KingCast open letter to NH AG's Ayotte and Strelzin on NH Right-to-Know Law and Franconia shooting tragedy.
Via World Wide Web and priority U.S. MailDear Attorneys Ayotte and Strelzin:
You knew this was coming as a result of yesterday's post after Liko Kenney's friend (and lobbyist for 2000 NH Presidential candidate Charles Buckley) and KingCast stopped by for a visit to the State Offices:
Yesterday Attorney Strelzin refused to authorize KingCast/Justiceforkids cameras to videotape our discussion, in which I implored the AG and Governor Lynch's office to come back out to Franconia with me on a fact-finding tour, with clergy, youth, former police officials and others. Governor Lynch hung up on me last week, as noted in this post.
Please advise me, via email or courier or overnight mail for my receipt no later than the Close of Business Friday 22 June, 2007 each and every Constitutional or Statutory base of authority you have that would compel us not to air the contents of that discussion. The discussion occurred in a public building, paid for by New Hampshire taxpayers, and which related to an issue of public concern of the highest order: A Double Homicide involving a young man and a police officer with suspected pasts of spousal abuse and abuse of authority in general. There could be a negligent hire/retention issue somewhere in there, but what do I know.... I've only successfully slammed threatening, harrassing employees for the Ohio Attorney General's office as noted herein.
In your response, please integrate an analysis of the Right-to-Know law that Attorney Ayotte has referenced in her letter to me, as noted in this post. You might want to read this post as well, about video production and courts.
I would hate to think that the delay in video production, or the request not to be videotaped would be some sort of obfuscatory game in an attempt to keep the public from enjoying its Right-to-Know vis a vis the actions of its government.
**************
Knowing who the Kenneys have selected as counsel, I am certain that the public will indeed know a lot more than it does now, whether you like it or not. First comes the regional exposure I noted in this post, in a large mainstream publication set for its August issue.
Below, that's Liko's friend Oliver Ruff, showing a copy of the Right-to-Know Law to Governor Lynch's aide yesterday. Then we showed a whole lot of fliers to a whole lot of people in Concord, Nashua, and Boston.
Very truly yours,
Christopher King, J.D.
PS: Don't forget to clarify by the Close of Business Wednesday, 20 June 2007 as requested in my letter I hand-delivered yesterday if Attorney Ayotte misspoke on or about 15 May 2007 (just 4 days after the tragedy, mind you) when she told a well-respected and duly-licensed attorney that the investigation was closed as the matter has been "thoroughly investigated," because on or about 13 June 2007 she told State Rep. Joan Schulze the investigation was ongoing, as noted in this post. Nobody with whom I've spoken is aware of any ongoing investigation. I'm confused.

See, they can ignore us only at their own peril because every step they make that is inconsistent with full disclosure will go directly to the family attorneys.
I said somewhere in this blawg a few weeks ago that if Trent is the brother I never had:

Liko is the brother I never met:

.....and I will assiduously support anyone who is fighting for explication of any and all salient facts and Justice in his case.
Namaste.

Chris,
Are you asking for the tape and statements made by other witnesses?
Did I see somewhere that the tape will be released on June 25Th to 9 media sources? Who would those sources be? Do you know that?
Did you say that we can download the fliers that you designed? If so, where?

Dear 1:31:
I did not initially ask for all of those items, and when the State told me there would be an a la carte system for purchase, I decided to play it off the baseline and see what they do before I hit my approach shot.
I want to see what they offer first.
Also, the fliers didn't turn out that great when you print them, because I scanned them into JPEG instead of using the imaging. I have to re-do that but hey I can email you the originals if you email me at
kingjurisdoctor@yahoo.com
Here they are:

Also, you need to read the latest on my perceptions of Caleb Macaulay and other burgeoning matters of importance:

Namaste.

Take my mind beyond the trees
Where I talk to my brother, oh, oh, oh

Slippin into darkness
When I heard my mother say

When I heard my mother say
