Res Ipsa X: Chief Every's search warrant and the macabre nature of the Shooter Floyd/NH AG Kelly Ayotte love fest.

Heeeeeerrrreee it is.
Didja' know this clown at one point simultaneously held two registrations for his pick-em-up truck? Yepper, I think that's even more illegal than Liko's expired inspection tag. That's just for starters. Didja' know that all of the women who lived near him were scared and that they heard automatic weapons discharge at their homes on Hummingbird Lane and that they thought he hit their house with gunplay. Didja' know that the wife of a former Hookset Police Chief was terrfied that he would go off and brandish arms? Didja' know that the former Hookset Police Chief heard the automatic weapons fire as well?

And didja' know he clearly shot the front of Liko's car BEFORE anything else happened, as noted in this morning's Res Ispa IX post? Perhaps if Liko started jacking his gun it was because this dirtbag had shot already in his roll as judge, jury and executioner -- or unofficial scanner-bound sidekick to Bully Bruce McKay.

Yepper, that and worse, and the State knew about ALL of that but gave him a pass in less than a day after he shot or murdered Liko Kenney. That's why the public's gotta' have the right to read that stuff at the AG's own website and not through my itty-bitty blawg. Kelly told Attorney X in Res Ipsa I that she "stands by [her] conclusion," so let's see her go ahead and do that, then, and quit the stuff-talking. This blawg and my life is a no-bullstuff zone, so if you say you're going to do something, go ahead and DO it. Go on, Kelly, save the taxpayers the cost of defending and losing against my Mandamus/Declaratory Judgment action. Do SOMETHING right for once in this case, why don't you.

Here's the weapons they DID find Chez Floyd.

Oh my GOD. Thanks Kelly for empowering this man by coronating him a hero. I am dumbfounded that the top law official in NH would do this to my community...and knowingly cover it up. And why? Political gain no doubt. I am sickened.

Chris, without you, this may never have come into the public domain.

Lifer,

Kelly and crew took a calculated risk. But they miscalculated that Liko's friends would reach out to me or that I would already have an affinity for Cannon from my years of skiing/riding here.

Whoops.

And as we see, they've got the major media IN THEIR POCKET.

Dear Attorneys Ayotte and Strelzin:

It just gets nastier by the day, doesn't it.

Don't expect it to let up because I'm just getting started but the beatings will continue until the morale improves.

I learned that from Brucie Baby.

Where are the Boisverts and Rodrigues now? Are they long gone? Who are the neighbors of Floyd today? What is the likelyhood that the neighbors were never questioned on or after 5/11 as part of that thorough investigation we hear so much about?

It's no so much he has guns or that no automatic weapons were found. The most disturbing part is the corroberation of Floyd's "eccentric" personality and behavior and the fact this evidence never made the AG pause and think maybe his story is a lie?

You know, a lot has been said about Liko and his emotional swings, documented as they were and trumpeted by the media. And this stays buried as non-consequential evidence? On this one ommission alone the whole investigation is rubbish.

Christopher King said...

Exactly.

Add to that the totally contradictory statements offered by Floyd Jr. vs. Sr. and Caleb Macaulay vs. Sr. and Floyd's own contradicting statements (which NEVER made the "official report" and you've got a serious indictment of LE from the top down here in NH, even as major media sits by idly.

THAT my friend is the MOST DISTURBING part of this journey and I can't wait to see how they cover the lawsuit.

I mean what, like maybe they just won't cover it at all. Or the lead will be "A suspended attorney and fired NAACP Legal Chair followed up after WMUR noted that files were missing and filed a lawsuit in Court. The Court decided to grant part of what Mr. King petitioned the Court for but admonished him for agitating the system....."

Anyway, the reason I held this one for a while (although I leaked one of the paragraphs a while back) is because I was waiting to see how the other evidence came together as I have started writing the Motion.

But now the facts and the law are congealing quite nicely and I am confident we have a strong and sturdy vessel with which to navigate the First Amendment/Right-to-Know waters.

Some folks have come in here trying to say that this case has nothing to do with the First Amendment but in fact it has EVERYTHING to do with the First Amendment because it involves our right to petition the government for redress, duh.

Namaste.

Just look at the Guy.

What a scape goat setup.

Half shaven pot belly institutionalized freek.

This tells me more than I need to know about NH politics and the people running the freek show.

ty for post lifer.
also it is beyond any sense, except intentional coverup, why in the world even the most lame standard investigation would not include a drug test; blood analysis on floyd, a FELON CONVICTED FOR SELLING PCP...

we are talking a really sick crazy drug here...not anything like 'green' or the 'cannabis resin' that was reported, or rather trumpeted, in Liko's chemical analysis after the event.

I recall Liko asking Mckay at the '03 stop why wasn't mckay getting the drunks off the road on superbowl night instead of torturing him for doing NOTHING in a WELL KNOWN place right in his hometown and easily visible....

I continue to demand complete ACTUAL autopsy, not a summation...complete with all blood and chem analysis of Mckay, as well as Floyd...

...A huge part of Floyd's debriefing, included Floyd's statement to Caleb about being on so many, and/or such a high dosage of pyche and/or other medications, that he could never, as Floyd boasted, be convicted of 'murder,' even if he shot Caleb in cold blood right then and there....pretty sly cat that floyd...working it baby, working it...

the AG wants to have some kind of press party or make some kind of statement...

i would hope that Ayotte would have some very simple questions and demands along these basic lines, and some other questions revelevant to a number of 'open' issues here, posed to her very directly, in written (for the press) and aural form right then and there.

The absence of this kind of a report in this kind of a situation; especially when it was trumpeted that Liko was using cannaboids, which are NOTHING like PCP and whatever anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, anti-whatever is in Floyd's daily cocktails...in addition to whatever trippy sick dangerous drugs like PCP...
the guy has a felony conviction for PCP, shoots someone dead after a long record of threatening police and meter readers and others with death, (while boasting of his superior marksmen abilities and that his skills and intelligence encompassed shooting giving POLICE OFFICERS a third eye shot to the head to get around those pesky bullet proof vests)...

i mean, what does it take to get a straight answer to such a simple question.
if they did NOT test him, or CLAIM not to...
...that is BEYOND any acceptable investigatory credibilty, as is a lot of this corrupt disinformation coverup torture killing...

lay a false statement to rest, If floyd had PCP any amount would have been a felony.

autopsy will not be released they are protected by the overly broad HIPPA laws.

Anonymous said...

HIPPA is a broad category of protection, but release of autopsy information s/b available by subpoena.

Christopher King said...

Here comes the Motion to place everything online, which is a stepping stone to even more information.

The basis.

Try to get a medical record with a subpoena, if the hospital grants you the info, in a motion to suppress it will get squashed. You need a search warrant to get a medical record, and what do you need with a search warrant, probable cause.

To lifer: Mr. Boisvert passed away and the Rodrigues have moved. I am still a neighbor and want to be assured that this guy does not have access to guns. He did indeed shoot automatic weapons (within 300 feet of my house) and did hit the Boisvert's house. I wish this guy would go away!
