are showing your ignorance of the scene. Here's a picture for you to help understand.

See Caleb noted that Floyd already had his gun trained on them before they even got to the road. They were pulling out of the lot and he started shooting, so they never turned around.

Anytime you feel the urge or need to say something stupid, you should probably send me an email first so I can educate you about the reality of this case.

Peace.

Questions??? Does Floyd eat his victims? Killed 43, right? Was Liko 43 or 44? If in fact he did kill X number of people (or was he just lying?) does he cook - no, lets give him the benefit of the doubt, just a liar. Is that blood on his hands and arms in the pic? McKay's? McKay's blood on Floyd. Hmmmm!

Christopher King said...

That's right. Forgot about the "I'm ok. I've killed 43 people" comment.

That will be interesting for his Big Gun attorneys to address.

I'm filing a goddamn amicus brief.

Peace.

You know..I don't get it...How can you ram someone's car, spray them with pepperspray, know they have a gun, and know there's been previous history between the two of you, and then turn your back and walk away? Duh? McKay must have thought the excessive spraying took care of Liko's vision, enough so to turn his back to him.
How did Liko see McKay well enough on the ground after the spraying to not run him over?
Maybe the cannister of pepperspray was diluted? Wouldn't the autopsy report be consistent with this?

LvsNH said...

How I wish we could see the autopsy report. I bet there are discrepancies there when compared to the "official" report on the case.

Christopher King said...

6:37 and 6:59

You get 15 seconds to 30 seconds before you lose your vision.

And there is a huge discrepancy if you run a word search on the blawg for Blanchard you'll see that he said Liko's entire face was orange colour, wheras one of the older cops, protecting his own, said there was a hint.

In any event, the main focus right now is Gregory W. Floyd, and to that end I have detailed my discussions with the U.S. Attorney's Office on 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) vis a vis Kelly Ayotte's hero.

McKay, king of pepperspray, would have known the time lapse of ocular response to OC. Eyelids respond quicker.

Carry on....

who clearly started shooting at Liko's car as he was driving away from Bruce McKay and never spoke to Liko before executing him as he sat -- seatbelted -- in his driver's seat, now blinded by OC Spray

It is a very nice picture, but it doesn't tell me anything, if Liko was driving away from Mckay how did the front end of his vehicle end up on top of Mckay? The video had Liko's car in front of McKay's cruiser. He backs up and then drives out of the parking area. But in order for him to be driving away/away from he would have had to be drving back into Franconia. You casually leave out he purposely drove off the road and 10-15 feet onto somebody else's lawn.
If floyd was shooting at Liko as you would like everyone to believe. It is a natural tendency to avoid people shooting at you, in other words you would steer away from where the bullets were coming from. Instead, the car is perfectly alligned with McKay, so even if, the shots took out Liko before before he struck McKay. Liko would have ran over McKay had not Floyd stepped in.

Christopher King said...

12:21

It's all so simple that Kelly should have put it that way in her "Official Report" then, huh?

Perhaps the natural tendancy is to drive away from someone shooting at you WHEN YOU'RE NOT GOING BLIND BY OC SPRAY.

In that event you might indeed drive toward whatever is shooting at you and try to run it over.

Oh, would that Kelly and her minions had actually done their jobs with that bullet hole, as they did with the ones in the stupid barn. No offense, Connie your barn's not stupid, the State is just playing us for stupid.

And oh, yah:

None of that would change the fact that Floyd lied about speaking to Liko on not one, but two occasions:

One with the windshield bullet.

Two "oh, yah, the window was open."

The goddamn window was closed in the fully up position as anyone can see when Liko starts to pull out.

Thanks for stopping by, the door prizes are on the left.

Christopher King said...

Kelly better be worried.

Very worried.

The dookie's gonna hit the fan and I will be the first in line to say,

"told you so."

I want to know how BM proved to the state that Maura was up in NH on her own will, and didn't want to return. If they think she was a runaway, How did they come to this conclusion. I mean she didn't tell the FBI directly to tell her father "go away". The FBI is telling her Father to 'go away' because they are convinced that she's dating someone or some people, and didn't want to be bothered by her Father. How did the FBI get convinced of this? I can only guess there was a concerted effort to destroy the heat by deceit. Can mr mueller please tell us why they were so disrespectful to this Murray family? Kelly Ayotte why do young people have to die in your state? Brianna's family wasn't told to take a hike... Is the FBI above reproach? Is strelzin going to prosecute the woodchippers himself? Anyone else have a vote of no confidence in NHLE to either solve crimes or pursue justice?

"said Liko's entire face was orange colour, wheras one of the older cops, protecting his own, said there was a hint."

The AG thought Liko was Asian because of the tint, not hint. So did the cop also think Liko was Asian?

Anyone suppose McKay wanted Liko dead?

did they ever consider McKay's motive for the pullover irrespective of Liko's registration? Can we cut this "routine traffic stop" BuLLSHIT! there is no traffic on that road, and this was not routine, McKay routinely wore his vest. Would The AG please reaffirm this officer is honorable and should be emulated?
Apparently Cops in New Hampshire have a register-or-die policy that the legislature and citizens should be alerted to. John Stark himself would have quartered Bruce McKay for this unholy challenge to liberty. Bruce reduced NH's integrity to a garbage fire. It will take decades to recover. All Good LE should re-evaluate their allegiance to this blue line. This is no false dichotomy. Your souls hang in the balance. It would be unethical and reprehensible to grandstand for a police-felon tagteam hit. Don't y'all see, Bad cops make good cops look bad. He disgraced all, but the cops who stand silent are to be feared... Our enabled abusers haven't understood the founding fathers intent. America is about Freedom, and in his soul, so was Liko. Liko Kenney was from the Easton Valley. He understood what a laviathon the State of NH had become. His Death shows us how endagered the individual is in our Federation of submission. Easton's History will vidicate Liko, for in that Valley of God's country, true patriots understand that American virtue - individual liberty -- is non-negotiable.

3:56 that was a great post; and much appreciated by this reader.

Christopher King said...

Well put, and that spirit is why I know he was my brother. As Mr. Jesseman said, we both have our flaws, but when you get right down to the nitty-gritty, we know what the hell we are talking about, and that is why McKay was so infuriated at Liko for properly telling him in 2003 "You have no right to keep me here without Good Cause."

What else did Liko say that night?

Read the 4th Amendment post:

21:04:01 - "You can't pull people off the street and put them in handcuffs and drive them around for no reason." [held: correct, as noted by Judge Cyr].

21:05:46 - "I was sitting in my car resting before driving home and now you've done this to me for no reason." [held: correct, as noted by Judge Cyr].

21:15:00 - "Why am I in handcuffs?" "[Officer Cox or Ball] Because you resisted arrest." "Why was I being arrested, why?" "[Officer Cox or Ball] I don't understand what the original offense was." "That's because there is no original offense." [held: correct, as noted by Judge Cyr].

21:15:30 - "He punched me in the face and you and him both saw him punch me in the face and you both are saying he didn't. I'm being beat up IN HANDCUFFS by 3 adult armed men who all have guns and I have NOTHING." [held: correct, by common sense].

Kelly I'll give you a virtual backhand to the face for trying to hide that and I'll see you in court.

Hey 4:02,

I have a better idea. Why don't they just re-name the street McKay's parents live on so the rest of us don't have to vomit while looking at another sign like the adopt a highway one named for McKay. He has brought disgrace down on the entire state by his abusive arrogant policing and terrorizing of the citizens. Take a hike buddy.

Anonymous said...

McKay was after Liko and passed up a speeder a 1/2 mile in front of Liko - that speeder is on Mckay's radar that night. He ignores someone clocked at 54mph but spots Liko's registration??? What is this that people are saying McKay died "protecting" the citizens? He died scaring and harassing the citizens. Who in their right mind would find a none registered vehicle more hazardous than a speeding vehicle?

McKay was not afraid of Liko. His macho OC spray and swagger away from Liko's car tells us that, along with no vest. He scared the hell out of Liko. Liko feared McKay. McKay pushed his "Gotcha" game to far.

The OC spray was unloaded into Liko faced as he was frozen with his face to McKay. Go back and look at the video and you will see Liko never even turned his face away. That is not normal and shows he was in shock. Whatever he did after that was defensive and while in a state of shock. Then he sees a figure with a gun pointed at him. His actions cannot be compared to what would be normal or characteristic from the point that McKay bashed the car.

Christopher King said...

4:48

Correct.

And it was reported by someone who knew McKay's voice very well that there was something strange in his voice that day. I certainly think he was after Liko and McKay was just so creepy that no one can conclusively say that everything would have been allright if Liko had just stayed at the first stop.

Namaste
