KingCast charges NH AG Kelly Ayotte with violating Right-to-Know laws in Franconia shooting tragedy.

Dear Attorneys Ayotte and Strelzin:

Update: NH AG Kelly Ayotte and Jeffery Strelzin hid this witness.

It is now 12:14p.m. and I have not heard from your office, so I will now take the time to tell you that on reflection and a couple of spicy sushi rolls, I have determined that you need to provide me (and everyone) access to each and every individual interview conducted in this tragedy.

The reason for this is simple: You admit that there are interviews beyond, or in addition to those provided on CD. The interviews on the CD cost $10.00. But in order to obtain any of the other interviews, it will cost $250.00 to get the whole fun-pak.

As a former AAG and First Amendment scholar, I respectfully ask that you please don't insult my intelligence. The State may only charge a reasonable copying fee for public information materials, and $250.00 is not a reasonable fee to obtain a couple of interviews.

It seems to me like you are hiding something; in point of fact you should have tape recorded everyone you interviewed; it's not as if you were short on funds for Pete's sake, unless the $420,000.00 you're spending to kill Michael "Stix" Addison has depleted your reserves. (FWIW I have never publicly criticized Michael Briggs nor do I foresee doing so). Also curiously, did you include the video of Bruce McKay macing that 110 lb. blonde woman? That might be probative as to his conduct in escalating "routine traffic stops."

**********

Also, you need to tell us the names of everyone whose name appears as an interviewee in the $250.00, 1,000 page report so that we can decide whose story we want or need to hear, as well as to monitor your actions.

You wrote me on 15 March, 2007 to extoll the virtues of NH Right-to-Know law:

Please be certain your office pays more than lip service to that.

Very truly yours,

Christopher King, J.D.

Keep jabbing, you are backing them into a corner. They are sure to concede. But only if you keep jabbing away.

p.s. - did you really put the sushi roll comment in there? If so, it makes it seem less than serious. Oh well, Kingcast is Kingcast!

On the sushi tip (spicy crunch salmon and spicy crunch white tuna) it was the reflection I gathered while eating sushi and having a miso soup, actually that made me think of this issue.

Meanwhile dig how I never got the email today noting the materials would be released at 3:30 (why so late I have no idea). They keep taking Attorney Ayotte's name off of the reply header and I keep putting it right back in there.

Mr. Strelzin:

Here is a copy of the list of items I request; I did on prior occasion email her and tell her that "I want it all, of course, except the $250 file which I would let the (licensed) attorneys order that."

I did not receive a copy of the news release despite being promised it would be sent to me via email. What time did it go out?

Please have Ms. Robbins re-send the email to me if she has already sent it.

I am seeking production of all witness interviews, then.

Are you telling me that they are ALL included on the CD #16?

And if they are not, please advise what the cost of those are.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Mr. King:

A news release went out this morning announcing that the report and materials would be released at 3:30 p.m. today.

Hard copies of the written materials are .25 per page. If you want to purchase individual pages, you can select those and buy only the ones you want. However, CD#16 is a copy of the entire written record and costs $1.00 to purchase.

If you want copies of any of the materials, you need to return the sheet previously sent to you to Joanne Robbins indicating what materials you want to obtain.

Sincerely,
Jeff Strelzin

Mr. Strelzin:

Thank you very much for that clarification. I will withhold further comment, then, pending my review of the documentation and wait to receive a copy of the news release that was specifically promised to me this morning:

I will forward your e-mail to Ms. Robbins.

All the written materials are reflected on the CD. That includes all the interview transcripts and reports.

Thanks Chris for helping all of us to take action toward correcting and healing the problems so nothing like this ever happens again.

That's right.

I am about to post the interview questions for "Franconia 5/11" tonight with my review of the tragedy.

This person "seems" to be upfront (though at times not clear) regarding the contents of the DVD/CDS...

So, I understand you waiting to see the contents before commenting further BUT...

What about CD #9? What could possibly be on a 911 call related to this incident that would make it exempt? If it is a caller's name then delete or beep over that when given. At minimum should be a transcript of these calls with the callers info deleted (for now).

A 9-1-1 call is obviously an eye (or ear) witness.

At first I thought it might be calls unrelated to this case but then why put them on a CD/DVD pertaining to this case.

A person calling 9-1-1 about this incident is crucial info to have and it seems across the country they always release 9-1-1 calls when asked.

PS.

Keep up the good work Chris. The problem in this country is we are scared of our leaders and those whose salaries we pay when any good society it would be the opposite and they should be scared of the public.

So, regardless of the outcome of this, your pressure and questing of this incident is GREAT and what needs to be done in this country all the time until we can trust those in charge and until such material is handed over promptly when requested and in the public interest to do so.

P.S.S > I question that the CD or DVD contains the full pages in the $250 report.

If so, wouldn't a reasonable fee be $0.00 since it is in electronic form and can be emailed to you?

In a survey distributed this week by The Franconia Area Recovery & Reconciliation Committee, members of the group - which include state Rep. Martha McLeod, Mark Lindberg, Steve Heath, Susan Brown, Roland Shick, Ginny Jeffryes, Gary Harwood, Chris Fowler, the Rev. Gary Hart and Tim Bray - are seeking input to help navigate what they hope will be healing work for many.

OKAY...so the problem with this recovery commitee is that there is a state rep (who's husband is a Franconia Selectman) and also a Franconia Cop who was trained by and personally attached to McKay. This committee is goin no where!

This is hard to swallow when there is distrust in the police and also in the state government.

Chris King....HELP US!

last comment...I would also like to add distrust for local government.

Camp Stark German Prisoner of War Camp
Route 110
Stark, NH

Marker Number: 150

Name and date established: Stark 1985

Description: In the spring of 1944 a high fence and four guard towers transformed a former Civilian Conservation Corps Camp on this site into New Hampshire's sole World War II prisoner-of-war camp. About 250 German and Austrian soldiers, most of whom were captured in North Africa, lived in Camp Stark while working in the surrounding forest where they cut pulpwood vital to wartime industry. The camp closed in the spring of 1946 when the prisoners of war were returned to their homeland. Several maintained the new friendships they had formed with local New Hampshire residents.

Location: Located on the south side of Route 110, about 1.6 miles east of the Stark Covered Bridge.

Chris Folwer had a bunch of bad stuff to say about Liko in the State Report; I can only trust him if he wants to meet with us.

No one from that Reconciliation panel has contacted the Kenney family or any of the people I'm working with, including the owner of the property.

We shall see.

Roland Shick may not be a member of the miller/kenney family but I have heard he is romantically linked to a Miller.
