KingCast explains the NH AG coverup of Shooter Floyd and why Kelly Ayotte should lose her job and respect of taxpayers in Franconia shooting tragedy.

From the "We ain't scared of your Tahoe" post; see the commentor's original statement to me in the comments section. So fitting this should happen on the day we continue filming. But if there's any hater cops out there don't look for us in the SAABy-SAAB; we're in something German today. And we've got cameras .... with sound.

3:43:

I know. The report mentions the shattered glass [and I knew this all along anyway from my sources].

Shooter Floyd is trying to eliminate his potential liability to Caleb.

And what's really disgusting, as I noted in this post applauding the Concord Monitor is the way in which the media reported the uncorroborated version of the events when Floyd later lies about whether or not he said ONE WORD to Liko because.... he.... didn't. His own statements as noted in that post along with Caleb's statements prove he didn't say one word.

Also sad is the fact that Liko waved [and shouted] to Floyd to help as a witness, which CNN left out. But which we will put right back in, in slow motion, for our film, Franconia 5/11.

And the facts will show that:

1. Kelly Ayotte acknowledged to Attorney X [in this email from the seminal post] that Floyd had no clue that McKay was alive or not;

2. He had no apprehension or fear for himself because he was outside the car ON THE PASSENGER SIDE and never warned Liko about anything [one and two] and also was under no reasonable fear or apprehension for his own life because Liko was not hardly going to shoot past Caleb and a closed window to shoot Floyd.

3. This part is speculation, but I believe Floyd shot Liko out of rage because he shot his buddy McKay and had run him over. And I further believe that Liko, with mace face, hit McKay by accident and then was trying to get him off from under his car, in the manner of something you step on in the park that is unsavory to those of us with two legs.[When I say "buddy" it is speculation that they were cool with each other, and we have to wonder to where those criminal menacing charges against Floyd disappeared. McKay, as quasi-prosecutor had that authority].

***********

Thank you for bringing that up because it is ESSENTIAL.

But then so too are the missing and hidden and lied about, digitally-recorded material witness statements from Chuck and Sam. And perhaps others.

That's why KingCast filed an ethics complaint, and that's why this case is going to remain hot for years, in the manner of a radioactive isotope.

Attorneys Ayotte and Strelizin's careers should be so lucky. He's wiggin' so hard right now he's sending me blank emails:

Look, even if someone didn't like what Liko did, he had a right to a Jury. But not to Kelly Ayotte's -- or whomever is running the show in Concord's --mind: To the posters who brought this up again, you get a Gold Star and a hero's welcome, unlike those 19 year-olds who went to die in Viet Nam about 40 years ago. Watch the Paul Hardcastle video if you don't get the reference. And Floyd, despite being described as a Viet Nam veteran.... is not. Heck at 49 he's just a few years older than me.

As I said, it's not that I'm a better investigative reporter than the others:

It is that I have more integrity to the Fourth Estate and a better, more vigorous network of real people out there, and it fills my heart with joy to know that there are people out there like that.

Someone at work suggested that song from "Hair" as the soundtrack. It's a little crunchy, but apropos.

8:39, I think that later in the interview, Floyd acknowledged (with some nudging by the interviewer) that the gun could have come from McKay as he was hit. Personally, I'm not bothered that much by that error, as I imagine that it was probably hard to see exactly what was happening in split seconds.

I AM, however, very bothered by Floyd saying in the interview that as he shot Liko, he had his elbow on Caleb's throat, restraining him. I cannot see Floyd misremembering at ALL that in fact he shot through the passenger window of the car. Caleb managed to duck down on the seat and not get shot. He put Caleb, an innocent passenger, at unbelievable risk, then lied about it. I just can't see his memory being that bad.

I should have clarified that from what I gather from the AG's report, the passenger window that Floyd shot through was up at the time, so he shattered it. It's a real stretch to believe that Floyd truly thinks he reached in when the window was closed.

Chris:

In your view didi Floyd shoot through Caleb's window or ever had his elbow on Caleb's throat as Floyd apparently said in an interview? What do your state docs say?

Most posters seem agreed that Floyd shot through Caleb's window, and that Caleb has told some of them that this is true and that he ducked to avoid being hit. Your view?

Chris - I don't have the report but have seen no mention of who took Liko's car out of gear and turned it off.

I believe this is crucial info since Floyd says that while Liko was using both hands to reload or unjam his gun that he was also about to run the officer over again.

Sombody MUST have taken the car out of gear or turned it off prior to them lifting the car off Mckay or the car would have continued moviving in reverse of forward once lifted off Mckay.... that is if the car was on or in gear .. both of which need to be true if Mckay was at immediate risk of being run over again.

FLOYD MADE NUMEROUS statements that he said NOTHING before firing and even explained why he said nothing. So, this is not a mistake or a bad memory. He justified his saying nothing first because of the imminent threat and he wasn't going to give Liko another chance to run over the officer or shoot him.

He knows Liko is either reloading or unjaming a gun with both hands. One must assume Liko was at least trying to look at the gun through his pepper sprayed eyes .. he could not even has seen Floyd was there and clearly posed no imminent threat to anyone. A command needed to be given to him to drop the gun first for this to be justified. Even only giving him a split second to comply with the command would have been fine but a command must be given in this situation for it to not be an execution.

In a fair world, we need to give Floyd leeway for the excitement of everything but CLEARLY THIS IS A MAN WHO SHOULD NOT POSES A GUN OR PUT HIMSELF IN SUCH SITUATION as he is mentaly unfit. So, how do we handle this situation in society? We charge him with something such as reckless endangerment at minimum and ruin in the court system even if he is found innocent. This is the American way.

Not charging him has told the people of this state that they encourge even drugged and mental citizens to get involved with deadly weapons and make judgment calls they are not capable of making if their drugged and mental state tell them it is a good thing to get involved.

The facts are clear that he fired through the closed passanger window and only by shear luck was Caleb not hit by gunfire.

Let us not forget from Junior's statements that Floyd fired his second round into Liko moments after the first shot and not as if he immediatly squeezed off two rounds. So, what was the second shot for? Was Liko still reloading with both hands and driving with a bullet in him?

I guarantee you this ... Floyd will kill (or shoot) again and his boy will also very soon.

Floyd is a liar and has never killed in war and has finally got the chance to do it for real and it is clear he liked it and the state basically pinned a medal on him. He will soon find himself needing to have this feeling again as do seial rapists and murderers.

Now his son has grown up looking up to Dad and his supposed bad ass ways and wants to be just like him. Not only that, he is now 18 and Floyd Sr. will use him to own weapons for him, as he admitted to police regarding his wife.

So, Floyd Sr, will soon find himself with more guns that he can rationalize legally being around and will soon find himself in another position to use them.

I would think based on statments he has made to officers that they could in fact get a search warrant for his house. He has admitted to shooting guns in the last year or so and admitted to their being a gun in his house under his wife's care. He is a felon who lied and made numerous threatneing and bizzare and untruthful statements to police during a double murder investigation. Surely something he said can be used to obtain a search warrant so his neigbors and those in the community can feel safer.

I am so very into people's rights to be secure in their home from the government but I am also strongly in favor of feeling safe and checking up on those who seem obsessed with violence and weapons who have also shown a like for and a continued history of violence.

I cannot believe not once did the police ever ask if they could search his house. Clearly the didn't because they didn't want to arrest him and avoided anything to incriminate him.

You know there is a quick quote I saw in the 1,000 page DVD where Floyd said "you know I've killed 43 people," no to mention his other rantings about how good a shot he is.

He's a sick and troubled man who hardly deserved a pass in his execution of Liko Kenney.

Namaste, John. This post, ignited by your comments, really gets at the heart of it all.

As for missing evidence ... there is tons. They made a simple mistake on the issue Chris has busted them on, in my opinion, because they are hiding tons of stuff. If it was just these one or two interviews, they would have covered their tracks better.

Even when it comes down to the inventory of Mckay's car ... they simply say nothing of out of the ordinary was found. Let us be the judge of that.

I didn't see an inventory of Floyd's car but would like to know if he had his scanner and what if any stations was it tuned to. Also did he and Mckay have CBs in their vehicle? What if any station were they tuned to? I am really curious why Mckay didn't respond or provide updates during the pursuit .. what was he doing? Why did he cut off Liko's car knowing back-ups were coming and responding code? Why was he so desperate to end this in a reckless mannor that involved his turning the wrong way on a divided highway and they ramming a vehicle all over an expired tag.

John P. said...

Question ... How does one tell in NH if a vehicle is not registered?

Is the registration sticker on the plate or windshield? Is it colored for easy identification?

From what I can see, Liko's car had those temporary paper plates some states use for a new purchase or transfer. Isn't the expiration date on these just stamped in black lettering?

Would it even be possible for Mckay to have seen that it was not a current registration when traveling the other way when he passed liko? I would imagine the combined speed of the vehicles must have been 80 MPH.

Mckay called this in as vehicle registration and failure to obey and NOT a speeding ticket.

If my assumptions are right, the facts will clearly show Mckay banged a u-turn when he passed Liko becuase he saw it was Liko.

Anonymous said...

The vehicle had a regular registration. If the vehicle had not been registered the vehicle could not be inspected, and could be seen by the sticker on the windshield.

Yes, the stricker is visible and from what I know you have 10 days beyond expiration to get your car legal and stickered. Expired 4/30, out of grace period on 5/11.

I'll let you draw whatever conclusion you'd like from this. My conclusion, it was known Liko's car was overdue prior to this day, and a mental note was made:

5/11 look for Kenney on 116 driving home from work. Wrong color sticker, BINGO, prey.

This conspiracy theory is supported by the fact another driver got a free pass from McKay minutes before Liko.

If my guess is true, this is not the way we want LE to be in Franconia, this is wrong.

Here's another thing I find odd, maybe someone can clear this up?

On the Concord Monitor site they have audio and video posted:
http://www.cmonitor.com/apps/pbcs.dll/
articleAID=/20070626/REPOSITORY/
70625001

If you time the video from when Liko takes off to the point McKay is shot it's exactly 3 minutes.

The first audio has McKay saying subject disobeyed. I am assuming this is at or near the point that Liko took off or McKay starts his pursuit. This is at approximately 6:07.

2 minutes later, 3rd audio clip has Grafton trying to get 44K repeatedly. This by my reckoning is around 6:09 or so. Exactly when McKay and Liko face off on 116 and during the tahoe slamming.

So if I'm correct on my timeline:

Why did mckay not respond to grafton? He was in the cruiser.

Did he turn off radio or ignore? Why?

Was he in "silent" mode again? Is this SOP?

Look up the law, no grace period. The only time you get 10 days to inspect a car is a new purchase. Registration and inspection expire on the last day of the birth month. Common misunderstanding, but many officer allow a certain time frame for people to become compliant.

Anonymous said...

How does the car feel about its registration with the state? My car is registered in Jupiter. You didn't even think that planet knew about my car. Did anyone else wake in bake? Who owns the car? the State or the Individual? if the answer is the State... how is that different than communism. pass to the left...

Anonymous said...

8:00, that's not entirely correct.

You must register the car by the last day of the month. When you register your car, you get decals (different color every year) for the license plates.

After you have registered the car, you then have ten days to get inspected. Upon inspection, the inspection center places a decal on the front windshield. Different color every year.

The ten days between registration and inspection is for ANY car, not just a new one.

Look up the law then get back to me. You will find you are incorrect. inspection expires ont he last day of the month.

Just another conspiracy theory, I'm sure some of you have caught wind of this speculation.

Did the Floyd father and son team pull up to assist, just like in the Mckay-Kenney incident to lend a "helping hand." This creeps me out...

my computer just ran an unrequestd scan of my files. Is there a Clear and Present Danger in NH? What can the marines tell us about Floyd, or are they in the same sinking ship with Ayotte and her storm troopers? Special Forces?? what about Floyd made him an ex-marine? how many drugs is he on? do these medications have potentiation for violence like that wrestler? Is the community really safe? his son?? are you for real?

It is certainly your right to launch any number of speculative conspiracy theories and then be totally creeped out. May I suggest:

- Floyd and McKay were homosexual lovers
- Liko was a guinnea pig in a supersecret CIA mind control experiment
- McKay was not in fact human but an advanced Terminator prototype
- Liko was carrying an airsoft gun in his car, and meant to scare McKay. Unbeknownst to him, the airsoft gun was switched for a real .45 the night before

etc ad nauseum

This makes sense. Not everybody takes care of registration/inspection at the beginning of a month. The 10 day grace is built in so you have time to make necessary repairs in the event you fail inspection. It wouldn't be fair to lose use of your vehicle because you waited until the end of the month and/or repairs were delayed because of parts availability or mechanic's schedules.

THIS IS A BIG DEAL TO ME IN TERMS OF McKAY'S HEAD GAMES AND HARASSING LIKO.

I time line and matched dispatch audio and written report, video, and at least two other Officer's statements that they heard the two initial call-ins.

McKay called dispatch while still on the road prior to both he and Liko pulling off the road for the first stop. In that call HE asked for BACK-UP from Sugar Hill. He KNEW even before pulling off the road that back-up was on the way.

As we know from Caleb's statement, Liko asked repeatedly for another Officer to bear witness or to have another Officer deal with the entire stop. "Not your choice", McKay repeatedly tells him. He then says he want to go to Tamarac - this is the family tennis camp. Lots of people around. He tells him no. Liko tells him to meet him there and takes off.

McKay was not a good person that is for certain. How, simple - he keeps flatly refusing Kenney in an attempt to get him to "lose it" so just in time for the Sugar Hill cops to get there he will have Kenney ready for the hand cuffs.

By the way, it is entirely possible that crafty McKay never put his clip on for sound while speaking to Liko because what would that look like? Refusing to provide back-up that he knows is coming?

HE HAD ALREADY CALLED FOR BACK-UP!!

BUT HE DOES NOT TELL KENNEY!! CALEB TELLS US THAT LIKO WAS VISIBLY FRIGHTENED AT THIS POINT!!!

He was so messing with Liko it is unreal!! Bet he was getting a real high off from this. He was whacked and a serious abuser.

But, he doesn't count on Kenney driving away. He wants Kenney to get into it verbally with him. Liko won't and attempts to get to where someone can be a witness. I am sure this really angered McKay...what's he going to look like when his buddies get there and see that he doesn't have things in his control. Not working out the way he planned.

Again, all lined up with the evidence we now have - he calls dispatch to say he is in pursuit. Still following and matching the evidence we see that McKay is not responding to dispatch at the face off in the road. No, it was heard by him because I personally can hear the muffled dispatch call. He is angry and not interesting in doing anything other than he damn well pleases and that is taking down Liko's ass. What a jerk this guy was. He was not afraid of Liko. No vest, doesn't wait for back-up and rams the car, pepper-sprays, walking away with his back turned like "take that you little bastard".

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

there ya go debby: great post at 1:40...
insightful.

i grew up in a family where there was often a uniformed and armed policeman in my kitchen at my table, eating with us kids and my folks...
anti-cop feelings are not naturally imprinted into me....quite the opposite...my parent's best friends...in this officer's lap since a toddler, his children the same age as me and my siblings...many outings and many years of really close friendship...
and love...
so i tend to give the cop on the street every benefit of the doubt and then some...
and will continue to...
here's the "but...."

holy shit that officer.com thread is scary...this aspect of the police culture needs to be absoutley be BURNED away from every recruit in training...and these macho posturing neanderthals need to be drummed right out...right out of the force...
they need to be shamed and the society should be strong enough to have strong police officers, without encouraging this hyper militaristic hooey...
they bleed like everyone else...and they can be 'got' to like everybody else...one way or another...many of them are deeply sick...
what really stands out about these shooting up here is that for a change ist's not an ex soldier like that d.c. sniper, or the scumbucket who just killed his pregnant girl friend, or any of the other psycho cases running around with the imprimateur of 'hero'...when really they are cruel little heathens like cam brown...ready to litigate in a second when it comes to his own ass...while playing big man in front of the community for years and years...
they need crime or there's no overtime and zillions of perks...so they will create them if they have to...no budget for shiny toys...
...really truly very sick people on that officer.com thread re: this case anyway...i hope to never return to that site...it's like a bathhouse that hasn't been hosed down in years...evil cruel sick...and the intelligence level is not to be admired...reactionary people with unlimited ego, purposely dividing themselves off as better and more pristine and more holy than society at large...
pathological...rife with wife beaters, broken homes, suicides and broken lives...
u can say the job did it to them and they are victims...or you can say that aspects of the pomp and circumstance draw some marginal people into service...that's okay...BUT when they GET there, they meet up with these idiots as their seniors and trainers, and have to walk the walk to be accepted, admired and to keep a job...
this is a root problem that society needs to address at the training level...and senior officers into this 'us and them' philosophy, need to find some other kind of work...
jesus, to get an inside look at these reactionary dweebs there...god, sickening...
i know so many cops...i feel so sorry and concerned for them when exposed to this police culture shit...
THIS is what needs to change in training regimens and service philosophy...
it's so ugly...and apparently pretty widespread...no wonder the job category draws nutjobs and malcontents...wimps who never stop feeling sorry for themselves and strut their macho bullshit for each other like homos on harleys...i bring that terminology up because the latency component in the macho strut is pretty obvious...not to denigrate people's personal sexual proclivities in a free society...

anyway, good post debby and thank you...i admit to having personal feelings very strongly about my community and the other towns up here...and do know all the 'players' in the drama pretty much...and i admit that this is exhausting me to the point of constantly reliving the incident, almost to the point of overwhelm in the classic traumatic stress paradigm...
so forgive the following please, if it seems too harsh or ill conceived...
it's a hard line to walk but i need to say it...

if you will forgive me this...
i've been reading a lot on this important blog and am grateful for it...a lot of it very important stuff coming directly from chris here...but i am about migrained out with his endless self promotion...it's unseemly and unprofessional...

i had jotted this down...
i'm going to paste it here...he will take it as an attack, but it isn't...
others have dropped the 'clue' on every side of these issues...to be gloated upon in return, or for the point to be ignored...
hate to give comfort and aid to some of the real scum in the state like ayotte...but this will hopefully help in the long run...

you make great and salient points...you are NOT franconia's savior...there are very many people in our towns that have wisdom, perspective, concern and care...and also intelligence, resources and top legal minds...stuff going on believe me...or not...
your love affair with yourself is more al sharpton/ann coulter than martin luther king...
you are doing important, inspired and very important work...YES YOU ARE!!
but enough of feeding your ego...
you obfuscate that good work to some large degree by injecting your personal history into this like a myspace paris hilton fan club blog...
cool it...you are not franconia's savior...
get a grip...
do your work if so inspired and do feel good and proud about your personal service, and the clearinghouse this blog provides...
your demeanor is such that it will make it easy for the larger public to ignore you...i agree with most of your points, and am thankful for your filings....grateful even...and still have to hold my nose to get thru your impossibly endless posturing...it's unprofessional, unseemly...
i don't care about endless promotion for whatever film's you are pointing people too endlessly...we get it, you are fascinated with yourself...u ski, u play tennis, u kick ass, ur trhe great black hope, u meditate, some of your best new friends are in the mountains...you ride motorcycles, we know what kind of car you drive and how cool you are...we know when you skate or if you decide to fart or whatever...how you almost went to miller's tennis camp years ago...YAWN...
you will answer with what you had for breakfast and think youself clever...i see it coming chris...everyone does you know...it's not just criminal ayotte and mckay and floyd who are transparent here...it's everybody...make your film, people will watch it...the end.

...you will now endlessly justify this with your little resume of achievements....clue, this is not about you...
it's about the issue...

2:14,

Yeah, there is some seriously scary stuff on the officer.com site. The mentally blows my mind. Talk about having mental issues. This is the Police State mentality that our government needs if (when) they declare marshal law. They want them to be able to see us as lower and scum. They need to have it in order to beat us down and it is happening in the training programs all over the country. They are being trained to separate from us.

How about the creepy way they say the earth is "cleansed by one less scum"? That is what they said on that site about Liko. This thing has made me so distrustful of the numerous bad cops that I fear I may miss a good one when I see him. I hope I don't. Also, their favorite answer is that as long as we do exactly what they tell us to do regardless of whether we get an explanation or not, we will be just fine.

I don't call this an answer - I call it the ultimate desire for power and control. I especially love the VT story of the woman arrested for staring at a K-9 dog causing it severe emotional trauma. We aren't even the next step under the police. We rank below the K-9 dogs.

It is time to own our own country again and honor the true meaning of the American flag and claim the protection our forefather's put in place for us.

WE THE PEOPLE

this guy is immensely intelligent, personable and talented. you reference others equally, if not more, influential and well-positioned professionals....but are they doing the work? are they doing it with passion?
don't shoot our messenger.
CK is very well aware of why we are here, and respects the tragic deaths that brought him to this place.
my deepest sympathy extends to everyone in the communities that were so affected by this horrible event. let's not be divided within this blog....keep on keepin' on.

You are totally correct...could have made the point personally, or with less reactionary 'nastiness'...
had tried. and there is a point in there somewhere, tho the delivery is now something i regret.

was very sincere in every grateful and admiring thing mentioned about Chris' most important effort...and the amount of intelligence, heart, courage and spirit to to what he is doing...
hope he didn't take it in a personally hurtful way...not my intention, quite the opposite really...could have been handled much more politely and discreetly, AND respectully...

...I was la little bugged...Chris, if you did find any of that personally hurtful, coming for an admirer especially, this is an apology...

you're getting hacked and whacked and are relentless and responsive...and you were cool enough not to snipe back or edit it out...

...because you're about the truth and letting it ALL out...and it shows deep integrity and respect...if I judged you too harshly, or with less respect, don't judge my white ass back.
;)

they're going to attack and all we'll have is each other...they ARE going to go for it...think about it...they can't back down, and won't...and will fire every gun and fry anyone as the fear gets to them...they're not going to walk away from their careers...they did a hugely illegal thing, and it's going to be documented and follow them forever...
sad thing is...Attorney General Ayotte was approached respectfully and really encouraged not to break the law...a shame that it was necessary in the first place...but she's obviously an ambitious player from the gitgo...
she made an instant decision, and like the spoiled entitled monica goodling appointed brat she is, thought nothing more of it...like barbara bush having no problem saying publically that she didn't want to get reportage of solider's deaths, remember?
"Why should I let it disturb my beautiful mind?"
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So many of us up here have served honorably in the armed forces...including a lot of our police officers...this preventable divisiveness by Ayotte is a shame...The local cops up here know the truth...think about it...the silence is deafening...
...they need help too...
This dangerous spin that denies us basic foundational guarantees are a concern to every citizen across the spectrum of opinion...

Obvious tragedy...Liko did not want this to happen...
he did everything he could to prevent it...from the first stop...never speeded away, never threatened, never presented a danger...
If the situation was very potentially volatile as they are claiming & if McKay issued in an in-house warning...etc...

It was so easy to wait for back up squad cars and officers...everyone really knows this...everyone on every side...even the paycho killer floyd as hero robots...It was Mckay's ego dance...and worse, killer floyd was there from the market, thru both stops...

Mckay had his script and he didn't have the easy professionalism to allow the back up officers to support him...he knew he was tripping...he was a training officer...he was in a psycho mental state in the rush of the hunt...in his mind it would have appeared 'weak'...
he wasn't even up here in the mountains...he was somewhere else...a shame the many decent and caring officers up there are tarnished with this, and put in a pressure cooker from both ends now...
Attorney General at work.
...it will all come out...

lynch, ayotte et al will have to hold the hard line...untractable, inflexible and on agenda, which means attack.

As an issue (a huge series of issues) I think it's probably "unsnuffable' now, as an issue and a movement, tho individuals will be picked off if they can do it...

anyone from MIT or MS out there that can track these various hacks and 'scans'...
they are not too savvy (or too arrogant to care) about leaving huge trails of evidence of their deceptions...the arrogance is amazing...
...supporting le and paying respect ala the Gov, totally appropriate...
...the AG office spin and releasing a murderer amongst us, etc. ad infinitum now...was not.

Also good to document the hack attack for your film Chris...hugely symbolic of their style...no one's conspiring to hurt anybody;
that's their game.
no one's falsifying evidence or going on a vendetta...the only ones in this entire scenario that are representing and promoting vigilante justice are Ayotte & her office...!!

She's endangering everyone.

Chris...hope we're okay...
do u have secure personal email? is ANYthing secure electronically? probably not...
blessings to you...forgive me my trespasses...was trying to offer perspective but the poster above who criticized me makes good sense.

what a sad mess this entire thing is...

thank you for your sincere consideration of matters, and your pause to rethink Chris' role and leadership.

as if the double murders were not enough, the lack of responses to citizen inquiries and outright cover up of the facts has heightened the pain and outrage.

whereas most media venues would likely bury this story with a yawn, it is you and people like you who care very much....and are keeping these very important issues alive.

sorry to have been harsh in response to you, as well....but grateful for this place to exchange ideas.

i believe all will be well. the people are asking for what is fair and just. don't swallow the fear that Liko felt, and let it consume you.

his uncle was correct....Liko and Caleb were only trying to make their way home. it's time for all of us to be assured we can safely arrive at our destinations, as well; i.e. without unnecessary targeting and harassment.

and, by the way, the silence is deafening....the police chief in the Cutts/Ohio murder situation came forward to issue a heartfelt statement on behalf of his department. surely, Chief Montminy is overdue in stepping up to issue a statement to his community.

kindest regards,
