Today I was schoolin' them about former Columbus Public School Board President....... and U.S. Congressional hopeful Mary Jo Kilroy, as you can see in the comments section. I always knew Kilroy and "Mr. 7%", an ethics-convicted Ohio Governor Bob Taft could take me places I've never been, except in our Hawken/School field trips, of course. And I see they got a big 'ol monitor to watch all those KingCast videos, too. And I made it there before Attorney Kilroy -- who now might not ever make it there, based on her vitiating the First Amendment Rights of the peasantry like my clients and me. Nice.Even Kilroy's old media partner, and gubernatorial candidate Bob Fitrakis, Esq. told me she was the biggest sellout he's ever seen. Got that in an email, in fact.
The name of the blawg is the name of the game. I thought she knew.

Good. All she can say is, "The court dismissed Mr. King's First Amendment claims against me," but then the existing and forthcoming video, and the courtroom transcript testimony from Bill Moss and Loretta Heard (and Jerry Doyle's successful viewpoint-based prior restraint case reported on the Freedom Forum) show that my case should have gone forward in a Fair World.
Which we know we don't have.
I bet the Republicans have all kinds of money to get those transcripts, too.
Frankly, I wish them luck.
Wow. I took time to click and expand the first Hawken link in this post

....and I actually realized that I told the Hawken reporters about the Jerry Doyle viewpoint-based prior restraint Federal Court victory before I had even read it on line. It took me forever to find it on line; I was just going off the word of Attorney Waddy and Mr. Doyle.

See, unlike the government, the people I knew and represented in Ohio on Civil Rights matters didn't lie. I could alwasy trust them.
Peace.
