Ha! See how they work with this MF (Just call him "Mr. 7%") and get him a reprimand for taking property in four (4) clear cut ethical violations, but they made Attorney Pope and me roast on suspensions for taping a landlord's property manager who had a penchant for dropping the nigger-bomb. When of course, the Columbus Bar Association's own fellow had opined that surreptitious taping was indeed not unethical. Nice.At least I'm about to have some fun my way with former Columbus School Board President and current Franklin County Commissioner Mary Jo Kilroy as she runs for Congress :)
Much as I hate your Republican adversaries, especially Ken Blackwell -- whom I've covered since the 80's as a reporter -- I hate you for being such an ass at those school board meetings; calling in police to threaten people with whom you didn't agree, including lawyers like me -- and not even letting us stand together in solidarity as Loretta Heard specifically told you had been allowed for years on end.... fuck you, Mary Jo. You're no better than they are.

You f*cked with me 7 years ago and I'm just returning the favor.
Would you like a signed DVD when we're finished?
Perhaps you can just pick one up at Deborah Pryce's office when we send it to her.
Guess that'll learn ya' to f*ck with me, you little hater, you :)
Oh, yeah:
The case of King v. Kilroy is on file somewhere in Columbus, I think I filed it in Common Pleas in '98 or '99, most likely '99.
The complaint (naturally dismissed by a Columbus power machine Judge) and all kinds of testimony and cross-examination of Board Members, including the Divine Ms. Kilroy available as a public record, for a fee.
Loretta Heard, Bill Moss and I saw it one way; they saw it differently. Of course.
Bottom line: All I was trying to do was ask what they knew about my client's broken nose, and she refused to answer me and cut me off. That's not cool.
Viva the Fourth Estate.
