KingCast presents: Another complaint about Bruce McKay that was not mentioned in the earlier release of information to Concord Monitor.

Well, I guess I really DON'T present because the complaining party has requested it be filed UNDER SEAL, so that is what will happen. But you had dang well better believe I won't lose it, a la Rose Mary Woods (RIP). And you better believe the presence of this sort of complaint, along with the forthcoming affidavit of Ms. B, provides some serious impetus to get the law changed and to try to get some Civilian Review Boards established as I told State Rep. McLeod in this 10 July 2007 letter.

I had predicted filing the Motion on or before 27 August, then thought earlier by the 24th but then the supplemental information and UPDATE on the knife case came in, and now this so there will be some adjustments but nothing should prevent filing by next week but probably not on Monday.

Peace.

And to the individual who decided to help I thank you profusely because it is HUGE information.

And I also wish to explain that this blawg was always a PERSONAL blawg and was never designed to host this case.

But since Liko's friends contacted my my life has been a whirlwind of deciphering information, researching laws, keeping up with work at the restaurant and work for the law firm -- no time or money to create that site but that help may be coming:

There will soon be a new website that delivers the information in the context in which you would be more comfortable, but that will mean that the comments will be monitored to keep the yay-hoos and the trolls out.

And the point of this blawg was that because it is called "Chris King's 1st Amendment Page" I would never strike a comment, no matter how foul.

Well I haven't in two years, until someone disrepected an elder, and to tell you the truth if I were in that person's vicinity I sure would have delivered a smack across that noggin' because where I come from you don't disrespect elders. This particular elder is about 2 years older than my mother and if someone disrespected her......

Well anyway, Peace.

If Kingcast is awarded damages, for the record, who will receive the money?

As I've already stated half of anything buys new tennis rackets or tennis balls for Tamarack, or whatever Liko's friends and extended family decide is appropriate.

I think it would be a Great Thing if any writer or movie person donated half of whatever they receive to some form of charity or something in honor of Liko and the Fourth Amendment.

Peace.

As I said in the post that hosts the current (but about to be revised) Motion:

"Mother Ann would have it no other way. And Liko Kenney would have it no other way, and he died in part because the letter and spirit of RSA 91-A had been effectively killed years ago in Franconia, right about the time that Bruce McKay rode in on his high horse.

Liko, I've got your back, Man. I would have had you on the front 2 years ago but I was busy dancing with Kelly and her friends instead of playing tennis at Tamarack. I've spent a lot of lonely nights crying for you and endured the wrath of a lot of people since I started this project but it was all worth it. The people of Franconia -- and many from well beyond Franconia --and I are going to change public policy and we will make certain that you did not die in vain."

And I believe I've got another statement coming from the family who referred me to Ms. B.

Have to talk with them again this evening and then draft up their affidavit as well.

It's not quite as damaging as the one that I can't talk about or that of Ms. B but it sure does fit a pattern of abusive behavior on the part of Bruce McKay.

You know, a young man here in town whom you know once told me.

"This town is dirty, but I don't expect you to understand."

This was his response when I questioned why he thought the cops were 'watching" him.

This was months before 5/11. I cry now when I think of it and the fact I dismissed the comment as "angry youth".

Live and learn, but unfortunately in that enlightenment process, two men died.

God bless.

Oh, my.

Ouch. That's the natural inclination unfortunately that most people will trust authority over the youth. The authority preys on that and keeps everything on lock-down.

I have similar feelings by not having been able to be there 2 years ago because of that bogus indictment I was facing, I know this would have been a cause I would have undertaken to open things up.

Instead someone helped me start KingCast and I aired the truth about how the government wanted to keep things on the QT, even shut down the blawg.

But you can't shut down a First Amendment Blawg. Really really hard unless I am comitting Defamation, and I'm not. Or there would have been lawsuits, you bet.

Watch former AG John Arnold ask "whose funding this....."

Anyway, some of the people funding this include:

BTW I forgot to mention:

KingCast was started during the American Tower/Jaffrey/NAACP crisis with a $2K long term loan.

I paid it back.

I sure as hell cannot and will not tell you to whom I paid it back, but it was all legal and above board and this individual is a HIGHLY respected person about town.

Just someone whose identity will never be known.

Namaste.
