KingCast and the Franconia Collective write U.S. Attorney Tom Colantuono on NH AG Kelly Ayotte's failure to probe 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) on Gregory Floyd

Dear Attorney Colantuono:

On the news of Gregory W. Floyd's most recent encounter with the law, involving a direct threat to brandish a firearm I write you with all of the earnestness at my command to ask you and/or the office of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to immediatelt seek a search warrant and investigate Gregory W. Floyd for ongoing violations of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1).

As a former AAG who has successfully dealt with threatening people (Watling v. Kroger) and abusive police (Isreal v. Rhodes/Hensley) I asked NH AG Kelly Ayotte to address this matter on prior occasion, she refused and now the entire Easton Valley and Franconia area is (still and increasingly) terrified of this man. I have a lot of additional information and Affidavits to prove my assertions:

Please refer to this post and to this Union Leader news coverage.

Here is a short film that explains a bit more for you on how the locals feel in Franconia.

Very truly yours,

Christopher King, J.D.
On behalf of
KingCast.net
Franconia Collective.
