KingCast asks, "where has the Vagalebre online decision gone?"

This is what Nashua School Board Acting Superintendent Chris Hottel sent to Alderman Teeboom yesterday:
"....I am also attaching a copy of the Vagalebre case, which can be found online at the following address: http://www.nhd.uscourts.gov/Isys/isysquery/7f96edd5-1cd3-4b24-a76a-191924317278/1/doc. You may recognize the name of the justice who signed the order in that case, Judge Joseph A. DiClerico, Jr. He is well-known in the state."

That link, which worked perfectly yesterday when I inserted it into the post "Vagalebre is worthless in the face of a Constitutional challenge..." now appears dead.

This is what I emailed to everyone involved, seeking clarification:

Just curious if anyone knows if there is a mechanical glitch that I am not aware of.

Thanks,

Christopher King, J.D.

Attorney Bennett has advised that I have to go to the home site first now:

http://www.nhd.uscourts.gov/

Then go to the search for opinions.

It is still there.

And it is still not germane to the case at bar for reasons previously mentioned, and some which I will not delve into unless or until necessary.

Peace.
