KingCast presents "Cat and Mouse #2" Bruce McKay toys with Liko Kenney in Franconia shooting tragedy.

Those of you coming in from liveleak watch the linked movie and read the lawsuit affidavits from area Law Enforcement, a private investigator and me. Bruce McKay terrorized those he did not like, and his wife got a TRO on him and moved to a safe house around the time she gave birth to their only child. I am a former Law Enforcement attorney and this case stinks, that is why two lawyers are now suing the town and a former town selectmen admitted that Bruce McKay was out of control and not being policed properly himself.
Well first I told you so right here. But now I present something else I've known for quite a while and verified when I went to Franconia. "It seemed like [McKay] had it out for certain people, and one of them was Liko," said Robin M. Boutin, 21, as close friend of Kenney's since their days on the elementary-school bus. Ms. Boutin appears in this picture, right next to me, natch. She's cool.

"He felt McKay was out to get him," Kenney's mother said.

Now back to the ongoing (or is it?) "investigation":

Dear Mr. X:

"Yesterday 6/13/07, I spoke with persons in the NH Attorney General's office. The case you wrote about continues to be investigated by them.
very truly yours,"

-Rep. Joan Schulze

Dear Mr. X:

"This case was investigated by the Major Crime Unit of our State Police, who had 20 investigators working on this case. Based on NH law, and all the detailed interviews of all those present at the scene (including residents of the home in the area) and the video, we made our conclusions that no criminal actions would be brought against Mr. Floyd and I stand by that conclusion. The police officer was murdered and Mr. Kenney's action were in no way justified. I understand you feel differently, but the facts demonstrate otherwise and this was thoroughly investigated.
Feel free to contact your Senator."

-Kelly Ayotte"
Her tone is rather nasty, isn't it? And she wrote it to a highly-qualified and established attorney. And it does indeed indicate that the investigation is over. Did she lie to either of these recipients? And here was Liko, scared shitless after a vehicular assault with a 5,200lb Tahoe and a subsequent chemical assault courtesy of MACE Man McKay, and a walk-away without a command. As I've said before, WTF???

".......Cpl. McKay did call for backup which unfortunately did not arrive in time. The majority of the incident was captured on video, including the initial stop and the shooting."

.....Well allrighty then, Counselor, why do we have to wait so long to see it?

That's just great.

All we have is the original statement, this response from the state (I thought it had a sniping tone also), no tape, no recordings of radio transmsissions, nothing from eyewitnesses, and conflicting sets of facts. So much for the mission statement of the NH DOJ.

If this thing is so clear cut, why the hell is the tape being withheld? This thing SCREAMS for an outside investigation.

Good luck with the fliers today, CK.

Thank you. We should have some stills online late tonight, and eventually someone else from the community will pay for us to develop the raw footage.

That's how it's worked since 1996; folks step up from the community to help us document folks' attempts to petition the government and other U.S. corporations for redress.

We just didn't know anything about Broadband, FIOS, Garage Band or Final Cut Pro back then.

Viva technology, the populist putsch.

Ahhh, from the email tip jar:

Hey Chris. I just posted on your blog. That snide response is fucking despicable.

One of the lawyers I worked with had a saying that you may have heard: "When you have the facts on your side, you argue rationally. When you don't, you pound the table." Ayotte's letter is pure emotion. Looks worse and worse. I can't believe she is actually responded that way.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help support your effort here.

Good luck today, and stay safe man. I think the State would love to get a second run at you based on the tone of that letter.

Put me in for a couple hundred bucks to get started [with the video production].

Irrational government responses are nothing new to me:

A comment from a marine and former police officer at Boston.com:

I am an idiot? Obviously you do not have a clue about anything other than to call someone an idiot, especially when you have anonymity with the internet. It seems obvious if he had called for backup, he would have waited for backup before trying to get the kid out of the car and spraying him.

Not only am I a former Marine, I am also a former police officer! I know for a fact during police training you are NOT taught to do what this officer did. You are taught to call for backup and to WAIT for backup. He did the right thing when Kenney drove off... but... after stopping Kenney with his cruiser he should have waited for his back up (and the other officer Kenney requested), the officer had the right to get out of his cruiser and stand behind the cruiser with his service weapon drawn and pointed at Kenney, and ordering Kenney to sit
with his hands on the steering wheel in plain sight!

He did not, he John Wayned it and tried to drag the kid out and spraying him. Things escalated when the kid panicked with probably fright and hatred for the officer.

Great emotion going here. Way to whip the storm up, CK.

Just using a quote from a former Marine and Officer who seems a lot more credible than Shooter Floyd.

Whose life BTW is going to become increasingly complicated in the foreseeable future.

Does anyone know if an out of stater's call to a NH senator does any good? I've used those calls in my state, and while I think they're basically useless, it might put some pressure on the DA.

Chris, besides continuing to pursue this case, I urge you to start compiling a dossier of material for news shows like 20/20 or Dateline or 60 minutes. This case fits perfectly with the format of those shows, and you might use that threat to put further pressure on the DA.

The state's handling of the case "whipped up the storm." Some of us found CK's blog researching the bogus investigation.

Lack of critical thinking skills by members of the law enforcement community put exclamation points on what CK is asking to have the state clarify.

NH law enforcement = no confidence vote.

Dear 10:08 and 6:03:

No worries. In a few weeks that story will run, and that will do wonders for exposure, and of course it will reference this blawg.

And when more people start Googling they will find this blawg.

And when we put up our short film more people will see how the Government responded to our recent inquiry.

And when the Kenney family's lawyers get busy, the shit will totally hit the fan, but you'll get nothing out of me about any of that.

All in Due Time.

Dear 10:08 - My thought, also.....although I had previously suggested FOX or CNN. CK promptly advised major media IS the problem! Glad to hear CK is receptive to other media outlets, however. This story HAS to get out! There will be momentum.....
Any other suggestions, CK, for interested, out-of-state parties to assist?

I'm still thinking about the mass impact idea, and may tie it in with the fliers. BTW if anyone needs the original fliers to print from so it comes out nice and neat just email me at kingjurisdoctor@yahoo.com.

No sense doing anything until after the State puts its spin on things this coming Monday when they FINALLY release the video and other materials, then I will probably make another flier for distribution and everyone can send the fliers to selected officials and cc me on it.

Everyone's layin' low for a minute but believe me the shit is about to hit the fan.

Still thinking.
