KingCast presents Columbus Historian and videographer James Whitaker

My first videographer back in the 90's when I drove Das Jetta was Michael Whitaker, now 61 years young, a black history studies major. All of the old footage at KingCast.net was shot by him, and paid for by the community, my settlements and Mr. Whitaker. With "Franconia 5/11" we keep on keepin' on.

Here's an audio conversation during the Indictment period, probably March, 2006.

Q: Have you ever seen me act unprofessionally in a courtroom, Sir?
A: No, I haven't. Not to my knowledge.

And he's right. It's All Good though, because getting slammed in Ohio put me right here in Franconia.

Namaste.

Cracks me up, too when the haters used to come around:

"You only care about black folks.... if it was somebody white you wouldn't care....."

Then I'm like, "Well I dunno.... I told one of my sisters to get married to a Welsh-English white guy so I dunno what you're talking about and he and I get along more like brothers than brothers-in-law."

And now the haters come in here, and on Nashua Telegraph forums, now seeing that Liko was obviously primarily white, telling me I should devote my time to "something more worthy," never mind that the government is lying to us about MATERIAL WITNESSES and never mind that earlier this year Alderman Teebom and I changed First Amendment policy:

Haters will be haters, and that's unfortunate. But OTOH it makes me appreciate intelligent, compassionate people all the more.

Namaste.

So last night I drove a 2007 BMW 335i, the 300hp twin-turbo deal.

It's bloody fast (0-60 in under 5 secs I believe by the seat of my pants) but has absolutely no soul to me, and it feels heavier than my '88 535is. Day in Day out, except for long drives I would rather have a mint condition older Bimmer like another 2002tii

.....except for the lack of airbags and sometimes ABS. All this technology, just pulling more metal out of the ground.

"Biko"

September '77
Port Elizabeth weather fine
It was business as usual
In police room 619
Oh Biko, Biko, because Biko
Oh Biko, Biko, because Biko
Yihla Moja, Yihla Moja
-The man is dead

When I try to sleep at night
I can only dream in red
The outside world is black and white
With only one colour dead
Oh Biko, Biko, because Biko
Oh Biko, Biko, because Biko
Yihla Moja, Yihla Moja
-The man is dead

You can blow out a candle
But you can't blow out a fire
Once the flames begin to catch
The wind will blow it higher
Oh Biko, Biko, because Biko
Yihla Moja, Yihla Moja
-The man is dead

And the eyes of the world are
watching now
watching now

Duffy, that was funny. I would describe it as a Sh*t hurricane.

Shit hurricane? To say the least! The justice of Law has turned into a coupon on sale. Flushed into the remnants of a waste treatment plant hoping never to be seen in the ocean of law again.

Turning and carving up Law enforcement into a business like Wall Mart. Just as, One size fits All.

Lawyers should be ashamed to say the least. It has come to being represented by China's finest. Here in America, Land of the free home of discounts and deals at the local courthouse..

You want a jury trial? Well, that's extra.

Scroll the pages to see what my lawyer didn't do for me. Thank you John Boyle of Pymouth, NH

Jury trials are not on sale. The coupon cutters are just too stupid.

I've been following your blog in the days since 5/11. It's comforting to me (as a former resident of the area) to find this forum where people (most of them anyway)are actively seeking the truth as opposed to blindly believing the lies that have been flowing from the AG's office for weeks now. The White Mountains/Franconia Notch will always be my home. My heart aches to know there is so much pain felt by many in the community of Franconia. I stand in solidarity with all who seek justice for Liko and pledge to do whatever I can to help foster this along.

I heard the following song today and thought of Liko, 5/11 and the movement afoot today...

For What it's Worth

There's something happening here
What it is ain't exactly clear
There's a man with a gun over there
Telling me I got to beware
I think it's time we stop, children, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down

There's battle lines being drawn
Nobody's right if everybody's wrong
Young people speaking their minds
Getting so much resistance from behind
I think it's time we stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down

What a field-day for the heat
A thousand people in the street
Singing songs and carrying signs
Mostly say, hooray for our side
It's time we stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down

Paranoia strikes deep
Into your life it will creep
It starts when you're always afraid
You step out of line, the man come and take you away
We better stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down
Stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down
Stop, now, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down
Stop, children, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down

Buffalo Springfield

Peace,

dl

Gonna find my baby, gonna hold her tight
Gonna grab some afternoon delight
My motto's always been 'when it's right, it's right'
Why wait until the middle of a cold dark night?
When everything's a little clearer in the light of day
And we know the night is always gonna be there any way

Thinkin' of you's workin' up my appetite
Looking forward to a little afternoon delight
Rubbin' sticks and stones together makes the sparks ingite
And the thought of lovin' you is getting so exciting
Sky rockets in flight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight

This is the only this close to what I could now find..

Going to dig deep to get the original back up.

Your government does not want you to hear it on the radio.

When was the last time you listened to the Ojay's singing the "Love Train" on the radio?

You didn't.
