Thanks.

Somewhere in there as I draft the cover page for the Court, copy the Attachments and add a Certificate of Service to the Defendants this week I will need to modify #1, #2 and #3 because they have actually been previously filed and #2 needs to reflect the Jeffery Jesseman Affidavit and ongoing Right-to-Know requests.

But that's all part of the process that's involved in litigation and I have no problem sharing it in a open environment.

The Government could take a lesson in that.

Namaste.

Speaking of open government, read this post about Homicide Chief Jeffery Strelzin hiding and ignoring facts.

Just got home from the CP Law office. Yeah, I don't go down to Lawrence that often in this techno age there's really no need to except the paralegal is a sweetheart and sharp as a whip.

But I figured it would be nice to do the Attachments in colour and whatnot, because colour is something the legal World could certainly use more of.

So there will be a lot of colour and a lot of substance coming from KingCast.

Also kinda had to go down there 'cos we moved the office down the road to Common street, across from the Commons in what was at one point in the 90's a Citizen's Bank branch.

Lotsa' safes up in there; no misplaced money :)
