Stupid hater
This is Nashua NAACP Veteran's Chair Cleaven Ferguson's only signed and notarized affidavit, which you can see posted at bottom of this entry along with another un-notarized "affidavit" and pages 234 and 235 of Gloria Timmons perjury-riddled Deposition.

Turns out the document we just received from the Prosecutor yesterday -- on the eve of trial -- proves that Nashua NAACP President Gloria Timmons lied under Oath (yet/again) about an "affidavit" she allegedly received from Ferguson. Suffice it to say that it ain't notarized -- even though she swore under Oath that it was notarized, but not at a time contemporaneous with its signature by Mr. Ferguson (say, what you lying-assed heiffer? That's an ethics violation right there you idiot).

FWIW the document she produced still maintains that I never told Ferguson or anyone that he is aware of that I was a licensed attorney so she can suck a rotten egg -- the kind she wants to serve me in prison -- on that one.

Every little thing the NAACP does -- including this lie we just documented about Gloria Timmons claiming to have a signed affidavit that contradicts the one authored by Cleaven Ferguson -- will be preserved in video and sold to Rush Limbaugh.

The document clearly is not notarized at all but is instead something reflective of witness tampering, just as I warned of back on 25 October, 2005 when Mr. Ferguson told me about it; scroll to last paragraph:

This is a witness tampering case that Chief Dunn could have actually won, as opposed to the one he has pending against a former Jaffrey Police officer who just beat the rap for reckless ops that Dunn brought against him.

That led other Men in Blue from Masscops.org to label Dunn a "slime-bag."

Blawg yahtzee: Jaffrey NH Chief Dunn commits perjury, loses job.
