KingCast compares Liko Kenney's tyre tracks with those of Bruce McKay in the Franconia shooting tragedy.

Okay. The Official (but apparently unsigned) report reads:

19:12:47 Kenney’s car pulls out and leaves, with tires leaving marks in the dirt in the process.

KingCast says: Ohhh.... Weeeee..... "marks in the dirt," huh?

Them ain't no "marks in the dirt." I'll show you some McKay/Ayotte/Floyd MARKS IN THE DIRT BABY:

"I said I am not writing to retaliate and said this should serve as an instrument to warn Franconia of a dangerous situation."

Franconia's finest?

Spare me.

Face it:

Bruce McKay dragged everybody else down with him, in life and in death.

The best thing to come from Bruce McKay will be some Civilian Review Boards, you better believe THAT.

Bruce McKay was so afwaid when widdle weeko waid a wee-widdle tie-a-twack on the way to Tamawack.

Methinks he just wanted to have another go at Liko, based on what Dan's mother said about Bruce.

Oh, yeah.

Extwa extwa wead all about it and the letter to U.S. Senator Pat Leahy.

When I read that in the AG report about Liko's tire tracks......you can see there is a step up from to the road from the dirt. Liko is right in front of it and has a standard so when he had to give it gas to get up over the hump, it is not unlikely for anyone to leave tracks. Notice how wet the dirt is also - another reason for tracks.

They totally underplay McKay's tracks, where you can clearly see the force against the dirt. It shows better in the side view pic. The dirt is not wet either so it takes more force to create those tracks. you know, the kind of force that throws rocks 30 feet out from the vehicle.

Hey, I hope that woman that went on the date will do an affidavit....

Someone wrote in to to ask about the Littleton Courier story on McKay's records. I have it, just picked it up yesterday and I'm going to scan it when I go back to Nashua Tuesday or Wednesday.

There's a letter to the editor from one Kendalyn Stone in which she writes:

"Also regarding the famous ex-marine that stuck his nose in, the dash cam also proved that he DID NOT yell at Kenney to put his gun down. [KingCast says the dash cam doesn't ultimately prove that but everything else does, including Floyd's own admission and Caleb noting Floyd was laughing and saying "yeah I shot him real good and stuff."]

"He just saw an opportunity to kill, then went ahead and did so. You talk about someone with a dangerous mental disorder -- it's him.

If he's the crack shot that he claims to be, why didn't he just wound Kenney and then he could have stood trial?"

Precisely my dear, and that dovetails nicely with the section I was adding to the Motion for Declaratory Judgment because Floyd says in the full investigative files that he avoided "the pump" because he could have put two right there.

Oh, so instead you shot him in the neck and head?

And what else I know about Shooter Floyd I am only authorized to say under Seal to the Court, but I can't wait to see His or Her Honor's face when we discuss that matter in chambers because it is NASTY.

Dear RFK/MLK 6:12

That is brilliant, and true. People are starting to rise up out here and to come forward.

I am told to also check over in Henniker as well as Haverhill on McKay so if anyone has some feelers out there for information you can email me at kingjurisdoctor@yahoo.com.

Haverhill I knew about but apparently he was bad news in Henniker as well, it was maybe his first police job and he was like a glorified Rent-a-Cop or something.

Also, who goes 12 years on a force and only makes "Corporal?"

FWIW I used to inline skate in Dallas' Deep Ellum (a great place to be, actually) so I found this report about cop abuse to be quite interesting.

I don't know if the woman who went on the date with McKay will do an affidavit or not.

Meanwhile I have that Friday deadline yea and verily upon me so it may just be a supplemental thing.

So many details to pull together in 3 business days :)
