KingCast notes that NH State Police Captain Russell Conte lied in the Franconia shooting tragedy, and mass media helped him do it.

Update: Officer Nolan reports Charles Herbert's interview was digitally recorded on 12 May 2007, 0128 hrs. but not provided from the AG's office. Scan coming here.
Exactly what part of "No means no" does the State and media not understand? Yet everywhere you look it says that Floyd, fearing the situation, had to warn Liko Kenney to put his gun down. Mr. Conte said so in the Boston Globe story:
The elder Floyd drove his Tahoe into a spot between McKay and Kenney as a shield and told his son, who is in his late teens, to run to the officer's cruiser and radio for help.
.....we know that is a lie now because Liko's car was on top of McKay (fn see comments)

The elder Floyd picked up McKay's gun from the ground and ordered Kenney to drop his weapon. Kenney refused, and Floyd saw Kenney appear to be reloading, Conte said. Floyd then shot and killed Kenney, Conte said.
.....we know that is a lie because Floyd said so himself.

Unbelievable. As a former AAG and Editor, I am appalled. As I said in this post for the fact-checker, people like him, and the media who support that activity, will bathe in the blood of both of these men when they meet your makers. We started KingCast to combat all of that, and our movie, "Franconia 5/11" is going to be a powerful statement about people coming together to move forward after a tragedy such as this. We're even going to contact Franconia officer Chris Fowler, who has said some very unflattering things about Liko Kenney -- and who is with the "Franconia reconciliation" group to speak his mind.

Related post: Don't forget the missing audio interviews.

I'm tired of scanning items that clearly prove that the State and media lied to us, but you can darn well believe me when I say that at p. 7 of the official report it reads:

"After having been struck, the officer ended up under the car toward its front end."

Exactly how you position your car -- especially another Tahoe or Silverado or whatever mammoth SUV Floyd had "between McKay and Kenney as a shield" remains to be seen, and believe you me, I now a lot about cars.

Enough to know that a 2006 Tahoe SWB weighs about 5,200lbs. without police gear.

A 1982 Celica Supra weighs about 2,900 to my guess, but then someone can prove me materially wrong.

I'll be waiting.

Charles,

I can see you have done some research into the history of our country. Me too. This country has been bought and paid for by The Federal Reserve - not an entity of our government. It is a group of private shareholders that have slowly but steadily purchased almost all of the large corporations in our country and own several in other countries. Through the corporations they have been able to hide their intent and now control something like 95% of all American media sources. We better all fight for our rights to the net because they are after that too.

It is high time that through all of this, a wave starts at the local level that brings this country back to a democracy. That is unless the creation of The North American Union swallows us up first.

I don't know 'nothin' about Poland but I can tell you that right here in the U.S.A. we've got an Attorney General who's hiding key witness interviews:

Apparently "debby" is unaware that the US Defense Department created the "net." Why would she think the DOD would created something to make her more free if the goal of the government was the opposite?
Debby the Federal Reserve was created by Congress and Congress has the power to eliminate it. It will not eliminate it because once monetary policy became understood economic depressions became things of history.
Chris has collected a group of nuts here!

You go Ccast... As if we're surprised. I can forgive an emotionally fueled comment to the press by what arguably is a non-point person in the big scheme of things. But the fact that it's not corrected after the (one day) "completion" of the investigation is indicative of the AG's strategic reliance on the typical half-life of most news stories in the minds of the consuming public.

Not this time people.

CK, you give needed sustainment to civil rights issues here in the Live Free or Die state like viagra does to my 90-year old great grandfather.

I think the bigger issue isn't so much whether every fact that got out to the press was accurate, but is WHY all of the relevant facts in this nation of LAWS is not freely available.

Ummm... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?!?

Yes, I know they created it but we are given great freedom of speech and information currently. They want the right to now censor it. Are you unaware of how many times we have had to fight the government from gaining the right to censor it? It is a continuous stream of letters to congress that has prevented it thus far.

"Debby the Federal Reserve was created by Congress and Congress has the power to eliminate it. It will not eliminate it because once monetary policy became understood economic depressions became things of history."

The Federal Reserve Act kept being presented and rejected by Congress many times. Several Presidents were against it claiming it would become the downfall of this country. The bankers would be running the country.

President Woodrow Wilson and a few members of Congress signed The Federal Reserve Act over Christmas vacation when most of Congress was at home w/their families. Years later Woodrow Wilson expressed his regret in having done so as he saw what it had done to our country.

It is way too late for anyone to change it as everyone in Congress gets there financially backing from corporations that are owned by the same share holders as The Federal Reserve.

Dig a little deeper.

I am also not interested in getting into a history competition with you. I was merely connecting to some things Charles Duffy had to say.

I have no intention of being dragged off the true course of this forum.

Excellent comment Troy,

"I think the bigger issue isn't so much whether every fact that got out to the press was accurate, but is WHY all of the relevant facts in this nation of LAWS is not freely available."

This is the core of it. We should be able to have all of the information and determine for ourselves our perspective. We should not have to be fighting to HAVE the information in the first place.

You are stupid. I told you in this post about the locals using the Internet to express their views:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2007/05/kingcast-watches-locals-use-wmur-to.html

....that the Government never intended us to use the Interent to challenge them.

They just want us to use it as Entertainment and to spend money, that's why government tried to shut down this blawg a number of times.

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2006/04/naacp-trial-7-attempts-to-chill-first.html

And WMUR proved that, by their Government alliance so that on YouTube they only interview a former AAG who is pro-cop and they allowed another cop to lie about my background until I issued them a Cease and Desist Letter:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2007/06/kingcast-cease-and-desist-letter-to.html

Just the facts. You got any other questions?

Dear 1:38:

I have no idea. She is living foul and if she is a puppet she needs to step up and say she got used.

I wonder what kind of trial experience she's got, anyway.

This is from her Bio:

Ms. Ayotte is a past recipient of the Robert E. Kirby Award presented by the New Hampshire Bar Foundation to an attorney 35 years or younger who demonstrates the traits of civility, courtesy, perspective and excellent advocacy.

Nothing like what I've got, or nothing like Attorney X has, either. She clearly withheld evidence:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2007/06/kingcast-watches-nh-ag-kelly-ayotte-get.html

.....and therefore she's a tool.

Sigh.

And remember, Jeffrey Strelzin helped her do it, read his email to me:

Double Sigh.

The Media seriously sucks.

youtube:

They allow comments on the first 2003 video but not the 5/11 one? What's up with that? Who decides that? The news station that puts it out?

Anonymous said...

Am I missing something when I view the video of the first 5/11 stop? I do not see where McKay got out of his car to talk with Kenney. Did Kenney know why he was pulled over? I see them sitting there for over two minutes but do not see McKay talk to Kenney before Kenney drives off.

When the police state takes back those hard fought institutions of our society of individual freedoms, e.g. freedom of the press, freedom of speech, religion, etc, a pall is cast on the future for everyone. Why WMUR chooses to exercise its duty and privilege in a way that is in lock step with the time, place and manner that the AG disseminates information about its major crimes is beyond me. Why aren't they asking the tough questions and publishing both sides of the dialogue? When exactly did they become the WMUR Ministry of Information?

Regarding Mr. Floyd... perhaps not a criminal charge... I guess that's up to WMUR... I mean the AG, but we can sure as heckfire expect a wrongful death suit along with suits about any other negligent act you can think of that resulted in this foreseeable and avoidable incident. Then it'll be very much in the Court of Public opinion and substantively in the hands of a jury of (hopefully) our peers.
